Abstract

Avifauna in its habitat decereasing by many factor such as land clearing which cause avifauna becomes endangered,moreover illegal hunting dangering population of avifauna in its own habitat,and furthermore factors which may cause deleterious of nature. The aims of this research is to collect the data of diurnal avifauna diversity in the ex-fire areas in Rasau Jaya Umum village Kubu Raya regency. This research is use point count methode that used ex-fire areas and un-fire areas, in the morning, noon and afternoon with 3 times repeatly of each location. The results showed that observation of avifauna ex-fire areas in 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018 and un-fire areas found 20 species from 16 families with a total of 160 individuals. Dominance value of five location possess average value of C close 0, so that indicates there is no species dominates another species,which mean function of avifauna species which had discovered in that location is even and stable. Diversity index avifauna species which discoverd from five location has shown average criteria avifauna species differ from each location depends on environtment condition.eveness index of ex burnt land from 2014, 2016 and 2017 consist eveness value and its abundance had categorized by unstable community or not even. Encounter degree of avifauna which categorized of five location, had shown avifauna from Hirundo rustica, Lonchura malacca and Collocalia esculenta high rate of encounter degree its species because enviromental condition which helps avifauna for its reproduction, feeding ground and nesting, avifauna eveness index found un-fire (TT) and ex-fire areas in 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, have 3 criteria,which is low (TT-2017 and TT-2018)  average TT-2014, TT-2016, 2014-2018 and 2016-2018) and high (2014-2016, 2014-2017, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018).Keywords : Avifauna, Species diversity, Ex- burn forest.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to explore the association among supply chain strategy (SCS) and supply chain information systems (SCIS) strategy and also its influence on efficient supply chain and firm performance (FP). Based on information processing theory (IPT), established hypotheses presenting moderating impact of two supply chain information system strategies (SCIS), information system for efficiency and information system for flexibility. These hypotheses are based on the separate relationship among the two SC approaches i.e. Lean and Agile, and SC efficiency and FP. On the basis of data gathered from top management working in procurement, logistics and SC departments of 250 Indonesian firms, for the survey. The gathered data were analysed by using tools like confirmatory analysis and structural equation modelling (SEM), validated our hypotheses. The result shows that IS for efficiency and flexibility, IS strategy strengthen the association among Lean (Agile) SC strategy and SC efficiency. Moreover, there is positively significant association was revealed among SC efficiency and FP and moderating association among SC efficiency on the association among SC strategy and FP was also found. This research offers novel addition in available research by offering theoretical foundation and supportive results that SC efficiency can be enhanced if SC and IS strategies are implemented simultaneously.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study describes the charismatic leadership type of the kyai by focusing on the leadership type of K.H.M. Yunus Martan in the development of the Pesantren As'adiyah Sengkang. Aims to review the personal identity, work and leadership type of K.H.M. Yunus Martan in developing the Pesantren As'adiyah. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach which is carried out by compiling and describing the life and type of leadership of K.H.M. Yunus Martan in developing the Pesantren As'adiyah. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, literature studies and documents related to the researched. After the data was collected, a descriptive qualitative analysis was carried out in the form of a narrative. The results of this study indicate that the individualistic and centralistic characteristics of the charismatic leadership type of kyai in pesantren, do not fully apply to the leadership of K.H.M. Yunus Martan. In the management of the Pesantren As'adiyah, K.H.M. Yunus Martan actually involved the management and all elements of As'adiyah. Likewise, the decision-making process is carried out through deliberation and meetings. Both of these are characteristics of the democratic type of leadership. This study also found that K.H.M. Yunus Martan is a person with makarame leadership behavior. It is based on personal qualities characterized by his extraordinary firmness and discipline in all aspects of his activities. Firmness and discipline are the keys to his success in developing Pesantren As'adiyah. Keywords: leadership type, leadership in pesantren, charismatic, makarame

