Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze patient satisfaction on the quality of inpatient services to DAMA (Discharge Against Medical Advice) intentions in the Pare District General Hospital of Kediri Regency. The results of the analysis of physician interaction quality data obtained significance values (P = 0.018 <α = 0.05), with the physician attitude indicator of significance value (P = 0.694> α = 0.05); indicator of physician behavior (P = 0.002 <α = 0.05); indicator of physician expertise (P = 0.027 <α = 0.05). Thus the quality of the doctor's interaction influences the patient's intention to go home. The results of data analysis on the quality of nurse interaction (P = 0.040 <α = 0.05) with indicators of nurse attitudes (P = 0.179> α = 0.05), indicators of nurse behavior (P = 0.023 <α = 0.05), indicators of expertise nurses (P = 0.034 <α = 0.05. Thus the quality of the interaction of nurses affects the intention of the patient to go home. The results of the influence of physical environmental quality on the patient's intention to go home forced (P = 0.177> α = 0.05), thus the quality The environment does not affect the intention of the patient to go home forced.The results of the effect of the quality of the results on the patient's intention to go home forcibly (P = 0.266> α = 0.05) Thus the quality of the results does not affect the patient's intention to go home. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kepuasan pasien pada kualitas layanan rawat inap terhadap niat DAMA (Discharge Against Medical Advice) di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pare Kabupaten Kediri. Hasil analisis data kualitas interaksi dokter diperoleh nilai signifikansi (P = 0,018 < α = 0,05), dengan indikator sikap dokter nilai signifikansi (P = 0,694 > α = 0,05); indikator  perilaku dokter (P = 0,002 < α = 0,05); indikator keahlian dokter (P = 0,027 < α = 0,05). Dengan demikian kualitas interaksi dokter berpengaruh terhadap niat pasien pulang paksa. Hasil analisis data kualitas interaksi perawat (P = 0,040 < α = 0,05) dengan indikator sikap perawat (P = 0,179 > α = 0,05), indikator perilaku perawat (P = 0,023 < α = 0,05), indikator keahlian perawat (P = 0,034 < α = 0,05. Dengan demikian kualitas interaksi perawat berpengaruh terhadap niat pasien pulang paksa. Hasil pengaruh kualitas lingkungan fisik terhadap niat pasien untuk pulang paksa (P = 0,177 > α = 0,05), dengan demikian kualitas lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat pasien untuk pulang paksa. Hasil pengaruh kualitas hasil terhadap niat pasien untuk pulang paksa (P = 0,266 > α = 0,05). Dengan demikian kualitas hasil tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat pasien pulang paksa.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test work stress, work motivation, work environment on employee performance. The research sample was 50 respondents and used a total sampling method. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a research questionnaire that was filled out by predetermined respondents. Variables are measured with a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing using SPSS V20 tools with multiple linear regression analysis methods.The findings about the effect of work stress, work motivation, work environment on the performance of employees of UD. Patama Karya city of Kedirir. First, work stress and work motivation have no significant impact on employee performance. Second, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Third, the work stress silmultually variable work motivation and work environment significantly influence employee performance. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for developing new strategies in an effort to improve work stress, work motivation, work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

