Abstract

Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan gaya yang digunakan oleh seorang pemimpin untuk memimpin organisasi dengan menggunakan sumber daya yang ada dalam organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang ada dalam organisasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan pemimpin untuk pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Pegawai merupakan sumber daya manusia yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh seorang pemimpin dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi, dapat diukur dengan tingkat kinerjanya. Tingkat kinerja merupakan perbandingan antara sasaran kerja yang ditetapkan dengan produktifitas kerja pegawai. Selain hal yang tersebut diatas, motivasi kerja juga sangat mempengaruhi perilaku pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kinerja. Motivasi kerja pegawai dipengaruhi dari internal dan eksternal. Salah satu pengaruh eksternal untuk peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai berasal dari seorang pemimpin dalam menjalankan gaya kepemimpinannya. Gaya kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan organisasi akan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat motivasi kerja pegawai, sehingga secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dalam suatu organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memaparkan pembangunan sistem elektronik Kanban untuk menggantikan sistem Kanban konvensional. Banyak penelitian yang dilakukan sebelumnya untuk mengoptimasi jumlah Kanban, akan tetapi kelemahan yang masih ditemui adalah apabila terjadi perubahan perencanaan produksi maka harus dilakukan optimasi ulang jumlah Kanban dan hal itu tentu saja memerlukan waktu dan biaya. Dalam perkembangannya, Perusahaan telah menerapkan sistem Kanban untuk mendukung sistem produksi Just In Time, namun masih saja ditemukan permasalahan yang terjadi dilapangan dikarenakan sistem yang diterapkan menggunakan kertas dan pencatatan manual. Pada penelitian ini sistem elektronik Kanban (e-Kanban) dibangun berbasis visi komputer yang digabung dengan sistem produksi yang kondisinya saat ini berjalan. Metode E-Kanban adalah metode untuk mengatasi ketidakteraturan Kanban manual. Berdasarkan pengujian yang menggunakan sebuah skenario Jadwal Induk Produksi (JIP) yang telah ditentukan didapati bahwa sistem elektronik Kanban dapat mengalirkan informasi secara efisien dan efektif dengan peningkatan 54 % dibanding dengan sistem konvensional dan 32% dibanding dengan Kanban manual.

Abstract

PT.Bina Busana Internusa adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang garmen dengan memproduksi kemaja pria & wanita dan seragam kerja khususnya pada Kain kemeja poloshirt yang membutuhkan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang baik dan tepat. Produk yang akan diteliti adalah kain kemeja poloshirt. Permasalahan yang terjadi di kain kemeja poloshirt adalah keterlambatan datangnya bahan baku selama 4 hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengendalikan persediaan bahan baku menggunakan metode EOQ di PT Bina Busana Internusa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode EOQ untuk mengetahui total biaya persediaan. Data yang dibutuhkan pada penelitian ini yaitu jumlah pembeliaan bahan baku, jumlah penggunaan bahan baku, biaya simpan, biaya pemesanan, lead time dan frekuensi pemesanan . Hasil yang diperoleh dari metode EOQ yaitu terjadi perbaikan pada pembelian bahan baku, total biaya persediaan bahan baku, frekuensi pemesanan, safety stock dan reorder point. Nilai pembeliaan bahan baku sebesar 1.313,167 kg menjadi 1.837 kg. Nilai total biaya persediaan bahan baku sebesar Rp 2.447.395 menjadi Rp. 2.315.356. Nilai Frekuensi pemesanan sebesar 24 kali menjadi 17 kali. Safety stock yang di hasilkan dari metode EOQ sebesar 749,91 kg. Reorder point yang dihasilkan dari metode EOQ sebesar 969 kg. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk menimasi total biaya persediaan bahan baku.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the causes of delays in the delivery of products to consumers. Big picture mapping will describe the product delivery process flow starting from receiving product delivery orders to the product delivery process carried out by a third party company. Process activity mapping is used to categorize activities into three categories, namely value added, necessary, value added, and non value added. Waste activity identification that occurs in the product delivery process is carried out with the seven waste method, which then causes the waste factors to be analyzed using a fishbone diagram. Lean distribution method is useful for analyzing waste factors as much as possible, so that continuous improvement can be implemented immediately.

