Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Mandiri Bekasi.Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian survey.Penelitimelakukan analisis dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner kepada para guru di SMKMandiri Bekasi.Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru SMK Mandiri Bekasi (32 orang guru) digunakan teknikpengambilan sampling purposive sampling.Jumlah sampel penelitian 25 orang guru, terdiri dari 14 guruperempuan dan 11 orang guru laki-laki.Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan dengan teknik analisa kuantitatifdeskriptif dengan menggunakan statistik, analisa regresi, teknik analisa korelasi product moment, pengujiansignifikansi, dan koefisien determinasi.Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa; Pertama, terdapat pengaruh yangsignifikan antara kompensasi dengan kinerja guru di SMK Mandiri Bekasi. Hasil tersebut diperolehberdasarkan pada pengujian hipotesis yaitu untuk koefisien korelasinya diperoleh r Hitung lebih besar r Tabelpada taraf signifikan 5% adalah 0,460 > 0,396. Jika dilihat dari interpretasi nilai r antara 0,40 sampai dengan0,599 mempunyai hubungan sedang maka tingkat hubungan sedang. Untuk pengujian signifikansinya diperoleht Hitung lebih besar dari t Tabel pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 adalah 2,489 > 2,060. sedangkan untuk koefisiendeterminasi diperoleh bahwa kontribusi yang diberikan oleh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMK MandiriBekasi adalah sebesar 21%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 79% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak di telitiseperti gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin guru, motivasi guru dan lingkungan kerja. Kedua, dariperhitungan tersebut maka disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja gurudi SMK Mandiri Bekasi. Research intended to investigate how much the influences of compensation on the teacher’s performance at SMK Mandiri Bekasi. Research methods used was library research and survey. The Researcher did documentanalysis, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Research population was all teachers at this school (32teachers). Sampling method used was the purposive sampling method, by this method choosen 25 teachers asresearch participants; 14 female teachers and 11 male teachers. Research data collected and analyzed bystatistical quantitative descriptive analysis, regression analysis, product moment correlation analysis technique,significance measurement and also determinant coefficient measurement. From the research concluded that: 1)there were significant influences of compensation toward teacher’s performance at SMK Mandiri Bekasi. Thisacquired from hypothesis testing of the correlation coefficient. Counted t bigger than t table value as 5% ofsignificant level; 0.460 > 0.396. From r value interpretation resumed that the value of r scale between 0,40 –0,599 indicated medium level relation. From the research concluded that: 1) there were significant influencesof compensation toward teacher’s performance at SMK Mandiri Bekasi. This acquired from hypothesis testingof the correlation coefficient. Counted t bigger than t table value as 5% of significant level; 0.460 > 0.396. Fromr value interpretation resumed that the value of r between 0.40 – 0.599 indicated medium level relation. Themeasurement of the significance level resulted that counting t value bigger than t table value at 0.05 significancelevel was 2.489 > 2.060. The determinant coefficient calculation resulted that the contribution of compensationto the teacher’s performance at SMK Mandiri Bekasi was 21%, the rest contributed by other factors as theprincipal leadership style, teacher’s discipline, teacher’s motivation, and work condition. 2) From the datacalculation summarized that there were positive influences of compensation toward the teacher’s performanceat SMK Mandiri Bekasi.

Abstract

Research intended to describe Vital Archive Program of Staffing Department of Ministry of Religious Affair of Southern Jakarta Municipality. The method used was qualitative descriptive. Sampling method used was purposive sampling technique. The research informants’ purposively chosen from the staffs. The data acquired through interviews, document analysis, and participant observation. Data validated through triangulation techniques. The research revealed that Vital Archive Program of Staffing Department of Ministry of Religious Affair conducted by simple technique including protection, maintenance, damage prevention, and safekeeping of vital archive. The research protection process implemented by vital archive dispersal, duplication, and saving program. The research recommends the office to pay attention to the dispersal and storage of vital archive. So, the archive management runs better.

Abstract

The learning quality can be enhanced by effective teaching that will effect positively to student learning motivation. The Role playing model assumed will motivate students to actively involved in the learning activities as managed by the instructor. By role playing methods, the students will investigate the subjects actively and experience the meaningfull learning process. This Classroom Action Research conducted at second year student grade of Economics Education Department of Faculty of Education of University of Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka, with Human Resources Management Course subject. The data collected qualitatively and quantitavely from students’ reflection and learning outcomes result interpretation. The result of the research showed that the teaching effectivity fulfilled when the students involved in role playing activities. The reflection process and data analysis result from the first cycle of the classroom action research showed that students learning competencies positively increased by reached minimum criteria score. 27,77 % of students got lower scores under minimal criteria. The researcher believed that the students ability can be optimized ar second cycle of classroom action research. The second cycle showed that only 12,12% students gained under minimum criteria score. The research summarized that role playing method increased the students’ learning competencies. Keywords: Classroom action Research, Role Playing, Learning Competencies Abstrak Kualitas pembelajaran dapat ditingkatkan antara lain dengan pembelajaran yang efektif yang dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Metode Pembelajaran dengan Bermain Peran adalah salah satu metode pembelajaran yang dianggap dapat memotivasi siswa untuk lebih aktif terlibat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang disusun skenarionya oleh seorang pengajar. Metode Bermain Peran menjadikan mahasiswa dapat menyelidiki materi pelajaran secara aktif dan mengalami proses pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa tahun kedua di Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka, tepatnya pada matakuliah Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Pengumpulan data penelitian secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dilaksanakan melalui hasil refleksi mahasiswa dan skor hasil belajar yang diinterpretretasikan peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran efektif tercapai saat mahasiswa terlibat aktif dalam proses belajar dengan Metode Bermain Peran. Hasil refleksi dan analisis data dai siklus pertama penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa mencapai nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Hanya 27,77 % yang belum mencapai target tersebut. Untuk itu peneliti melnjutkan ke siklus kedua penelitian. Hasil siklus kedua menunjukkan hanya 12,12% mahasiswa yang meraih nilai kurang dari skor kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Dengan demikian maka penelitian meyimpulkan bahwa metode bermain peran dapat meningkatkan kompetensi belajar mahasiswa. Abstract

At the time of the covid-19 pandemic, as it is today, it changed the consumption pattern of the community, especially for students. The consumption behavior of students tends to increase due to several influencing factors, one of which is a glamorous lifestyle. This study aims to determine the effect of online shopping on the consumptive behavior of students of Economics Education FKIP UHAMKA. The population in this study were students of Economics Education FKIP UHAMKA Academic Year 2020/2021, totaling 307 students with a research sample of 174 students. This study uses a quantitative approach. The technique of collecting samples using simple random sampling technique. The process of collecting data in this study used questionnaires via google form. Then the results of the information were analyzed by correlation and regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant correlation and influence between online shopping on consumptive behavior, which was 25.8%. This means that online shopping has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior among students in using online shopping applications. In addition, student consumptive behavior cannot be avoided without the awareness to be wise in using online shopping applications. Furthermore, the average student does online shopping without considering time and needs.
