Abstract

ABSTRAKUsaha/industri sektor informal di Kabupaten Bantul berkembang sangat pesat. Dari data Dinas Perindagkop, pada tahun 2011 tercatat terdapat 18.158 Indusri Kecil Menengah (IKM) di Kabupaten Bantul. Peningkatan jumlah IKM terjadi di tahun-tahun berikutnya, dimana pada tahun 2012 tercatat terdapat 18.235 IKM dan pada tahun 2013 terdapat 18.295 IKM. Sejalan dengan perkembangannya, IKM mendapati berbagai masalah yang hanya dapat ditangani dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak. Pemetaan IKM secara geografis menjadi penting mengingat penanganan terhadap permasalahan IKM harus dilakukan seefektif dan efisien mengingat jumlah IKM yang tidak sedikit. Aplikasi yang dibangun, dirancang berdasarkan arsitektur sistem ingormasi geografis, menggunakan ordinat longitude dan latitude dari lokasi masing-masing IKM. Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG), dibuat dengan menggunakan informasi yang berasal dari pengolahan sejumlah data, yaitu data geografis atau data yang berkaitan dengan posisi obyek di permukaan bumi. Dalam implementasinya, SIG dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu penyampaian informasi mengenai lokasi tempat , memberikan penjelasan tentang suatu peristiwa, membuat peramalan kejadian, dan perencanaan strategis lainnya.. Dengan menggunakan fasilitas Google Map pemetaan IKM dilakukan dengan memberikan icon yang berbeda untuk tiap-tiao jenis IKM sehingga sebaran IKM terlihat.Hasil aplikasi berupa visualisasi peta wilayah IKM, yang nantinya dapat digunakan pihak terkait untuk melihat sebaran IKM di kabupaten Bantul.Kata Kunci: IKM, pemetaan, SIG, sebaran.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBerbagai model dapat dibentuk dari sebuah metode. Perbedaan hasil dari model yang dibuat dengan metode yang sama sangat dimungkinkan, karena model yang berbeda. Pemilihan model yang tepat akan menentukan hasil yang diperoleh.Profile matching merupakan metode yang cara kerjanya adalah mencari objek yang profilnya mendekati profil yang diinginkan. Fuzzifikasi merupakan salah satu proses yang terdapat pada sistem fuzzy. Fuzzifikasi akan mendapatkan nilai analog sebagai masukan dan menghasilkan nilai fuzzy (membership degree) dari nilai analog tersebut sebagai keluarannya. Profile matching dan fuzzifikasi memiliki domain nilai untuk kelompok nilai tertentu. Selain menggunakan domain yang sama, perbandingan hasil pada penelitian ini akan menggunakan kriteria, subkriteria dan profil yang sama dengan kasus pemilihan makalah terbaik.Dari hasil pengujian disimpulkan bahwa model yang telah dibuat dengan Profile matching mempunyai potensi yang besar untuk menghasilkan nilai yang sama walaupun dengan perbedaan nilai awal yang besar, sementara model yang dibangun dengan metode Profile matching dan fuzzifikasi dapat menghasilkan nilai makalah dengan tetap menjaga perbedaan nilai awal.Kata kunci : fuzzifikasi. membership degree, model, Profile matching

Abstract

Program kepaniteraan klinik merupakan suatu bagian penting dalam sistem pendidikan kedokteran. Program kepaniteraan klinik yaitu suatu periode pendidikan kedokteran yang ditekankan pada penerapan teori-teori yang sebelumnya sudah di dapat dari periode pra klinik. Program kepaniteraan klinik dilaksanakan di rumah sakit atau pun puskesmas yang ditunjuk. Para calon dokter yang sedang melaksanakan program ini sering di sebut dengan istilah koas. Penjadwalan koas yaitu pengaturan dari beberapa koas yang akan dialokasikan pada beberapa unit dalam waktu atau periode tertentu. Hal ini bukan merupakan pekerjaan yang mudah. Penelitian ini mengusulkan rancang bangun aplikasi penjadwalan koas sebagai permasalahan integer programming dan kemudian diselesaikan dengan metode branch and bound. Permasalahan meliputi fungsi tujuan yaitu meminimalkan pelanggaran konstrain sebagai biaya pinalti dan fungsi kendala. Banyaknya jumlah variabel dalam proses penjadwalan koas dipengaruhi oleh lama periode, jumlah unit dan banyaknya kelompok yang diinputkan atau terlibat dalam proses penjadwalan. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dibangun dapat menghasilkan jadwal bagi koas.Kata Kunci: penjadwalan, branch and bound, integer programming