Abstract

The objectives of this research is to added value function to the application (software) which has been made in previous that had reached copyright number no HKI 2-01-000007457 in the year 2016. The problems that occur in this research because nowadays mostly industries want to utilize system information which is easy to use, also if possible connecting to the smart phone. The Research method in making this application is using SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) technique, that is the logical process used by developer or analyst in process of making information media. The added value provided in this application is an application system that previously used a web-based system, and now changed into an android based system which is more easily and possible use by both smart phone and smart tv. Applications that has equipped android system additionally can be connected with electronic devices that also have android operating system such as smart tv and smart phone, so an enterprise can use it for information system activities, which is the functions can be able monitoring stock of goods that integrated with digital systems. At the end of this research, a feasibility survey provided by 40 experienced respondents as the industry users that from 3 industries, such as retail industry, manufacturing industry, and restaurant industry. The result of this survey analysis conducted with the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method that found almost all industries are suitable to use this application, with 30.7% retail, manufacturing 39.2%, restaurant 30.1% .The important priority in the implementation of this application is the cost of using this application and the application performance of the industrial activities.

Abstract

This research have objective to determine the application of procedures, mismatches work processes and maintenance of machinery repair and analyze the causes of motor engine damage in the PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor City. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained through observations and interviews to the parties concerned in the mechanical and electrical parts. Secondary data in the form of data SOP maintenance and repair machine from company. Descriptive, comprative, and evaluative methods are used to analyze the actual condition and working procedures of maintenance and repair of machinery and to compare between the results obtained from this research on the implementation of the maintenance work process and the repair of machines there are still stages that are not executed according to the procedure. Using the Fishbone Diagram method, the most dominant type of damage occurring in the motorizer engine is a burning roll with a contribution rate of 53.125%. Using Pareto Diagram, this analysis can provide information for the company to pay more attention to the maintenance and repair activities of the machine so that the work process activities in the mechanical and electrical section run well and smoothly.

Abstract

The article is to examine several pieces of evidence from previous studies to understand higher education governance in the crisis-era related to the challenges of achieving equal distribution of education quality. Data collection involves searching for many published articles, including journals, books, magazines, and websites that discuss higher education governance issues regarding quality and opportunity. The data analysis involves a comprehensive evaluation data coding system, critical interpretation, and comprehensive and high decision making. The data search is done with the help of technology, especially online data sources using keywords such as the quality of higher education, equal opportunity. Based on the findings, explanations, and discussions, we can summarize that the governance of higher education in the crisis era faces various challenges related to equity and the achievement of high quality. When a crisis occurs, the changes are significant, and they cannot carry out various obligations and intellectual rights so that they ignore the quality and equity of higher education. Therefore, this study recommends that high fences be managed by emphasizing finding solutions to address the challenges of service quality and equity by following guidelines and regulations in force in many countries. It is hoped that this study will become an essential input to solve the challenges of higher education afflicted by various crises. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi waktu pengiriman sistem distribusi ekspor semen PT. Semen Padang, dengan cara merubah aktivitas yang merupakan pemborosan (waste) menjadi aktivitas yang mendukung nilai tambah bagi perusahaan (VA). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Value stream analysis (VALSAT), yang merupakan alat untuk meminimasi waste (pemborosan) dalam proses aktivitas kerja, khususnya aktivitas pengiriman semen ekspor. Big mapping process dapat memperlihatkan waktu pekerjaan per masing-masing aktivitas pengiriman ekspor, yang diikuti dengan menggunakan metode pertanyaan “why-why” yang berguna untuk mengidentifikasi waste. Dalam penelitian ini VALSAT digunakan untuk menganalisa dan memberi rekomendasi pengurangan waste dengan tipe waiting dari 14% jumlah aktivitas dengan jumlah menit 13 %, menjadi 10% jumlah aktivitas dengan jumlah menit 10%, dan waste dengan tipe transportasi dari 24% jumlah aktivitas dengan jumlah menit 17 %, menjadi 14% jumlah aktivitas dengan jumlah menit 14%. Usulan perbaikan sistem pengiriman distribusi ekspor yang baru menggunakan analisis metode 5W-1H.