Abstract

This study describes women's leadership with a focus on studying the capacity of women as leaders. Aims to identify whether leadership is more effective and has better performance than male leadership. This type of research uses library research with analytic descriptive methods. The data in this study were obtained from books, journals, other reference websites related to the research topic. The approach used in this research is a feminist approach, where this approach tends to address gender issues, particularly those related to women's leadership. Another approach is the philosophical approach, as well as the historical approach. In this study it was found that women's leadership is related to feminine character. There are five attributes attached to feminine character, 1) Caring, 2) Vision, 3) Collaboration, 4) Courage, and 5) Intuition. It was also found that there are four factors that influence women's leadership, namely: Mother, Seductress, Pet and Iron Maiden. In addition, women's leadership is also supported by a transformational style and feminism. Meanwhile, women's success in leading is supported by feminist ethics, namely 1) Maternal Thinking, 2) Caring, and 3) Ethich of Care.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Self Efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telekomunikasi Sengkang 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Locus of Control terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telekomunikasi Sengkang 3)Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Self Efficacy dan Locus of Control terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telekomunikasi Sengkang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 35 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Berdasarkan Koefisien Determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi berganda antara variabel self efficacy, locus of control dan kinerja karyawan adalah sedang karena koefisien korelasinya menunjukkan angka 0,467 yang tergolong pada interval 0,40-0,599, namun hasil nilai koefisien relasinya menunjukkan positif yang berarti bahwa adanya hubungan yang positif sehingga kinerja karyawan meningkat 21,9 %, sedangkang sisinya 78,1 % dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar variabel yang diteliti 2) Berdasarkan Uji t, diketahui nilai t_hitung self efficacy sebesar 2,120 > t_tabel sebesar 2,034 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel self efficacy (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT. Telekomunikasi Sengkang 3) Berdasarkan Uji t, diketahui nilai t_hitung locus of control sebesar 2,509 > t_tabel sebesar 2,034 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel self efficacy (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT. Telekomunikasi Sengkang 4) Berdasarkan Uji F, diketahui nilai F_hitung self efficacy dan locus of control sebesar 4,464 > F_tabel sebesar 3,29 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel self efficacy (X1) dan locus of control (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT. Telekomunikasi Sengkang. Kata Kunci: : Self Efficacy ,Locus Of Control ,Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan karakter kepemimpinan ideal pada era generasi milenial. Bertujuan mengulas tentang teori kepemimpinan dan tipe kepemimpinan, karakter Generasi Milenial, serta karakter kepemimpinan ideal pada era Genrasi Milenial. Penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan dalam bentuk pengumpulan data melalui referensi teoritis yang relevan dengan karakter kepemimpinan ideal pada era generasi milenial. Referensi teoritis dihimpun melalui jurnal, artikel ilmiah, laporan penelitian atau buku dan publikasi ilmiah lainnya yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Aspek yang diidentifikasi dari literatur yaitu karakter kepemimpinan ideal pada era generasi milenial. Setelah data terkumpul dilakukan analisis kualitatif melalui pandangan dan pendapat para ahli kemudian dideskripsikan dalam bentuk narasi. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan pada era milenial memiliki pendekatan yang khas karena digitalisasi yang merambah dunia kerja tidak memungkinkan bagi pemimpin untuk bertindak secara konvensional. Pemimpin pada era melenial perlu mengaplikasikan karakter kepemimpinan yang ideal pada era generasi milenial, yaitu pemimpin berkemampuan digital yang handal, pembangun hubungan harmoni dan ideal, demikian juga sebagai pemimpin yang selalu memberi tantangan, serta pendorong kolaborasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kepuasan. Menyesuaikan dengan pola dan gaya hidup generasi milenial yang suka serba cepat dan instan serta cepat mengadaptasikan diri, maka seorang pemimpin ideal pada era milenial adalah pemimpin yang lincah dan cepat beradaptasi.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine more deeply the role of ethical leadership in organizational culture. This is an interesting study to discuss considering that leadership is a central activity in an organization, with a top leader as a central figure, so that a leader needs leadership ethics, because a leader becomes an uswah or role model for his subordinates and has a significant influence on the performance of their subordinates. In this paper, this research uses a qualitative research type with a library research approach with data collection techniques through various references, then data reduction and conclusions are carried out. The results of the study show that leadership ethics plays a role in organizational culture. Ethical leadership affects performance in the organization, both the performance of leaders and followers. The leader is a determining factor in creating ethical behavior and ethical climate in the organization. The leader develops a strategy for developing ethical behavior which is part of the organizational strategy. The leader compiles an organizational code of ethics and implements it as a guide to the behavior of members of the organization and becomes a role model for ethical behavior.

Abstract

Leadership plays an important role in influencing, encouraging, inviting, guiding, moving, directing people or groups to voluntarily do something towards achieving a certain goal that has been set. Likewise, the principal as a leader in the education unit plays a role in optimizing the leadership functions in schools. This study examines the role of school/madrasah principals in optimizing the use of instructional media, as well as the relationship between media use and student learning motivation. This research determines the object of research at Madrasah Aliyah As'adiyah Number 1 Atapage Wajo, South Sulawesi. To examine these problems, this research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection procedure was carried out through library research, in the form of citing books related to research, either through direct or indirect quotations. In addition, field research was carried out, by collecting data in the form of observations, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Qualitative data were analyzed by deductive, inductive and comparative methods while quantitative data were analyzed using statistical analysis methods. The results showed that the madrasa head played a very important role in efforts to optimize the use of learning media, and the use of learning media showed a positive effect on student learning motivation, shown among other things that students were more serious about learning, concentrated, and learning was more interesting and real.

Abstract

The unique human resource governance role has significantly contributed to achieving the University's mission and vision. We have carried out this study to prove the role of quality human resources in achieving the University's mission. The phenomenological approach involves, among other things, a data coding system, in-depth evaluation, high integration, and concluding the principles of validity and reliability. Context of higher education from the 15 publications we reviewed and backed up by other findings in the context of the role of HR and achieving university goals in higher education studies was resulting of this study. These findings will be helpful in the development of similar studies in the future.

Abstract

The head of the madrasa as the highest leader in the education unit, has a very vital role in the management of the madrasa, because the progress of the institution is under his responsibility. The creativity of the madrasa head becomes a necessity so that he is able to manage the madrasa organization properly and correctly. The implication is that the success is in the form of teacher output and professionalism. The purpose of this study was to analyze the leadership of the madrasah head in improving the professional competence of teachers with the research subject of Madrasah Tsanawiyah As'adiyah No.3 Atapange. This research is a case study research, with a qualitative approach. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique, namely the leadership of the madrasa head in improving the professional competence of teachers. Data collection through questionnaires, interviews, and observation. The collected data is then organized, interpreted and analyzed repeatedly, in order to develop concepts and abstract field findings. The results showed that madrasah heads have a democratic leadership style in improving teacher professional competence, while the strategy used is collaborative, namely paying attention to personal behavior and the condition of teachers, listening to ideas and suggestions from teachers, resolving and clarifying mistakes, providing input and trying to solve teacher problems, dividing tasks together, setting an example, acting according to the ability of the teacher.