In this study aims to analyze the influenceof product and customer loyalty on customer satisfaction on Indosat cards in Sakha Phone Gurah.Data analysis techniques used quantitative research with the type of correlation research.The population and sample used by all customerson the Indosat Card in sakha phone Gurah 30 people.Techniques for data collection using questionnaires (primary).Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing the F test and t test.The result of thestudy simultaneously had a significant positive effect between product and customer loyalty,this was evidenced by the significance value of  0,000,a significant level 0f 5 %.While the two loyalty variables have a greater influence compared to products with a regression value of  0.601.Thus Sakha Gurah Cellular phone especially Indosat cellular cards can pay attention to maintaining those three things forconsumers and increasing company profits.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kukerta ini dilakukan di Desa Bareng Kecamatan Sawahan Kabupaten Nganjuk yang mana Desa Bareng sendiri merupakan pelopor Desa wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Nganjuk. Desa Bareng memiliki potensi alam yang sangat luar biasa yang mana kawasan hutannya yang sangat luas, obyek wisata yang dimiliki antara lain Bukit Syurga dan Jalur Pendakian Gunung Wilis yang mana kedua obyek wisata tersebut sudah dikenal wisatawan dalam kota maupun luar kota Nganjuk. Kelompok Kukerta dari Universitas Kadiri bekerja sama dengan pihak Desa juga tim wisata guna membantu segala kegiatannya juga mengekspose potensi wilayah Desa Bareng. Dari kegiatan kukerta yang telah dilaksanakan selama dua minggu tim kukerta dapat menarik kesimpulan diantaranya pihak desa Bareng perlu lebih giat lagi dalam hal promosi, sedangkan promosi dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara diantaranya melalui media sosial selain itu, pemerintah Desa Bareng juga perlu menggali potensi alam yang begitu luasnya guna memunculkan ide-ide wisata baru agar dapat menjadi contoh wilayah lain.

Abstract

Produktivitas dapat tercapai jika manajemen memahami faktor-faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan produktivitas kerja. Perusahaan berharap karyawannya dapat bekerja dengan baik, mencapai produktivitas yang tinggi dan mampu mengartikulasikan visi dan misi yang telah disepakati dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan.Tujuan rotasi kerja dan stres kerja secara parsial maupun secara simultan mempengaruh produktivitas kerja di pabrik krupuk UD Kriuk DVD kunir Kediri. Metode penelitian kuantitatif yang digunakan. Populasi ini meliputi semua karyawan di pabrik krupuk UD Kriuk DVD kunir kediri berjumlah 60 orang. Sampel diambil berdasarkan pegawai tetap yang bekerja minimal 1 tahun sebanyak 60 orang, Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda uji t dan uji F. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda cincin kerja individu tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pabrik UD Krupuk. Kriuk DVD Kunir Kediri. Hasil ekstraksi thitung = 1,974 < t tab = 2,015. Hasil uji analisis regresi linier berganda bahwa stres kerja individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada pabrik UD Krupuk. Kriuk DVD Kunir Kediri. Hal ini diperoleh dari nilai thitung = 11,988 > ttabel = 2,015. Variabel Yang terutama mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan adalah variabel stres kerja individu (X2). Hasil perolehan nilai regresi linier berganda adalah 1,093, variabel rotasi kontribusi adalah 0,236.

Abstract

Every company wants a position or position that is more profitable and can survive and earn profits accordingly. Price discount policy is a matter of interest to the consumer and can increase the sales volume. Because in the provision of a very large discount the effect on the increase of sales volume, then the company must be able to establish the right price cut policy to meet the desired sales target inmaximizing corporate goals. Price discount policy is one of the driving factors to increase sales volume.This study aims to: know how the effect of discounted policy on sales volume. From result of research can be concluded that:1) From the calculation of correlation analysis done to produce correlation coefficient value of 0.963 which means that between the policy discount (X) with sales volume (Y) has a strong or positive relationship; 2) From the results of regression analysis obtained regression equation Y = 213 + 5.8X. So if the discount policy is increased by one part (1 part) then the sales volume will increase by 5.8 units. Suggestions that writers can give to the company are: The company should pay more attention to the policy of price discount, in order to increase company sales volume. This is very important because with the increase in sales volume indirectly sales results in the company also increasedKeywords: Price discount policy, and sales volume.

