<![CDATA[Penelitian  ini  bertujuan:  (1)  Mengetahui  besarnya  ketelitian hasil  interpretasi  variabel âvariabel fisik penentu kelas harga lahan dari Citra Quickbird, (2) Mengetahui estimasi kelas harga lahan  di  Kecamatan  Ambarawa  Kabupaten  Semarang.  Metode  pengumpulan  data  meliputi metode interpretasi, dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis data  meliputi  teknik  interpretasi  citra  satelit, analisis SIG  yang  meliputi;  metode  jarak (buffer), metode  pengharkatan  (scoring),  dan  metode  tumpang susun (overlay),  metode aritmathik, dan  uji ketelitian  (akurasi).  Hasil  dari  penelitian  ini  menunjukkan  bahwa  Penginderaan  Jauh  dalam menentukan  estimasi  kelas  harga  lahan  mempunyai  kemampuan  sebesar  50  %  dalam mengidentifikasi  kondisi  fisik  lahan.  Uji  ketelitian  untuk  penggunaan  lahan  sebesar  97,3  %  dan harga lahan  sebesar  91,1  %.  Estimasi  kelas  harga  lahan  di  Kecamatan  Ambarawa  Kabupaten Semarang dibagi lima kelas yaitu sangat tinggi Rp. 980.000 - Rp. 1.460.000 memiliki luas 13,502 Ha, tinggi Rp. 596.000 - Rp.980.000 memiliki luas 288,096 Ha, sedang Rp. 308.000 - Rp. 596.000 memiliki luas 787,158 Ha, rendah Rp. 116.000 - Rp. 308.000 memiliki luas 75,689 Ha, dan sangat rendah  Rp. 20.000 - Rp.  116.000 memiliki luas 1.588,440 Ha. The results of this study indicate that the Remote Sensing in determining the estimated class has the ability to land prices by 50 % in identifying the physical condition of the land. Test accuracy for land use by 97.3 % and 91.1 % of the land price.
