<![CDATA[Abstract— For organization, agencies and governments, the supply chain strategies of capital projects are the source of many challenges. For design, delivery and development as concern with time and money these kinds of projects require a design of resources and chains. This article looks at some of these themes and includes: the need for alignment between supply chain strategy and the project concept; dealing with complexity, in particular the systematic and interrelatedness within project decisions; consideration of the ambiguity implicit in all major projects. Basically it takes many years to design and delivery of a project. The final complete project expected to be useful for several years.]]>

<![CDATA[The increasing of women capacity to survive is something that must always be fought. Lengansari village of Sukaraja District of Sukabumi is the representative of the struggling people who are always be the farm laborers on their own dwelling place. This phenomenon triggered the idea of the community service activities which is be an annual program of STKIP PGRI Sukabumi. Group III that is located in Lengansari village initiated to establish a cooperative as a form of education to increase the public standard of living of rural communities. In order to gain the villagers’ expectation, the training was done conductively and systematically by a team under the lecturer guidance. This project was successfully gained because of the hard work of the students of group III totaling 25 students who were directed by the lecturer and in collaboration both with the related apparatus in the region and the department of cooperatives. ]]>

<![CDATA[Kemiskinan adalah masalah yang kompleks dan multidimensi. Oleh karena itu, dalam menanggulangi kemiskinan perlu dilakukan melalui berbagai bidang dan aspek kehidupan manusia baik sebagai individunya sendiri maupun sebagai makhluk sosial yang berada di lingkungan masyarakat. Selain itu, upaya tersebut haruslah dilakukan secara maksimal dan menyeluruh. Pemberantasan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemiskinan akan menjadi hal yang sangat berguna bagi pembangunan bangsa dan negara. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kemiskinan di Indonesia dan bagaimana upaya yang harus dilakukan oleh semua pihak untuk menanggulanginya. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan literatur atau studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat beberapa faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi kemiskinan. Hal ini memerlukan penanganan yang serius dari berbagai pihak baik pemerintah, wirausahawan atau pengusaha, bahkan dari pihak akademisi dan juga pihak-pihak lainnya.]]>

<![CDATA[Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membahas bagaimana perubahan pendidikan masyarakat mempengaruhi lahirnya produk hukum baru. Perubahan pendidikan sosial dapat dilihat dari pergeseran paradigma pendidikan dari model yang hanya berfokus pada pembelajaran akademik menjadi model yang mengintegrasikan pembelajaran sosial dan emosional. Pendidikan sosial juga memperluas cakupannya untuk memasukkan topik yang relevan dengan masalah sosial dan keberlanjutan. Hal ini berdampak pada lahirnya beberapa produk hukum baru. Produk hukum tersebut menunjukkan perhatian pemerintah terhadap pentingnya pendidikan sosial dalam membentuk karakter dan mempersiapkan generasi yang memiliki kemampuan untuk berkontribusi dalam mengatasi masalah sosial yang kompleks. Selain itu, produk hukum tersebut juga mengakui bahwa pendidikan sosial harus menjadi bagian integral dari sistem pendidikan nasional. Tantangan dalam implementasi pendidikan sosial dan produk hukum terkait dengan kurangnya dukungan dan pemahaman dari masyarakat dan kebijakan yang tidak konsisten. Oleh karena itu, perubahan pendidikan masyarakat berperan penting dalam lahirnya produk hukum baru. Produk hukum tersebut mencerminkan perlunya pendidikan sosial yang holistik dan integratif dalam pembentukan karakter dan penyiapan generasi yang dapat berkontribusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan sosial yang kompleks.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 60 orang mahasiswa Program Studi PPKn Fakultas Sosial Ekonomi Universitas Linggabuana PGRI Sukabumi yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen mengikuti pembelajaran berbasis proyek, sedangkan kelompok kontrol mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Keterampilan sosial diukur dengan menggunakan skala keterampilan sosial yang valid dan reliabel sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa. Kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih besar dalam keterampilan sosial dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Pembelajaran berbasis proyek juga membantu siswa untuk berpartisipasi lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa. Hal ini dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk lebih siap dalam menghadapi tantangan di dunia kerja dan kehidupan sosial.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which Artificial Intelligence (AI) variables can moderate the influence between Management Information Systems and Sustainable Performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in West Java - Indonesia. The approach using quantitative descriptive methods through simple linear regression analysis with SPSS was used in this study while for analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Coefficient Product Analysis Strategy: Simple Moderation Model, with a sample of 209 respondents, namely SMEs in West Java Province, Indonesia. The results of the study show that the variable Artificial Intelligence can moderate the influence between Management Information Systems and Sustainable Performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in West Java - Indonesia. In addition, the Management Information System has a positive effect on sustainable performance. The implication of the results of this study is that the performance of SMEs can be improved by increasing the involvement of SMEs in managing their accounting information systems. The value of novelty in this study is that this study uses Artificial Intelligence variables that no one has conducted the same research, besides that IA is used to measure the extent of involvement in the influence of Management Information Systems and Sustainable Performance in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Further researchers can carry out further research by developing the use of other variables in larger and wider business entities and industries as research samples.Key words: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Management Information Systems, Sustainable Performance, SMEs.]]>

