This study aimed to evaluate semester credit system program in SMA Negeri 1 Salatiga. This study was as evaluation research by using CIPP models (Context, Input, Process, and Product) along with qualitative descriptive approach. This data collected by interviews, documentations and observation. The data were analyzed by applying Miles and Huberman theory in Sugiyono (2013:95) that consisted of data collection; data reduction; data display; and conclusions. This study use triangulation technique to test the validity of data. The result showed that: 1) SMAN 1 Salatiga Semester Credit System Program implementation in context evaluation based on the needs of learners possess special smart categories; 2) SMAN 1 Salatiga Semester Credit System Program implementation in input evauation include the plan, mechanism implementation, teachers, learners, finance, infrastructure, and schedule are valued as sufficient; 3) SMAN 1 Salatiga Semester Credit System Program implementation in process evaluation have been carried out as planned program although there are still some obstacles, but have been already handled well; 4) SMAN 1 Salatiga Semester Credit System Program implementation in terms of the results were in accordance with the original purpose of the program, that was to facilitate learners with smart category Outstanding in order to complete their high school studies only for 2 years.

Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar IPA siswa dengan menggunakan metode Snowball Throwing berbantuan media konkret di Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis & Taggart. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Mangunsari 02 Salatiga yang terdiri dari 23 siswa. Kriteria keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini yaitu jika nilai rata-rata siswa kelas IV mencapai atau melebihi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yaitu ⥠65 sebanyak 90%.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan melalui metode Snowball Throwing berbantuan media konkret dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar IPA siswa Sekolah Dasar. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari skor awal keaktifan belajar pada siklus I sebesar 3,625 (90,62%) meningkat di siklus II menjadi 3,81 (95,25%). Hasil belajar siswa secara kognitif meningkat dari siklus I pencapaian ketuntasan secara klasikal rata-rata kelas mencapai 65,22% dengan rata-rata kelas 70,86 meningkat di siklus II menjadi 91,30% dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 79,33. Kata kunci: Snowball Throwing, Media Konkret, Hasil Belajar, IPA

This research is taken place to describe the punctual improvement of the teacher whoâs participated in participatory training model using in-on and to determine the influence of teacher optimism and teachers ability to give feedback, along with the contribution of each variable. This research was conducted based on the assessment of elementary school teachers who are participated in training for classroom action research preparation in KKG Gugus Joko Tingkir Salatiga, with 42 selected people randomly. Data for this research is quantitative. Data were collected through a self-rating scale of 21 items that proved to be valid and reliable. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with Stepwise Model. Based on the result of this research, it can be proved participatory training model effective in improving teacherâs punctual in teaching. There are 2 variables/predictors of teacher optimism and or together with their ability to provide feedback on teacherâs punctual in teaching. Teachers optimism has an effect (positive and significant) on teacherâs punctual in teaching equal to 35.20%. Teacherâs optimism along with their ability to give feedback impact teacherâs punctual in teaching as much as 42.9%. Thus participatory training model should be applying learning principles that emphasize positive optimistic psychology, get used to working effectively with challenges, have the confidence to use innovative thinking in achieving success.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development yang menghasilkan media berupa buku cerita bergambar tema 1 subtema:1 hidup rukun di rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab kebutuhan sekolah, meningkatkan minat membaca dan meghasilkan buku cerita bergambar “Rukun itu Indah” untuk peserta didik yang layak. Pengembangan media buku cerita bergambar dilakukan dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kalitatif yang dilakukan dengan 3 langkah pokok penelitian, yaitu: Pertama, Studi pendahuluan yang mencakup kebutuhan Sekolah Dasar dan pentingnya media. Kedua, penyusunan draft produk melalui tahap pembuatan tema, ilustrasi, desain karakter, penyusunan buku cerita bergambar, validasi materi,validasi media. Ketiga, uji coba produk bagi siswa kelas 2. Hasil penelitian berupa buku cerita bergambar yang berisi materi pendidikan hidup rukun di rumah ini telah divalidasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi dan dinyatakan layak. Buku cerita bergambar telah di uji cobakan kepada peserta didik sekolah dasar dan peserta didik mampu memahami materi hidup rukun di rumah dengan baik.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa yang masih rendah di SD Negeri Sidorejo Kidul 02 pada mata pelajaran Matematika. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika melalui penerapan pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Jenis penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan persentase keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa yang mencapai KKM pada siklus I meningkat dari 9 menjadi 15 peserta didik dengan rata-rata 74,21. Pada siklus II siswa yang mencapai KKM mencapai 15 orang dengan rata-rata 82.86. Aktivitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dari 80 % disiklus I meningkat menjadi 100% pada siklus II. begitu juga dengan aktivitas guru. Pada siklus I menunjukkan presentase 75% meningkat menjadi 100% pada siklus II. Peningkatan ini terjadi karena siswa mulai memahami konsep pemecahan masalah Matematika. Dan guru menggunakan media realia yang dapat membatu siswa memahami konsep pemecahan masalah Matematika melalui langkah-langkah pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Siswa lebih antusias dan aktif mengikuti setiap proses pembelajaran, lebih berani di dalam menyampaikan gagasan dan melakukan kegiatan tanya jawab bersama guru
