Abstract

The implementation of CSR is important for companies to balance between aspects of economic, social, and environmental communities. This study aims to determine the implementation of CSR and what are the supporting factors and inhibitions of PT CSR implementation. PJB UBJOM Pacitan. The method used is qualitative with data collection through observation, interview, and documentation. Results of this study explain that PT. PJB UBJOM Pacitan has implemented CSR in various aspects, including employee training and certification, community empowerment in the economic field, distribution of street lighting, implementation of handling management systems, and building conservation turtles and water. The target of the program also includes the village, sub-district, and the district. Community enthusiasm and support from the government are supporting factors in CSR, while the lack of budget and social jealousy are factors inhibiting CSR. In the future, it is necessary to set long-term and short-term targets in CSR implemented and the programs implemented are well focused on empowerment. Penerapan CSR penting dilakukan bagi perusahaan guna menyeimbangkan antara aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi CSR serta apa faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi CSR PT. PJB UBJOM Pacitan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa PT. PJB UBJOM Pacitan telah menerapkan CSR di berbagai aspek, meliputi pelatihan dan sertifikasi karyawan, pemberdayaan masyarakat di bidang ekonomi, pemerataan penerangan jalan, penerapan sistem manajemen penanganan, serta membangun konservasi penyu dan air. Sasaran program yang dijalankan juga mencakup pada tingkat Desa, Kecamatan, hingga Kabupaten. Antusias masyarakat dan dukungan dari pemerintah menjadi faktor pendukung dalam CSR, sedangkan minimnya anggaran dan kecemburuan sosial menjadi faktor penghambat CSR. Untuk kedepannya, perlu menentukan target jangka panjang dan jangka pendek dalam CSR yang diterapkan dan program yang diterapkan baiknya berfokus pada pemberdayaan.

Abstract

Tourism is a sector that plays an essential role in efforts to increase income. Indonesia is a country that has natural beauty and cultural diversity, so it is necessary to increase the tourism sector. This study aims to determine the communication strategy the Belu Regency Tourism Office carried out to increase the interest of tourists, especially domestic ones. The research method uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Tourism Office of the Belu Regency Government has two broad ways of promoting tourism, namely offline/direct socialization and online socialization. Offline/direct outreach is a communication strategy in promoting tourism that involves the community regarding the importance of managing tourist destinations because they are each region's most significant revenue assets. Second, socialization online (social media) through social media such as websites, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. Efforts that are smoothly carried out are through publicity via social media because it is easier to monitor, evaluate, and persuade the public overall. The objectives of the Belu Regency Tourism Office have been achieved, but they still need help with minimal human resources and tourist transportation.AbstrakPariwisata telah memberikan kontibusi yang besar dalam meningkatkan keuangan negara, sehingga sektor pariwisata perlu mendapat perhatian serius dalam hal penguatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Belu untuk meningkatkan minat wisatawan khususnya domestik. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Dinas Pariwisata Pemerintah Kabupaten Belu memiliki dua cara promosi wisata secara garis besar yaitu sosialisasi secara offline/langsung dan sosialisasi secara online. Sosialisasi secara offline/langsung adalah strategi komunikasi dalam mempromosikan pariwisata yang dilakukan dengan melibatkan masyarakat mengenai pentingnya mengelola destinasi wisata karena merupakan aset pendapatan terbesar setiap daerah. Kedua, sosialisasi secara online (media social) melalui media sosial seperti website, facebook, youtube, dan Instagram. Upaya yang lancar dilakukan adalah melalui publisitas lewat media sosial karena lebih mudah dimonitoring, dievaluasi dan lebih mudah dalam mempersuasi masyarakat dan secara keseluruahan tujuan Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Belu sudah tercapai namun masih mangalami kendala pada SDM dan Transportasi Wisata yang Minim.

Abstract

The Instagram @kulinersby social media account is one of the platforms that has been promoting culinary tourism in the city of Surabaya since 2014. This study aims to look at optimizing the @kulinersby Instagram account as one of the culinary tourism promotion media. Several social media marketing concepts are used to see how the optimization works, namely content creation, content sharing, connecting, and community building. All uploads and interactions of followers on the account become primary data sources, then compared with secondary data in interviews with the account manager, namely Syafira Defani Putri. The results of this study indicate that @kulinersby has implemented good management in several aspects, especially for content management, starting from its creation, content sharing such as consistently uploading content and sharing food themes, to connecting with followers through interaction and discussion, as well as collaborating with foodvloggers. Meanwhile, for community building, @kulinersby is still adapting with many communities to be uniform and work well together. This research suggests that @kulinersby owners take full advantage of Instagram by considering various new features and Instagram business insights as evaluation and development material.

