Abstract

Influence Giving Entomopatogen Fungus Beauveria bassiana on Pest Attack Rate and Growth and Production on Tomato Plant (Lycopercicum esculentum Mill). This study aims to determine the effect and dose of Entomopatogen Beef Entomopatogen bassiana to the level of pests and the growth and production of tomato plants (Lycopercicum Esculentum mill.)This research was conducted for 4 months from January to April 2017 located at Jalan Pembagunan Kecamatan Long Mesangat, East Kutai Regency. Using Group Random Design (RAK) consisting of 4 treatments The treatment is: B0 = Control B1 = Beauveria bassiana 2 gr / ltr, B2 = Beauveria bassiana 4 gr / ltr, B3 = Beauveria bassiana 6 gr / ltr. To know the effect of treatment then do the analysis of variance and if there is a real influence then proceed with BNT test level 5%.The results showed that the treatment of fungus beauveria bassiana had a very significant effect on the emphasis of pest attack rate, growth increase, flowering age and production of tomato plants at various observations. Dose 6 grams / liter of water beauveria bassiana is the best treatment in suppressing the level of pest attack 14 HST (15.23%), 28 HST (20.37%), 42 HST (11.84%). Increased number of leaves 14 HST (53.65 strands), 28 HST (89.28 strands), 42 HST (141.46 strands). Acceleration of flowering age 25.33 days. The weight of fruit is 172.5 kg and the production rate is 9.79 tons / ha. Keywords: Fungi Beauveria bassiana, Pest. Tomato

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik vedagro berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman umur 60 hari setelah tanam, diameter batang umur 60 hari setelah tanam, umur berbunga, dan umur panen tanaman cabai rawit tetapi tidak berbeda nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman dan diameter batang umur 20 dan 40 hari setelah tanam, berat buah segar dan berat kering tanaman. Pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik vedagro yang terbaik dihasilkan pada perlakuan 10 gram/polibag sementara pengaruh pemberian pupuk prima organik yang terbaik dihasilkan pada perlakuan 4 gram/liter air tetapi pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik vedagro dan pupuk prima organik tidak memberikan hasil yang baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai rawit.

Abstract

The domestic need of soybeans in Indonesia has yet to be met due to its low productivity. One effort to improve it is through the provision of rhizobium, NPK fertilizer and bokashi. The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction effects of rhizobium, NPK fertilizers and bokashi in peat soil on growth and yield parameters of soybean. The research used a two-factorial Randomized Block design (RBD) with three replicates.  The first factor was rhizobium (without and with rhizobium).  The rhizobium added was at a rate of 20 g legin/kg seed. The second factor is the rates of fertilizers (with no fertilizer added, 25 kg NPK/ha, 50 kg NPK/ha, 75 kg NPK/ha and 2 ton bokashi/ha).  The results showed that the interaction of the rhizobium and the NPK fertilizer added at 20 kg/ha was significantly affected plant height, number of pods per plant, number of filled pods per plant, number of seeds per plant but it was not significant on leaf number, number of seeds per pod, weight of 100 seeds and number of root nodules. The interaction of the rhizobium and the NPK fertilizer added at 50 kg/ha significantly affected plant height, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, number of seeds per plant, number of root nodules but no significant effect on leaf number and weights of 100 seeds. The interaction of the rhizobium and the NPK fertilizer added at 75 kg/ha significantly affected plant height, number of pods per plant, number of pods per plant, number of seed pods per plant but no significant effect on leaf number, number of seeds per pod, weight of 100 seeds and number of root nodules. The interaction of the rhizobium and the bokashi significantly affected number of pods per plant, number of filled pods per plant, number of seeds per plant but no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, weight of 100 seeds and number of nodules.
