Abstract

Abstract. Learning is a process of education conducted by the teacher to the learner, the learning will be more effective when utilizing media. The development of information and communication technologies have an important role in learning. In addition to media, instructional design is also influential in the learning process. In this study, researchers are interested in researching the development of ICT-assisted with learning design to improve the effectiveness of learning. This research aims to find hipotetik model of instructional design development ICARE assisted learning management system to improve the learning process, in addition to knowing their effectiveness. This type of research is research and development. Defined by the Borg and Gall (2003), that "educational research and development is a process used to develop and validate educational products". Further they also suggested 10 measures of research and development, which can be simplified into the following five main steps: (1) conduct an analysis of the product to be developed; (2) develop the initial product; (3) expert validation and revision; (4) small scale field trial and revision products; (5) large scale field tests and the final product. Researchers recommend that (1) the application of instructional design ICARE-assisted Learning Management System should need to be developed to became a blended learning are more effective, (2) the findings in this research so that it can be used more broadly.Keywords: Instructional Design ICARE, Learning Management System, Learning ProcessAbstrak. Pembelajaran merupakan proses pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh pengajar kepada peserta didik, pembelajaran akan lebih efektif apabila memanfaatkan media. Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi memiliki peran penting dalam pembelajaran. Selain media, desain pembelajaranpun akan berpengaruh dalam proses pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti pengembangan desain pembelajaran dengan berbantuan TIK untuk meningkatkan keefektifan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model hipotetik tentang pengembangan desain pembelajaran ICARE berbantuan learning management system untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran, selain itu untuk mengetahui keefektifannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Ditegaskan oleh Borg dan Gall (2003), bahwa “educational research and development is a process used to develop and validate educational products”. Lebih lanjut mereka pun mengemukakan 10 langkah penelitian dan pengembangan, yang dapat disederhanakan menjadi lima langkah utama berikut: (1) melakukan analisis produk yang akan dikembangkan; (2) mengembangkan produk awal; (3) validasi ahli dan revisi; (4) ujicoba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi produk; (5) ujicoba lapangan skala besar dan produk akhir. Peneliti menyarankan (1) penerapan desain pembelajaran ICARE ber-bantuan Learning Management System hendaknya perlu dikembangkan agar tercipta pembelajaran blended (blended learning) yang lebih efektif, (2) temuan dalam penelitian ini agar dapat diakomodir secara lebih luas.Kata Kunci : Desain Pembelajaran ICARE, Learning Management System, Proses Pembela-jaran

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find a 2013 curriculum management model and provide recommendations to policy makers in developing the 2013 curriculum in the city of Tegal. The implementation of the 2013 curriculum in the city of Tegal is still on a limited scale and there are still many schools that are constrained by the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. This research was carried out at Al-Irsyad High School in the city of Tegal. This type of research is research and development. The results of this study indicate that the 2013 curriculum management model at Al-Irsyad High School in Tegal city was developed through the following steps: curriculum process, planning, curriculum organizing, staffing and curriculum control. The development procedure, is started by conducting a feasibility study and needs and then ends with the implementation of improvements and adjustments after being tested

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 merupakan implementasi dari UU no. 32 tahun 2013. Kurikulum 2013 ini merupakan kelanjutan dan penyempurna dari kurikulum berbasis kompetensi (KBK) dan KTSP. Akan tetapi lebih mengacu pada kompetensi sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan secara terpadu, sebagaimana amanat UU 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional yang terdapat pada pasal 35, dimana kompetensi lulusan merupakan kualifikasi kemampuan lulusan yang mencakup sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan sesuai dengan standar nasional yang telah disepakati. Paparan ini merupakan bagian dari uji publik kurikulum 2013 yang diharapkan dapat menjaring pendapat dan masukan dari masyarakat secara positif.Kurikulum 2013 adalah kurikulum yang digulirkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia saat ini,. Kuikulum ini menitikberatkan pada keaktifan belajar di kelas serta mengembangkan kompetensi peserta didik. Telah banyak sekolah yang mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013, tidak hanya sekolah regular melainkan juga pada sekolah berkebetuhan khusus.Pendidikan anak berkebutuhan khusus salah satu pendidikan yang penting bagi perkembangan anak berkebuthan khusus. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di sekolah bekerbutuhan khusus, kurikulum 2013 telah banyak mengalami penyempurnaan dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasinya, tentu saja hal ini dilakukan berdasarkan kebutuhan kompetensi peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus.

Abstract

Computer technology and artificial intelligence experience rapid development every year, one of which is in media speech recognition. Speech recognition is a virtual digital data assistant that exists in software applications, and is used as a tool to help human needs such as communication, but is often misused by users. This study conducted a voice recording to get the difference in the sound of each human gender data. The study uses the Yin algorithm to extract data, then the sound pitching process is performed using the histogram pitch feature of the standard deviation and the mean. From this study, it was found that the pitch of men is different from women. The shape of the pitch histogram contours is similar between men and women but the female pitch histogram shifts to a higher frequency than men. This pitch shift in women occurs in all expressions.

Abstract

Diketahu secara luas bahwa performa special dari komposit dengan penguat skala nano ditentukan oleh morfologi dan distribusi dari partikel penguat. Titanium karbida (TiC) memiliki potensi yang sangat baik untuk dikembangkan, dan telah menarik perhatian dari banyak peneliti untuk dikembangkan. Morfologi partikel TiC dibagi menjadi tiga morfologi: one-dimensional nanostructure, two-dimensional nanosheets, dan three-dimensional nanopartikel. Selain morfologi, model distribusi dari TiC partikel patut dipertimbangkan sebagai sarana meningkatkan performa dari komposit. Model distribusi dari partikel TiC sebagai berikut: Isolated, laminated, network dengan partikel terisolasi, network dengan interconnected particles, nacre-like structure, dan distribusi seragam

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical information about teacher competence, and teacher performance in planning, implementing and evaluating the curriculum 2013. The research is carried out using qualitative approach type case study. In accordance with the characteristics of the problem studied, this research activity is based on evaluative descriptive studies. Characteristics of qualitative research are characterized by activities to observe people in real situations both in the interacting environment, as well as to understand the behavior of the observed person. The location of this research is in SMP N 1 Kota Tegal Central Java Province and the subjects of this study are the principal of 1 person, 10 teachers, 1 student, vice head of curriculum 1 person in junior high school N 1 Tegal City Central Java Province From the results of this study it can be concluded that the performance of teachers as the developers of the 2013 curriculum is good but there are still many shortcomings about the understanding of the concept of learning contained in the curriculum 2013, the 2013 curriculum emphasizes the development of the character of learners, 2013 curriculum is very good for learners in developing the process of thinking and discussio.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the errors of students in solving mathematical problem solving based on the newman procedure. This type of research is qualitative research. Based on the results of data analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: the location of the error (1) reading the question that is understanding the context of the sentence but cannot write the meaning correctly. (2) understanding the problem includes not writing what is known, writing what is known is not in accordance with the question request, not writing what is asked in the problem. (3) the transformation of the problem that there is a mistake in writing the method and not writing the method to be used. (4) process skills, namely concept errors and not writing down the calculation process. (5) writing the final answer that is not writing the final answer and conclusion in accordance with the context of the problem.
