Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menyediakan layanan dalam bentuk aplikasi untuk melakukan kegiatan Database Manipulation Language (DML) yang diterapkan dalam bentuk cloud computing . Sebanyak tiga buah computer dimanfaatkan untuk memberikan layanan pemrosesan dan penyimpanan database tanpa menggunakan perintah yang ada pada Structure Query Language (SQL) dan satu buah computer digunakan sebagai server yang melayani pengguna untuk melakukan kegiatan DML tanpa menggunakan perintah SQL . Dengan menggunakan teknologi cloud pengelolaan database berbasis SQL yang biasanya menggunakan perintah berbasis command line dapat dilakukan dengan cara yang lebih mudah. Layanan yang diberikan oleh cloud untuk mengelola database berbasis SQL khususnya fungsi DML. Hasil dari implementasi layanan pada jaringan internet, Wireless lan, dan LAN dapat berjalan dengan baik dengan kasus pengujian fungsi pada ketiga media jaringan tersebut. Dengan demikian para pengguna yang sama sekali tidak mengerti bahasa SQL dapat menggunakan layanan ini dengan mudah untuk mengolah database SQL secara mandiri.

Abstract

Basa Walikan can be used as one of the methods in cryptography because the Basa Walikan character exchange process is not easily understood by all people who can speak Javanese. Basa Walikan used in this research  is Basa-Walikan in Yogyakarta, which is sourced from Javanese script characters written in a two-line countdown rule. In Roman characters it becomes ha, na, ca, ra, ka, da, ta, sa, wa, la, pa, dha, ja, yes, nya, ma, ga, ba, tha, nga. The characters in Javanese script are written in 4 (four) lines. The process of character reversal in Basa Walikan uses the mechanism of the first line exchanged with the third line and the second line is swapped to the fourth line as well as the opposite. In this research software for message safety with Basa Walikan was made. From the White Box and Black Box test results it can be concluded that the encryption process and the description process are in accordance with the design of the application being made. If the word being tested is two consonants m and p that are close together, then the encryption process and the description process is done separately or by character.

Abstract

Streaming technology is currently experiencing a great progress. Faster internet more users streaming. Streaming services that exist today there are still weaknesses in both the upload speed, streaming speed and limited types of video extensions that can be played. To resolve these problems then made a video streaming service based local area network with a system of cloud computing that can work effectively in terms of upload speeds, streaming and variations in video formats. Video streaming application is classified as a service IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service Cloud) in cloud computing. On the use of streaming applications the user does not need to convert the video, with the purpose of uploading process can be faster and applications can play a variety of video formats.

Abstract

Konfigurasi peralatan jaringan computer yang digunakan untuk mengelola sebuah jaringan computer  banyak yang menggunakan command line atau berbasis teks meski ada beberapa merk dari peralatan jaringan computer sudah menawarkan perangkat lunak untuk konfigurasi yang berbasis Graphical User Interface(GUI) dengan fungsi yang terbatas. Hal ini menjadi inspirasi untuk membuat perangkat lunak berbasis web untuk fungsi konfigurasi NAT statik dan dinamik.  Hasil perancangan perangkat lunak diujikan dalam Local Area Network(LAN) dan jaringan internet untuk layanan server. Perangkat lunak yang dibuat pada peneltian ini terbukti dapat bekerja untuk pembuatan NAT statik dan dinamik melalui perangkat lunak wireshark yang memperlihatkan proses penyalinan alamat IP source menjadi alamat IP router yang ada NAT statik dan dinamik sehingga dapat mengakses web server yang ada. Sebanyak 30 komputer dalam LAN dan computer dari jaringan internet 100% dapat mengkases web server melalui NAT static yang dikonfigurasi menggunakan keyboard dan mouse.

