Abstract

Organizations is a coordination of human system activities,  in accordance with activities  of a group of people to accomplish goals through job and function distribution hierarchy of authority. This research is correlational analythic research, using the SEM method and the sample of 100 respondents who are lecture of Kadiri University, showing result in which the motivation influence work satisfaction of the lectures; the motivation influence work achievements and the work satisfaction influence work achievement of the lecture in Kadiri University. Organisasi merupakan sistem kegiatan manusia yang bekerja sama. Sesuai dengan itu, organisasi dikatakan sebagai suatu koordinasi rasional kegiatan sejumlah orang untuk mencapai beberapa tujuan umum melalui pembagian pekerjaan dan fungsi melalui hierarki otoritas dan tanggung jawab. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik korelasional. Dengan menggunakan model SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen, motivasi juga berpengaruh terhadap prestasi dosen, dan kepuasan memberikan pengaruh terhadap prestasi dosen.

Abstract

The research approach used in the procurement of this research is quantitative dekskiptifapproach. This method is used to collect and interpret data through the collection, compileand analyze the data so as to provide a clear picture of the Effect of Service Quality andWork Discipline Employees Public Administration Bureau of Student Satisfaction.Multiple linear regression analysis is used to know the influence of service quality andemployee discipline to student satisfaction.The variable of service quality (X1) simultaneously gives significant effect to studentsatisfaction at University X with probability value b1 is 0.017 less than 0.05. Employeediscipline variable (X2) simultaneously give a significant influence to student satisfaction atUniversity X with probability value b2 is 0,031 smaller than 0,05. The service qualityvariable (X1) has regression coefficient (β) equal to 0,149, employee work discipline (X2)equal to 0,123, hence can be said that service quality variable (X1) have dominant influenceto student satisfaction at Universitas X.Keywords: Service Quality, Employee Discipline, Student Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated researcher observations and experiences, especiallythat of PT Askes Kediri Askes Patients who are less sensitive in terms of quality ofservice and low sense of employee discipline in obeying the rules. As a result, manypatients who are less conscious and lazy to perform administrative activities.The problem of this study is (1) Is the quality of health care insurance in effecton patients’ satisfaction, PT Askes Kediri? (2) Is the employee disciplinary effect onpatient satisfaction in PT Askes Kediri? (3) Is the quality of service and employeediscipline effect on patient satisfaction in PT Askes Kediri?This study used a qualitative approach to formulating a hypothesis, then thehypothesis will be tested using a quantitative approach. Where the data obtained willbe calculated using the formula and test the statistical analisisaConclusion The results of this study were (1) Variable quality of service  (X1)to simultaneously deliver significant influence on patient satisfaction in PT Askeskediri with a probability value of b1 is 0.017 less than 0.05. (2) Variable disciplineemployees (X2) simultaneously providing significant influence on patient satisfactionin PT Askes Kediri with a probability value of b2 is 0.031 less than0.05. (3) Variable quality of service (X1) has a regression coefficient (β) for = 0.149,employee discipline (X2) is 0.123, thus it can be said that the service quality variable(X1) has a dominant influence on patient satisfaction in PT Askes Kediri .Conclusionsbased on these results, it is recommended: (1) the principal purpose of the applicationquality of service and employee discipline is to give satisfaction to the patient.Therefore, employees should always put quality of service and employee discipline.(2) the employee must be continuously examined, to prove whether the quality ofcare and discipline works are in accordance with the applicable rules. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the early retirement program of the Regional Telecommunications Division of Indonesia V East Java. The data used in this study were obtained from questionnaires, literature studies, and interviews with parties related to the research objectives. The analysis tool uses several regression hypothesis tests, namely the F test and t test. Total sample of 76 employees using the Simple Random Sampling method. The results of the study show that job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously have a negative and significant effect on the early retirement program of the Regional Telecommunications Division of Indonesia V, East Java. Partially, the variable of job satisfaction has the greatest influence on the early retirement program. The value obtained from this study is R Square of 0224, which means that 22.4% of the variation in early retirement programs is explained by variations in job satisfaction and organizational commitment variables, the remaining 77.6% is explained by other variables outside this study

Abstract

Human resources have a large role in an organization. The success in achieving organizational goals comes from the treatment of its own employees, therefore its employees will form the organizational structure and utilize technology. The aim of the study to know the employees’ role and respond to variations and measurements of the environment in the organization. Method of data analysis in this satudy is multiple linear regression. The steps of the analysis are as follows: analysis of data in the form of numbers in order to determine the effect of one variable with another. As for the methods used by statistical calculations according to (Pramono & Ferdinand, 2012. Therefore, the BPJS Health Liaison Office in Rungkut Surabaya expects that employees, both permanent and non-permanent, will have good performance. Employee performance will be better if the employee has high ability and a supportive work environment in completing his duties. Based on data analysis and discussion of research results. The results show that there is a partial influence of the work environment on the performance of temporary employees of BPJS Health Liaison Office Rungkut Surabaya.