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak negatif bagi perekonomian dunia secara umum, termasuk UKM di Indonesia. Lebih dari 88% usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) mengalami penurunan margin keuntungan selama masa pandemi hingga Agustus 2020. Pelaku UMKM harus memiliki strategi untuk tetap bertahan di tengah dan pasca pandemi Covid-19. Kajian ini mencoba membahas berbagai langkah yang bisa dilakukan UMKM untuk bangkit dan aktif kembali dari krisis di masa pandemi Covid-19. Dalam hal ini, peningkatan kualitas produk dan perluasan pasar menjadi hal yang penting untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil kasus UKM yang bergerak di bidang industri kain tenun lurik tradisional. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa UKM dapat menambahkan 3 varian motif baru yang memiliki hak cipta. Perluasan pasar online juga berdampak positif dengan meningkatkan omzet sebesar 20%. Dampak positif ini diperkirakan akan terus meningkat ketika pandemi Covid-19 berakhir dan kemampuan ekonomi masyarakat kembali meningkat

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the global economy, including Indonesia. The main victims of the COVID-19 outbreak are micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This article aims to examine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on MSMEs and provide recommendations that can be done to reduce business losses, survive the crisis and accelerate recovery. MSMEs were negatively affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in terms of sales, income, profits, and cash flow of business owners. MSME actors must adapt by reducing production, and reducing the number/hour of employees. More than that, product quality improvement and market expansion are important things to do. The majority of MSMEs (82.9%) in Indonesia have been negatively affected by this pandemic. Various policy recommendations were put forward to reduce the bad impact of the outbreak on MSMEs.

Abstract

Differences in interest in decision making are one of the things that must be facilitated in decision support applications. The most basic difference of interest in decision making is the difference in the weight of the importance of each criterion used. Each decision maker has their own interest in the criteria used. If these differences can be facilitated properly, the resulting decision recommendations can be optimal, in this case more in line with the interests of the users. The model is designed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weight (SAW) methods, using 5 criteria. The final result of the AHP method is in the form of criteria weights that are in accordance with the interests of decision makers and in accordance with the consistency of the comparisons that have been given. The resulting weight will be used in the final calculation of SAW, namely in the calculation of alternative weights. By using AHP, the weight of the criteria becomes more subjective according to the interests of decision makers. Thus, the resulting alternative recommendations become more optimal because they are in accordance with the needs of decision makers.

Abstract

By applying information and communication technology, an application can be developed that can help tourists determine the fastest route to reach tourist destinations, to avoid wasting time on trips. This study aims to create a prototype mobile application that can help tourists determine the path with the shortest route to tourist attractions. The research was carried out by using the Dijkstra algorithm and web service to access the tourism database in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region as a case study. The fastest route generated by this application is compared to the route suggested by Google Map with a result of 7.24 km and 7.4 km. From the results of these comparisons it can be concluded that the application can determine the closest route from the various alternatives available.

Abstract

The existence of a university website is an integral part of the existence of the university itself. But it is necessary to test the acceptance of the website for the user, how does the influence of the university website on student learning. The study was conducted using a quantitative descriptive approach with multiple linear regression analysis tools. Questionnaires were conducted on students as one of the website users by asking about the ease and usefulness of the website. Simultaneous test results on perceptions of benefits and perceptions of convenience show the results of Fcount in column F as much as 149,180, with a significance of 0,000, greater than the value of Ftable which is 0,139 with an error rate of 5% or in other words Fcount> Ftable (149,180> 0,139). Abstract

Twitter is one of the social media used to respond to various services of public service institutions, including the police. The research aims to determine the community's assessment of the services and performance of police institutions delivered via Twitter. This study uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm to classify topics and public sentiment towards tweets from police agencies. The results obtained were 181 positive tweets, 322 negative tweets, and 33 neutral tweets. Sentiment analysis showed 55% responded positively to police activities, 19.1% responded positively to public comments, and 91.8% responded positively to social services. It can be concluded that most people support police activities and services, but most people are still dissatisfied with police performance.

Abstract

One of the efforts of the organizations management to foster the morale of human resources (HR) is to reward the best performing HR. HR with the best performance is assessed by various criteria determined by the organization. The problem is, how can a large organization that has many branches and / or organizational fields be able to select HR with the best performance objectively; while each branch or field of organization can have different emphases or interests in each HR assessment criteria. This research develops a decision support system that can be used to select the best HR with dynamic criteria and weighting. Criteria can be added or reduced, also the weight of the criteria can be adjusted to the system user. Decision support system was developed using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. With TOPSIS it is possible to enter criteria that are expected to be positive and criteria that are expected to be negative. The results of the research conducted are a decision support system for determining the best employees with a dynamic and flexible multi model, where the criteria and weighting can be adjusted to the needs of the branch office or each part.