Abstract

The development of mass media in the city of Malang is very rapid. This can be seen from the emergence of various mass media in the city of Malang. News is inseparable from the influence of a journalist because he is an information seeker and the person who writes the news. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the journalists' perceptions of the quality of news in Malang. This study used qualitative research methods. In this study there were eight informants who worked in the mass media in Malang. Data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews and documentation. Researchers used three research methods namely, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study require that in general journalists' perceptions of the quality of news in the city of Malang are the same, which is quite good, with a few small notes of problems that make the news not quality. In addition, the factors that influence journalists' perceptions of the quality of the news are external factors, namely the organization of the press that is followed.

Abstract

Kampung tematik saat ini telah menjadi salah satu destinasi unggulan di wilayah Kota Malang. Salah satu kampung tematik yang telah lama berdiri adalah Kampung Wisata Keramik Dinoyo. Namun kampung ini belum mampu mengungguli kampung wisata lainnya yang lebih baru. Karena itu, dibutuhkan branding melalui pembuatan video company profile agar dapat disebarkan melalui berbagai media sosial. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dimulai dari survei dan pemetaan masalah yang ada di Kampung Keramik, melakukan diskusi dan wawancara dengan Ketua Paguyupan Wisata Kampung Keramik, lalu diputuskan pembuatan video profil. Pra produksi video profil melalui pembuatan script dan story board, casting, penyiapan talent dan aktor. Tahap produksi dilakukan selama satu bulan untuk memperoleh gambar yang menarik. Tahap terakhir adalah pasca produksi yaitu pembuatan profil menggunakan aplikasi Kine Master Pro. Video profil kemudian disebarkan melalui media sosial yang dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Desa Dinoyo, serta paguyupan yang ada di Kampung Keramik.

Abstract

Communication in an organization is very important because it will indirectly shape the organizational communication climate that will affect employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational communication climate on employee performance at La Tansa Gontor Department Store. This research is associative quantitative research with the survey method. The samples in this study were 50 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires which were distributed directly to respondents. The questionnaire was measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that there was a positive influence between organizational communication climate on employee performance with a correlation coefficient of rcount rtable of (0.822 0.279). Based on the correlation coefficient guidelines, the influence of organizational communication climate on employee performance in this study is included in the very strong category. The results of the coefficient of determination test show a value (r2) of 0.676 at a significance level of = 0.05 which means that the organizational communication climate affects employee performance by 67.6%, and the remaining 32.4% is influenced by other factors not examined by researchers. This study recommends La Tansa Department Store to improve the organizational communication climate on attention to high-performance goals.Komunikasi dalam suatu organisasi sangatlah penting, karena secara tidak langsung akan membentuk iklim komunikasi organisasi yang akan mempengaruhi terhadap kinerja karyawan.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di La Tansa Gontor Department Store. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dengan metode survey. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang karyawan yang terdiri dari 41 laki-laki dan 9 perempuan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan langsung kepada responden. Kuesioner diukur menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif antara iklim komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien korelasi rhitung rtabel sebesar (0,822 0,279). Berdasarkan pedoman koefisien korelasi, pengaruh iklim komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori yang sangat kuat. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai (r2) sebesar 0,676 pada taraf signifikansi α=0,05 yang berarti bahwa iklim komunikasi organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 67,6%, dan sisanya sebesar 32,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada La Tansa Department Store untuk meningkatkan iklim komunikasi organisasi pada perhatian pada tujuan-tujuan berkinerja tinggi.

Abstract

Setiap da’i perlu memperhatikan metode dakwah untuk keefektifan dakwahnya. Pemilihan metode dakwah tersebut harus dapat menyesuaikan kondisi dan situasi mad’u (objek dakwah) sehingga dakwah dapat berjalan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode dakwah Nyai Naimah yang digunakan dalam Program Dialog Agama di Radio Nada FM Sumenep sekaligus motif dan kepuasan masyarakat Sumenep terhadap dakwahnya. Konsep yang digunakan untuk menganalisis bentuk dakwah tersebut diambilkan dari Al-Qur’an surah An-Nahl ayat 125 dan penerimaan masyarakat menggunakan Teori Uses and Gratification. Penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber data berasal dari wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode dakwah yang digunakan Nyai Naimah sesuai dengan konsep Al-Qur’an yaitu Mujadalah billati hiya ahsan. Sebuah metode dengan cara diskusi atau bertukar pikiran yang baik tanpa adanya paksaan dan memberatkan kepada semua pihak dalam dakwah. Sedangkan, motif masyarakat Sumenep dalam mendengarkan dakwah tersebut untuk menambah pengetahuan keagamaan sekaligus menciptakan jiwa yang tenang, untuk mencari jawaban terkait problematika hidup berdasar hukum Islam, untuk mengubah perilaku menjadi lebih positif sehingga bisa diamalkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode dakwah tersebut juga memberikan kesempatan bertanya sehingga bisa mendapatkan konsumsi ceramah sesuai kebutuhan, situasi, dan kondisi audien.