Abstract

In the early survey, the researcher got the features of Warna Indah Car Workshop in not only claimed to give good service but also be able to compete for its survival by giving the best service quality. The purpose of this research is to prove whether any differentiate between perception and expectation from customers toward the service quality dimension at Warna Indah Car Color and Weld Workshop in Kediri which including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This research used cross sectional method and the variable was measured once. The population of the research was customers of Warna Indah Car Color and Weld Workshop in  Kediri. The data collected used interview, observation, and questionnaire. Based on the calculation of product moment correlation by using software SPSS V22, it was gotten, there was a a gap for each service quality and the highest gap was service quality dimension of T1 indicator ( the location of Warna Indah Workshop), it was analyze by using Kartesius diagram in quadrant B with the low priority  -0.15, the average value of service quality ( perception) 3.8125 and service hope ( expectation) 3.9625.   Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan apakah   terdapat kesenjangan antara persepsi dan ekspetasi konsumen terhadap dimensi kualitas pelayanan  yang  ada  di  Bengkel  Las  dan  Cat  Warna  Indah  yang  meliputi Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathy. Target khusus dalam penelitian ini adalah dimensi kualitas pelayanan manakah yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki agar kesenjangan konsumen dapat di atasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional, dimana variabel penelitian diukur sekali saja. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan pengguna jasa Bengkel Las Dan Cat Mobil Warna Indah Di Kediri. Teknik pengumpulan data memakai interview, observasi dan kuisioner. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan mampu mengetahui kesenjangan konsumen pada Bengkel Las Dan Cat Warna Indah agar kesenjangan tersebut dapat diatasi serta ke depannya kualitas layanan pada Bengkel Cat Warna Indah dapat lebih ditingkatkan sehingga konsumen merasa puas dan kesenjangan tidak muncul di kemudian hari.

Abstract

Organizations are systems and human activities that work together. In line with that, the organization is said to be a rational coordination of the activities of a number of people to achieve some general goals through the division of work and functions through a hierarchy of authority and responsibility. Analyzing the influence of motivation on job performance, analyzing the effect of job satisfaction on job performance, analyzing the influence of motivation on job satisfaction. This type of research is correlational analytic research. Correlation analysis is a statistical method used to measure the magnitude of the linear relationship between two or more variables. SEM, a complete modeling, basically consists of a measurement model (Measurement Model) and a Structural Model or Causal Model. This research is empirical evidence regarding the effect of motivation and OCB on achievement. This study uses a sample of 100 respondents who are employees of PT JNE Kota Kediri. The results showed that: motivation has an effect on OCB where effective motivation can increase or encourage an employee to feel satisfied, motivation has an effect on achievement. Where an employee who is committed to the organization will feel happy to be part of the organization, have trust and good feelings for the organization and have a desire to remain in the organization, and intend to do what is best for the organization.

Abstract

Pada kenyataannya pelaksanaan tugas pokok guru di MAAl Muttaquun Wates Kediriadalah baik. a. Terjadinya peningkatan kinerja guru.yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatanjumlah rata-rata NEM lulusan siswa 2008/2009, dan 2009/2010. b. Keberhasilan peserta EBTA/EBTANAS pada tahun pelajaran 2008/2009 sampaidengan 2010/2011. c. Keberhasilan penjaringan UMPTN dan PMDK pada tahun pelajaran 2008/2009sampai dengan 2010/2011. d. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan kegiatan esktrakurikuler.Ditemukan sejumlah faktor dalam pelaksanaan tugas pokok guru di MA AlMuttaquun Wates Kediri. a. Belum lengkapnya sarana dan prasarana di MA Al Muttaquun Wates Kediri. b. Para guru mengalami kesulitan dalam menemukan metode-metode mengajaryang tepat bagi para siswa. c. Para guru mengalami kesulitan dalam membimbing kegiatan belajar siswa. d. Para guru mengalami kesulitan untuk menanamkan motivasi pada diri siswa. e. Para guru merasa kekurangan waktu untuk melaksanakan tugas yang telahdirencanakan. Hasil penelitian yang sudah di lakukan menunjukkan data bahwa faktor-faktor saranadan prasarana, metode mengajar,kesulitan membimbing,kesilitan menanamkanmotivasi .kesediaan waktu mempengaruhi tugas pokok guru di MA Al MuttaquunWates Kata kunci : Pelaksanaan tugas guru.