Abstract

Competitive behavior is also a major factor in the competitive media industry is now getting very tight. This is caused by the print media competition with online or Internet-based media in getting news and advertising to attract participants from readers. This research method uses historical depth case study intended to produce an institutional explanation of the characteristics of the typical behavior shown by principal component analysis. The study also incorporates the classical approach to the historical focus on qualitative interpretation of data, In order to survive, the print media should be able to maintain the credibility and public trust on the information presented is now more attractive and more accurate. The print media began to be threatened because of the rapid development of emerging online media via internet access has encouraged people to seek to access online media simply and easily via mobile phones or gadgets. Connoisseurs of the print media loyal readers will turn to online news media. Reality has happened would threaten the print media industry, but the print media already have the characteristics of the first, namely: the news that is always clear, complete and detailed, online media faster and more sophisticated to broadcast news and always up to date but the online news can only be enjoyed by using the sophisticated tool not all communities have the tools and not all people can use sophisticated technology to always follow the news online.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of variable bank size, LDR, NPL, BOPO, NIM, on ROA in the regional development banking industry in Indonesia. The method in data collection, an explanation of the definition of operational variables, and a technical explanation of the analysis will be carried out using quantitative methods. The results of this study support the Bank Loan Rate Mark Up Theory where LDR, NPL and NIM affect ROA, with increasing interest gains can increase ROA. Keywords : Financial Ratios; Profitability.

Abstract

Industri kecil dan menengah merupakan kelompok industri yang paling bertahan dalam menghadapi krisis perekonomian indonesia. tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui kondisi perkembangan IKM hanmade industri sepatu di kabupaten magetan dan mengetahui kondisi daya saing IKM hanmade industri sepatu di kabupaten magetan menghadapi era globalisasi. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif menghasilkan data berupa kata-kata, tulisan atau lisan dan perilaku orang dapat diamati, mengungkapkan fakta apa adanya tentang suatu objek, gejala, keadaan, dengan pencandraan, menggambarkan, menguraikan, menginterprestasikannya dan diambil kesimpulan yang sistematis. Para pemilik IKM merekrut tenaga kerja profesional di bidang produksi sepatu bentuk perubahan mode dan penguasaan teknologi, Penggunaan mesin produksi yang bagus serta jaminan produk, implikasi praktis artikel kondisi perkembangan IKM hanmade industri sepatu di kabupaten magetan memberikan dampak positif terhadap upaya pencapaian tujuan para pemilik usaha. Adanya peningkatan daya saing sehingga mampu memberikan jaminan atas dukungan pemilik untuk mengembangakan usaha. Hasil kesimpulan perlu adanya pelatihan teknologi pengembangan produk dan kemasan serta peningkatan SDM pengrajin. Fasilitas mesin dan peralatan produksi mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Abstract

Tenun ikat merupakan salah satu industri kreatif yang menjadi penciri khas Kota Kediri. Keberadaan industri ini mampu meningkatkan perekonomian di Kota Kediri. Selain itu industri kreatif ini juga menyerap sumber daya manusia dari Kota Kediri. Oleh karena itu keberadaan tenun ikat ini perlu di perhatikan. Menganalisis pengaruh jalur jam kerja, pengalaman, jumlah produksi, pendidikan formal, pelatihan, pembagian tugas, dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia industri kreatif (tenun ikat) menghadapi persaingan bisnis di era MEA Kota Kediri. Jenis penelitian pendekatan dekskiptif kuantitatif, uji analisis statistik Regresi linier hasil analisis uji hipotesis, uji t, uji f, kesimpulan Variabel SDM Industri Kreatif (X) secara parsial tidak memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap persaingan bisnis di tenun ikat kota kediri dengan nilai 0,068 ˃ dari 0,05. Variabel SDM Industri Kreatif (X) danVariabel Persaingan Bisnis (Y) dan secara simultan tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap persaingan bisnis di tenun ikat kota kediri saran dengan melihat adanya peluang dan potensi untuk pengembangan UMKM di Kota Kediri, maka seharusnya pemerintah Kota Kediri lebih intensif lagi dalam mendorong perkembangan UMKM, selain itu para pelaku UMKM perlu melakukan inovasi dan pengembangan produk-produknya agar dapat bersaing dalam pasar bebas di Kota Kediri. Kata kunci: SDM industri kreatif, Persaingan bisnis

Abstract

Following the opening of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), Indonesian companies must have a reliable manager to benefit from the existence of this AEC. This research aims to explain the effect of managerial ability on investment decisions. Therefore, the dependent variable in this study is the company's fixed-asset investment decision, while the independent variable is the managerial ability to improve the efficiency of company resources. The sample of this study is go-public manufacturing companies in 2011-2016. This study uses multiple linear analysis techniques such as data envelopment analysis with a banxia frontier analyst as an analysis tool. The results showed managerial ability harmed the investment decision that reflected by the company's fixed assets improvement.