Abstract

Digital libraries have been widely applied in educational institutions in Indonesia as a complement conventional libraries. The purpose of this research is to know division computer network access at the Adisutjipto Intitute of Technology (STTA) library. The research method used is a qualitative method using Prepare Plan Design Implement Operate and Optimize (PPDIOO). The result research is that people who have internet access will not be able to enter the digital library network. Computer network users who want to access digital libraries must log into the computer network that provides digital books in the library using a Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN). Making this VLAN requires a computer network infrastructure in the form of a Local Area Network (LAN) and computer network equipment in the form of a switch that can be used to configure multiple VLANs in a LAN. Some of the existing services in the library are placed on one VLAN and the digital library is placed on another VLAN. From the test results, it can be seen that between computers that provide services in the library on VLAN 2 cannot communicate via the connecting network to VLAN 1 where the digital library with website based services will be located. This is evidenced by the ping command which generates request time out information. VLANs network in the STTA library have been able to provide support for plans to improve services to members and academicians in the form of a digital library.

Abstract

Routing dinamis tidak hanya digunakan untuk mengelola jaringan komputer dengan jumlah router yang banyak atau lebih dari 10 router, tetapi dapat juga digunakan untuk mengelola jaringan komputer dengan jumlah router yang lebih sedikit dari itu. Salah satu routing dinamis yang banyak digunakan adalah OSPF. Dengan jumlah router yang sedikit seperti dalam penelitian ini hanya 2 buah, maka OSPF dengan single area menjadi pilihan untuk membandingkan dua buah router dari pabrikan yang berbeda dalam melayani audio streaming. Data suara dari komputer yang menjalankan audio streaming diubah menjadi tingkat kebisingan menggunaan perangkat lunak sound meter yang berbasis android menghasilkan nilai tertinggi 83 dan terendah 79 pada jaringan yang menggunakan router berbeda tersebut. Hasil analisa menggunakan analisa deskriptif menunjukan selisih yang tidak terlalu besar yang menyatakan bahwa router cisco seri 2600 memberikan layanan untuk audio streaming yang lebih baik dibandingkan mikrotik seri RB951Ui.

Abstract

The taekwondo match is led by a referee and three judges in charge of giving scores to athletes who get points. The position of these judges is at the edge of the determined arena. The judging system requires many devices such as joy-stick, in-focus and a computer that each device must be connected to each other by using a wire, this method is felt to be less effective where the position of the cable should not be touched or trampled by the player or referee in the match area. To overcome this, it is necessary to design a judging system that utilizes Android with wireless networks to make it easier to give points. The judging process as described can be improved by utilizing information technology in the form of an Android smart phone for judging by using an input device in the form of an Android phone that serves to enter points that will later be displayed. The test results show that the application are more compatible with the World Taekwondo Competition Rules & Interpretation 2018 compared to the previous tools that have not been used in the latest regulations

Abstract

The camera on the smartphone was basically to take pictures or video with equivalent quality digital camera or video recorder. The camera on the smartphone lies in two different locations, first place the rear side and the second being in front. Drone Syma x8hg who used to fly a smartphone for the shooting process is controlled from the laptop software, maximum range 80 meters from the drones by remote control. Software on Android devices and laptops must first diinstalisasi so both devices can be connected to the web server of the provider to process images from a drone Syma x8hg, the two devices must have a network connection provider respectively. Results from testing the smartphone camera carried by a flying drone can be controlled for filming with the distance is affected by the strength of the signal from the service provider's internet connection, while the height is limited by the strength of the signal between the drone with remote control.

Abstract

The importance of communication increases development of information and communication technology in world so rapidly, especially in telecommunications equipment. Mobile phone or smartphone is one type of communication tools that provide communication services to a wide range of features offered but the services offered are not free. AviTalk is applications and services to communicate for free with the use of smartphones based on Android and has a wifi enable this feature. This communication utilizing wifi network at a frequency of 2.4 GHz as to communication network. Test the application is done by trying on some of the features on a smartphone application with different specifications. From the test produced a smartphone that can run the application properly in some smartphones with Android operating system version 4.2 and above, and the smartphone is connected to a wifi network.
