Abstract

Pesantren is a place of study of religion and general science based on Islamic and very important existence, therefore needed a system that can be used in giving information to society. For now there is no geographic information system that can provide general information, location and distance Pesantren in West Sumatra. Citizens who come from outside the region still find it difficult to find information about the location of Pesantren, because most of the location is far from the city center. In addition, information about the location, type and configuration of an object and description that exist in a geographic area also can not be displayed. Web-based geographic information system technology designed to provide convenience to citizens to get information such as profiles, locations, routes, and distance Pesantren. This research uses Google Maps API software and PHP Programming Language (Perl Hypertext Preprocessor). Keywords: Information System, Geographic, Pesantren

Abstract

Penyakit Rabies adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus, dan dapat ditularkan dari hewan kemanusia melalui gigitannya.  Pihak Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Provinsi Sumatera Barat mendapatkan kesulitan untuk mengetahui lokasi daerah penyakit rabies yang ada di 13 Kecamatan dan 76 Desa/Kelurahan yang terdapat pada Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota karena hanya dalam berbentuk data saja tanpa mengetahui seberapa banyak titik lokasi daerah penyakit rabies jika dipetakan. Sistem ini hanya akan mengolah informasi  letak objek-objek atau lokasi tempat  penyakit rabies di Lima Puluh Kota. Dengan menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman Perl Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), Javascript, Google Maps API serta basis data diimplementasikan menggunakan MySQL. Manfaat dari sistem ini adalah untuk membantu Dinas peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Sistem ini dirancang untuk menentukan lokasi daerah penyakit rabies, menampilkan daftar/informasi secara detail tentang daerah-daerah mana saja yang terjangkit penyakit rabies yang merusak susunan syaraf manusia, menampilkan rute dan arahan menuju daerah tersebut, serta menghitung jarak dari suatu lokasi ke lokasi lainnya serta jumlah korban yang terjangkit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Geografis pemetaan lokasi kandang sapi yang ada di kabupaten lima puluh kota. Sistem ini digunakan untuk mempermudah pihak Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Provinsi Sumatera Barat dalam mengelola dan mengelompokkan data lokasi kandang peternakan sapi yang ada di Kabupaten Lima Puluh. Selain itu, sistem ini dapat memudahkan pihak dinas dalam pembuatan laporan dan penyampaian informasi ke lokasi kandang sapi melalui media yang lebih baik. Dengan adanya sistem informasi geografis ini, tidak akan ditemukan lagi duplikasi pencatatan data, dan semua data akan tersimpan secara rapi dalam database sehingga bila diperlukan data dapat diambil dengan mudah.

Abstract

This research aims to design Geographic Information System mapping of cow shed location in fifty cities district. This system is used to facilitate the Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health of West Sumatra Province in managing and categorizing the data location of cattle ranch in Lima Puluh District. In addition, this system can facilitate the agency in preparing reports and delivering information to the cattle cattle location through better media. Given this geographic information system, there will be no duplicate data recording, and all data will be stored neatly in the database so that when needed the data can be retrieved easily.

Abstract

One of the problems faced by chili farmers is the lack of knowledge about pests and diseases that attack their crops. That requires an expert who can explain about the pests and diseases that attack the chili to the farmers. The limited number of expert would result in farmers having trouble to consult with at any time of their plants attacked by pests and diseases. For that reason, we need a system that has the ability like an expert, where the system provided referral knowledge of pests and disease and its symptoms which are attacking the chili. In this study, a web-based expert system is designed, using a rule base with forward chaining method and the PHP programming language that is intended to help farmers in diagnosing pests and diseases of chili. Diagnosis expert system of pests and diseases in chili  have been built to help farmers to know quickly the type of pests and diseases that attack the chili plants along with the treatment and the percentage likelihood diagnosed by pests and diseases.

Abstract

Rabies is a disease caused by a virus and can be transmitted from animal to the human through a bite. The Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health of West Sumatra finds it is difficult to know the location of the area of rabies in 13 districts and 76 Village contained in Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota because only in the form of data without knowing how many points the location of the area of rabies if mapped. This system will only process the information on the location of objects or locations where rabies in Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. By using the Hypertext Preprocessor Perl (PHP) programming language, Javascript, Google Maps API and imple-mented using a MySQL database. The benefits of this system is to help the farms and the Animal Health Department of West Sumatra. System is designed to determine the location of the area of rabies, showing a list/detailed information about which areas are infected with rabies disease that damages the human nervous system, displays a route and directions to the area, and calculate the distance from one location to another as well as the number of infected victims.

Abstract

This study discusses decision support system of the procurement information technology devices using fuzzy logic method at PT. Kojo Balairaja. The research objectives are (1) to determine the eligibility criteria for the procurement of information technology devices that are appropriate to the needs of the company, (2) to determine costs according to the company's budget, (3) to determine the quality of devices held, and (4) to determine the update of the devices held. One of the difficullties that found is the manager’s in making decsion. An example manager’s decision in considering some aspects such as costs and needs but they do not consider eligibility criteria, the quality and updating of the equipment needed by the company. The method used the Fuzzy Logic method karena metode ini dapat memetakan perangkat yang dibutuhkan. The results of this study, namely the system built can help managers at PT. Kojo Balairaja in making decisions to procure information technology devices in accordance with the eligibility criteria, namely managers can approve, consider and reject the device request, the quality and updating of the equipment needed and can predict the cost of good quality but the price is moderate and affordable by the company.

Abstract

To facilitate the processing of thesis management reports, reports assignments, minutes and attendance, an application is needed. Dealing with these needs, an analysis of the processing of student thesis data processing needs to be done so that results and requirements can be obtained for the application that is need. The analysis was carried out by analyzing the needs, users and facilities needed by the application. The result of this study was the data processing information system for organizing student thesis using the waterfall method. There are 5 stages that were carried out in order to obtain maximum results, namely Communication (Project Initiation & Requirements Gathering), Planning (Estimating, Scheduling, Tracking), Modeling (Analysis & Design), Construction (Code & Test), and Deployment (Delivery, Support, Feedback). The finding showed that this application helps facilitate the processing of thesis implementation data and displays the information needed by Batusangkar State Islamic Institute users.

Abstract

Farmer Product Information System in Nagari Lolo Pantai Cermin District Solok Regency is a web-based system that is used to manage and at the same time organize farmer data, farm products in Nagari Lolo Pantai Cermin District Solok Regency. The information system is created using the programming language Framework Codeigniter, PHP and MYSQL by using object-oriented methods that aid system development, namely Unified Modeling Language (UML). At this time the data of farmers, crop yields, crops are still managed with the help of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, in the delivery of information still by going directly to the field and contacting each jorong. With the web-based information system of agricultural products, the information about agricultural products, as well as information on the nagari is more effective and the data storage of farmers and farm results is stored in a database.
