Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah keaktifan anggota masih rendah, di tunjukan dengan banyaknya anggota pasif di bandingkan dengan anggota aktif. Pengurus sudah melakukan kinerjanya dengan baik, yaitu sesuai dengan Anggaran Dasar dan Anggaran Rumah Tangga koperasi, namun kebaikan itu tidak diimbangi dengan kinerja karyawan yang masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja pengurus dan karyawan keaktifan anggota koperasi simpan pinjam se Kecamatan Winong Kabupaten Pati. Subyek penelitian ini adalah anggota koperasi se Kecamatan Winong. Variabel terikat adalah Keaktifan anggota. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan angket. Metode analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif persentase dan regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji secara parsial untuk kinerja pengurus berpengaruh tinggi terhadap keaktifan anggota. Kinerja karyawan masih berpengaruh rendah terhadap keaktifan anggota. Sedankan secara simultan antara kinerja pengurus dan kinerja karyawan berpengaruh tinggi terhadap keaktifan anggota koperasi simpan pinjam se Kecamatan Winong Kabupaten Pati. Hasil analisis regresi berganda diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 0,950 + 0,872X1 + 0,427X2.The background of this research is the activity of members is still low, at the show with a number of passive members in comparison with active members. Board has done good performance, which is in accordance with the Statutes and Bylaws of the cooperative, but goodness it is not offset by the performance of employees is still low. This study aims to determine the effect of performance management and employee activeness member credit unions throughout the District Winong Pati. The subjects of this study are members of cooperatives throughout the District Winong. The dependent variable is the activeness of members. Data collection methods used were observation and questionnaires. Methods of data analysis is descriptive analysis and multiple regression percentage. Based on the partial test results for performance management of a high influence on the activity of members. Employee performance is still low influence on the activity of members. Sedankan simultaneously between performance management and employee performance much effect on the activity of members of credit unions throughout the District Winong Pati. The results of multiple regression analysis regression equation Y = 0.950 + 0,427X1 + 0,872X 2.
