Abstract

Mengacu pada UU No 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen merupakan tugas FKIP untuk mencetak dan melahirkan output guru profesional dan harus banyak upaya yang untuk direalisasikan demi meningkatkan mutu lulusan dan meminimalisir kestatisan hasil daripada lulusan FKIP. Berdasarkan data di lapangan sampai tahun 2011 bahwa di FKIP Universitas Panca Marga Probolinggo masih ada beberapa hal terencana yang belum direalitaskan sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan mutu karena banyak kendala yang dihadapi. Dari konteks permasalahan yang terjadi maka penelitian ini difokuskan pada empat pokok masalah: (1) bagaimana gambaran umum keberhasilan FKIP-UPM Probolinggo dalam mencetak calon guru profesional dengan empat kompetensi dasar guru tahun akademik 2008/2009-2011/2012, (2) gambaran kegagalannya, (3) upaya yang dilakukan, dan (4) kendala apa saja yang dihadapi. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan penelitia ini adalah untuk mengetahui, menemukan, dan mendeLaporan Penelitiankan secara mendalam tentang bagaimanakah gambaran umum keberhasilan, kegagalan FKIP- UPM Probolinggo dalam mencetak calon guru profesional dengan empat kompetensi dasar guru, dan apa saja upaya serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses tersebut di tahun akademik 2008/2009-2011/2012. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan model analisis interaksi dan disajikan dalam bentuk tema. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan FKIP-UPM Probolinggo dalam mencetak calon guru profesional dengan empat kompetensi dasar guru berada dalam tingkat yang relatif baik dengan upaya- upaya yang dilakukan dan hasil yang signifikan.memuat uraian singkat mengenai masalah dan tujuan penelitian, metode yang digunakan, dan hasil penelitian

Abstract

Performance is a job target, this research aim to find the contribution or effect of competence and job satisfaction through organizational commitment to performance with a sample of 83 employees of PDAM Kota Probolinggo, using path analysis with multiple linear regression with the amos application, giving the results that: competence and job satisfaction are not significant effect on organizational commitment, thus organizational commitment is not able to mediate employee competence and job satisfaction on employee performance results, and job satisfaction also does not significantly affect performance, only employee competence has a significant effect on employee performance, Componnents that need attention are motives, systems supervision, system operational procedures, co-workers and satisfaction with salaries

Abstract

This research aimed to know how much influence of the leadership style and work motivation on employee satisfaction Environmental Agency Kota Probolinggo. This type of research is descriptive with causal associative approach the research done by the outline descriptive question the relationship between two or more variables that diteliti. This research was conducted with the number of respondents was 60 orang. Data collection method data in this study is a preliminary survey, literature study and survey lapangan.Teknik sampling sampling techniques used are saturated. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypotheses by SPSS 22 for windows. Based on the test results of t test (partial) obtained Leadership Style variables significantly influence Job Satisfaction Motivation Kerja.Sedangkan on job satisfaction obtained thitung≤ ttabel (0,952≤ 2.002) it means that the work motivation variable no significant effect on job satisfaction. While the test results F test (simultaneous) significance value of F> F table (10.187> 3.16) H0 is rejected it means simultaneously leadership style and work motivation significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how big the influence of discipline and compensation on employee performance and variable which influence more dominant to employee performance that exist in Mts Manbaul Hikam Tegalsiwalan Probolinggo, type of quantitative descriptive research with sampling technique using total population (25 respondents) and hypothesis test Using t test and F test (α 0,05) with multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows the independent variable (X1) Discipline, independent variable (X2) Compensation affects collectively on the dependent variable (Y) Employee Performance, and the discipline variable has more dominant influence than the compensation variable. This will pay attention to the leadership of the Mts Manbaul Hikam Institute which is related to the compensation of the employees in order to improve its performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the effect between the variable ability and organizational commitment simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Unity, Nation, and Politics (Bakesbangpol) Probolinggo. 2) To know the influence between the variable ability and organizational commitment partially on the performance of employees at the Unity, Nation, and Politics (Bakesbangpol) Probolinggo. 3) To know the dominant variable between organizational capability and commitment to employee performance at Badan Unity, Bangsa dan Politik (Bakesbangpol) Probolinggo District. Researcher uses descriptive with the approach of causal associative and takes sample counted 31 respondents, method of collecting data using questioner and sampling technique using saturated sampling. The analysis tool used is a questionnaire test consisting of validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, hypothesis test consisting of t-test, F test, and the dominant test. The result of the validity test shows all the valid question items above 0.367 and the result of the reliability test shows the reliable result that is above 0.60. Normality test shows normally distributed data. Multicollinearity test shows the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y) there is no correlation between independent variables or free regression model of multicollinearity. Heteroscedasticity test showed no heteroscedasticity. Autocorrelation test showed no autocorrelation occurred. F test shows that the independent variables simultaneously affect the purchase decision (Y) with the value Fcount> Ftable (36.637> 3.34) (sig. 0.000 <0.05). The t-test shows that the variable of the ability variable (X1) has a partial effect on the performance (Y) with the tcount> table (6,175> 2.048) (sig .0,00,05). And the commitment variable (X2) has a partial effect on the performance (Y) with the value of count (5.427 ≥ 2.048) (sig. 0.000 ≤ 0,05). This study supports the results of research conducted by Sitorus (2014), Permatasari (2016), and Shafiah (2014). Keywords: Ability, Organizational Commitment, and Performance.

