Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi keahlian siswa di kelas X RPL1 SMK 1 Wonosobo melalui layanan informasi. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Desain yang digunakan adalah one group pre-test and post-test design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas X RPL1 di SMK Negeri 1 Wonosobo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 1 kelas yaitu kelas X RPL1 dengan jumlah 32 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji T-test dan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan motivasi keahliandengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 18,48% dari hasil perbandingan pre-test dan post-test.Hasil uji T-test menunjukkan bahwa T hitung>T tabel, artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat peningkatan motivasi keahlian siswa pada kelas X RPL1 di SMK 1 Wonosobo setelah pemberian layanan informasi. The purpose of this study was to determine the improve of the motivational skills of students in class X RPL1 SMK 1 Wonosobo can be improved through information services. This research included the type of experimental research with quantitative approach. The design used was one group pre-test and post-test design. The population in the study were students of class X RPL1 at SMK 1 Wonosobo. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling. The research sample consisted of one class is a class X RPL1 by the number of 32 students. Methods of data collection using psychological scales. The analysis techniques using T-test and descriptive test percentage. The results showed an increase in motivation skills with an average increase of 18.48% of the comparison of pre-test and post-test. T-test results of the test showed that the T count> T table, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. The conclusion of this study is that there is an increase in motivation skills of students in the class X RPL1 in SMK 1 Wonosobo after being given information services.