<![CDATA[Consumptive behavior in adolescents has become the focus of attention in the context of financial management. This article aims to analyze consumptive behavior in adolescents and its impact on their financial management using a quantitative approach. Through a quantitative survey involving a sample of adolescents, this study aims to identify influencing factors that influence consumptive behavior and analyze the short-term and long-term impact of consumptive behavior on adolescent financial management. The research method used is a quantitative survey with a structured questionnaire. The study sample consisted of adolescents aged 15-18 years who were randomly selected from several schools in certain areas. The questionnaire included questions about spending patterns, consumption motivation, financial management, and financial knowledge of adolescents. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis to identify the relationship between consumptive behavior and financial management. The survey results show that influencing factors such as marketing, social media, peers, and psychological factors play an important role in adolescent consumptive behavior. In addition, excessive consumptive behavior has a negative impact on adolescent financial management, including consumptive debt problems, difficulty saving, and lack of financial knowledge. The long-term impact of this consumptive behavior can lead to financial risks in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[Competition intensity (CI), innovation capability (IC) and dynamic marketing capabilities (DMCs) are still an interesting problem for studies in scientific research. This study aims to determine the extent of the ability of innovation in mediating the effect of the intensity of competition on dynamic marketing skills. Quantitative descriptive becomes the method used in this study, with simple linear regression analysis and SPSS v 23 and Amos v. 23 software as a calculation tool, beginning with the measurement of the model using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Product of Coefficient Strategy analysis: Single Mediation Model, with a sample of 189 MSMEs engaged in the processing industry in Sukabumi. This study shows that the innovation capability variable (IC) can mediate the influence of competition intensity (CI) on dynamic marketing capabilities (DMCs) on MSMEs in Sukabumi, West Java, Indonesia in 2018.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to the influence of employee discipline, learning and supervision on the service performance of public works in Bina Marga office of Ponorogo Regency. The results showed the simultaneous influence of discipline and organizational learning behavior on the performance. The results empirically prove that discipline and organizational learning behavior is highly relevant as a measuring tool with sufficient accuracy to determine the service performance of service employees in the Public Works and Bina Marga Office of Ponorogo Regency. The simultaneous influence of employee discipline with learning behavior of organization on employees in the licensing sector at PU in Ponorogo Regency which has an impact on the performance or performance of public services can be illustrated that Public Works Department employees as a learning organization are not far from the mindset that only senior management can and do all the thinking for the whole institution. The learning behavior of organization challenges all employees to utilize their mental resources and potential, with the hope that every employee in the PU office can build their own community based on the principles of freedom, humanity, and a collective desire to learn. As a managerial implication, it can be said that discipline in the work process at the Ponorogo District Public Works office goes hand in hand with the willingness of employees to increas discipline and organizational learning behavior which are correlated to form service performance]]>