Abstract

This research investigates occupational stress as mediator of relationship between workload, emotional intelligence and performance of teachers in Probolinggo regency. A number of 198 teachers from both public and private secondary school in the regency were randomly selected. Data collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The analysis on the validity of workload, emotional intelligence, occupational stress and performance instrument gives result above 0.139 (rtable). This tells that all instruments are valid while the reliabilities based on the analysis result in Alpha coefficient of 0.6, which is reliable. The results showed that both workload and emotional intelligence significantly influence work stress and teacher performance, and work stress is able to mediate the effect of workload and emotional intelligence on teacher performance.

Abstract

Gejugan Village is one of the villages in Probolinggo district on the north coast. Gejugan Village is in the west bordering Klaseman Village and Karangpranti Village, Pajarakan District. Gejugan village has local potential that can be developed from their agricultural produce, namely corn. Corn is an alternative food source that contains many nutrients. But the people here still don't have the knowledge to be able to use it. The Socialization Activity for Making SUJU (Corn Milk) to Prevent Stunting and Utilizing Local Potential is expected to provide more knowledge to the Gejugan community in utilizing existing local potential, especially processing corn into corn milk. Besides having good nutrition, corn milk also has more value in the economy. If it is processed properly and properly, this product can be sold in the market. The socialization of making corn milk was attended by 25 residents of Gejugan Village. Material for making corn milk was given by providing materials and hands-on practice during the event. Participants in the socialization of making corn milk enthusiastically listened to and practiced directly making corn milk during the socialization process. From the results of the socialization, the practiced corn milk resulted in 6 bottles of corn milk measuring 360 ml. Abstract

In order for the company to be optimal in marketing its products on the market, it needs a set of marketing equipment in the form of a marketing mix. Kthe concept of marketing mix in the form of product, price, and distribution as well as promotion; is a variable used by entrepreneurs so that consumer satisfaction is met and the needs and desires of consumers are served. (Swastha, 2005). Lingga Mas wants existing customers to be maintained, the marketing mix concept needs to be maximized. The research aims to analyzeinfluence of marketing mix (element) with satisfaction.A sample of 45 people using a population technique or saturated sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. Data were analyzed by multiple regression.There is a significant effect between Marketing Mix and Customer Satisfaction with Mineral Water Osmo Probolinggo because F count 14,068 > 2.61 (table), and sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The effect of product with satisfaction is t = 2.254 > 2.021 (t-table) and sig is 0.030 <0.05, it is concluded that there is a significant/meaningful effect, the effect of price and satisfaction is obtained tcount 4.840 > 2.021 (ttable) with sig. of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant/significant effect. Distribution with satisfaction has a significant/convincing effect because t-count is 2.121 > 2.021 with sig. 0.040 < 0.05. The promotion variable with customer satisfaction has no significant effect because tcount < ttable is 1.023 < 2.021 sig. 0.312 > 0.05. Abstract

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) dalam sebuah perusahaan sangatlah penting, karena SOP merupakan salah satu pedoman pokok mengenai tahapan aktivitas kerja di sebuah perusahaan tertentu dan memiliki bersifat mengikat serta membatasi bagaimana karyawan nantinya bekerja. Pengamatan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) pada kualitas pembangunan unit rumah di PT.RPPN Kota Probolinggo. Pengamatan ini menggunakan metode field research, serta melakukan studi kelayakan data teknik triangulasi dengan teknik wawancara tidak struktur dengan minimal tiga sumber informan namun dengan pertanyaan yang realif sama. Uji kredibilitas data dengan melakukan pengumpulan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data serta ditarik kesimpulan. Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik mengambil sampel yang menerapkan metode snowball sampling. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa PT RPPN sudah memiliki SOP yang baik di setiap pembangunan unit rumah. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan disetiap hasil kerja yang dilakukan, perusahaan dapat memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan dengan kualitas yang dihasilkan tanpa menghilangkan peran SOP di setiap prosesnya untuk mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan bersama.