Abstract

Korean drama films are often considered more preferred by women because of the stories that focus on romance, emotions, and interpersonal relationships. Male fans of Korean drama films are considered a new and unique thing, but in Indonesia, a negative stigma is often attached to them. Labels such as "weird," "unmanly," and "melancholy" are often applied. This viewpoint can influence how certain men see and are attracted to Korean dramas. Oftentimes, adjectives like "weird," "unmanly," and "melancholy" are used. This point of view can influence how certain men see and are attracted to Korean drama films. The purpose of this study is to find out how men see Korean drama films and how these films affect their lives. Purposive sampling was used to select informants for this study, which included a total of seven people. The methods used is a qualitative-descriptive approach. In this study, interviews, observations, and documentation were used to collect data. The data analysis process used in this study is divided into three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. According to research findings, men who like Korean dramas have a favorable opinion of the Korean Wave program. Everyone has different tastes and perspectives on Korean Wave programming. In addition, Korean films and dramas have also influenced the lifestyle of some fans. Some fans may be inspired by fashion trends, hairstyles, or lifestyles featured in Korean dramas. In addition, the Korean Wave can also affect fans' interest in music, food, and travel to South Korea. However, it is important to note that these perceptions and influences can vary between individuals. Film Drama Korea sering dianggap lebih disukai oleh perempuan karena ceritanya yang fokus pada romansa, emosi, dan hubungan antarpribadi. Laki-laki penggemar film drama Korea dianggap sebagai hal baru dan unik, namun di Indonesia seringkali disematkan stigma negatif terhadap mereka. Label seperti "aneh", "tidak jantan", dan "melankolis" sering diterapkan. Sudut pandang ini dapat memengaruhi bagaimana pria tertentu melihat dan tertarik pada film drama Korea. Sering kali, kata sifat seperti "aneh", "tidak jantan", dan "melankolis" digunakan. Sudut pandang ini dapat mempengaruhi bagaimana pria tertentu melihat dan tertarik pada film drama Korea. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pria melihat film drama Korea dan bagaimana film tersebut mempengaruhi kehidupan pria. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih informan untuk penelitian ini, yang mencakup total 7 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Proses analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dibagi menjadi tiga tahap: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Menurut temuan penelitian, pria yang menyukai film drama Korea memiliki pendapat yang baik tentang program Korean Wave. Setiap orang memiliki selera dan sudut pandang yang berbeda tentang pemrograman Korean Wave. Selain itu, film dan drama Korea juga telah mempengaruhi gaya hidup sebagian penggemarnya. Beberapa penggemar dapat terinspirasi oleh tren fashion, gaya rambut, atau gaya hidup yang ditampilkan dalam drama Korea. Selain itu, Korean Wave juga dapat mempengaruhi minat penggemar dalam hal musik, makanan, dan wisata ke Korea Selatan. Namun, penting untuk dicatat bahwa persepsi dan pengaruh ini dapat bervariasi antara individu.

Abstract

Abstract. The government's move to suppress the spread of the covid-19 virus in Indonesia by limiting the meeting of a number of people has an impact on many lines of life including higher education institutions. Starting from 2020, the learning system undergoes the most fundamental change in the history of the transformation of the Education system. Through government program policies, learning that was initially held face-to-face then replaced with virtual meetings, the transformation of learning media is also massive, where there is a discussion of online learning media that support the implementation of virtual lectures becomes the main prerequisite. The development of communication technology plays an important role to be an option in an effort to provide learning media that can be utilized. Social media that appeared to support the learning management system. Using social media in order to trigger the quality of student learning by utilizing all the ease of communicating and sharing information owned by the media for the education or learning process becomes more effective and efficient and accelerates information as a whole. The method of the research is Mixed method research, were to combine the quantitative and qualitative methods used in this study with the aim of identifying students' digital literacy competencies related to learning media by filling out questionnaires to a total of 120 students. All students who filled out the questionnaire were students who had participated in online learning and practicums on campus. and also conducting in-depth interviews on students to find out their opinions regarding social media to support their learning process. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS and analyzed using descriptive methods.
