Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sebuah strategi problem based learning untuk digunakan pada mata kuliah strategi belajar mengajar. Responden penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester IV kelas IV.E Program Studi Pendidikan Geografi FKIP Universitas PGRI Palembang. Untuk melihat keefektifannya, peneliti melakukan uji pakar dan uji coba ke lapangan dengan indikator sikap dan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prototype strategi problem based learning yang kedua merupakan desain yang potensial efektif digunakan pada saat pembelajaran, dan hasil belajar mahasiswa masuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi problem based learning yang peneliti kembangkan valid dan praktis pada saat pembelajaran strategi belajar mengajar.Kata Kunci : Pengembangan, Strategi Problem Based Learning, Strategi Belajar

Abstract

AbstrakModel pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Explicit Instruction adalah suatu model pembelajaran yang bersifat teacher center. Model pembelajaran tersebut ditujukan pula untuk membantu siswa mempelajari keterampilan dasar dan memperoleh informasi yang dapat diajarkan selangkah demi selangkah. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah pengembangan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Explicit Instruction terhadap hasil belajar geografi siswa kelas X diSMA Negeri 1 0 Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe explisit instruction efektif dan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran geografi di SMA Negeri 10 PalembangKata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Explicit Instruction dan HasilBelajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the completeness of the infrastructure, the management of infrastructure and the efforts made by Palembang State Senior High School in improving the learning process. In this study the research data used a type of qualitative research, in this study the data was used using analysis gaps that helped Palembang State High School 9 in revealing which ones should be improved in improving infrastructure at Palembang State High School 9. Gap analysis includes determination, documentation, and the positive side of diversity of desires and capabilities now. The results of the gap analysis show that 14 items have not met the standards contained in Permen No. 24 of 2007, facilities that do not meet the standards include: Classrooms, library rooms, biological laboratory rooms, physics laboratory rooms, chemical laboratory rooms, computer laboratory rooms, spaces language laboratory, teacher's room, UKS room, student organization room, toilet, warehouse, circulation room, and sports equipment room. Whereas facilities that are in accordance with the standards contained in Permen No. 24 of 2007 are only 4 items including: leadership room, administration room, worship room, and counseling room. The principal as the school leader has implemented an administrative function to fix the existing infrastructure in the school starting from the functions of planning, coordinating, channeling, to accountability, by setting these functions expected to optimize infrastructure in improving the learning process at Palembang 9 Public High School.

Abstract

This study aimed at finding out how the cultural model of berasanan and its implementation in civics learning, as well as knowing how the cultural model of berasanan can increase learning motivation in Secondary School class VII. A South Indralaya. The research was classroom action research (CAR) which done in two cycles. The first cycle was conducted three times and the second cycle was held twice. The subjects of this study were 29 students. The steps of each cycle include planning, action, observation, evaluation and reflection. The data were collected by using test, questionnaire, observation sheet, and documentation methods. The results of the study showed that students’ learning motivation experienced an increase in the learning process from cycle one to the second cycle. Students’ attention during the learning process, cooperation in working on group assignments, students’ participation, and courage to think showed that learning activities are increased. Negative activities of students’ learning civics were asking permission to go to the bathroom. This change showed that the interest and enthusiasm of students’ learning was increased and learning was more effective and enjoyable. Achievement of students’ learning outcomes also showed an increase, students’ learning from the first cycle of 75% increased to 86.2% in the second cycle.

Abstract

Success a management cannot be separated from management principles which formed the basis and the value of the management itself. Principles in management should be resilient, it needs to be considered in accordance with the special conditions and situational change. The general notion of management is an activity to achieve the goals that have been determined (getting things done through the effort of other people). Effective leadership is based on those they lead (conditions and situations). The leadership in Islamic educational institutions will be very effective in accordance with the conditions and situations that arise at the time. There is no effective leadership style but with the situation and the growing conditions. In the management of Islamic educational institutions must have some component of the right to produce a proper and prudent performance include planning, organizing, actuating, dan controlling.

Abstract

Green House is a program of character education development efforts concerned about the environment in vocational school 2 Muara Enim. The object of this research is Green House in developingconscious environment of character education. The results of the research through observation, interviews and documentation showing students in character education development efforts concerned about the environment goes well, visible from the school atmosphere that is clean, tidy, beautiful and workimg together, look learners responsible and caring in keeping the school environment. Learning activities are no longer merely excavation of knowledge but at the same time utilizing the environment as a medium of learning, school residents are also encouraged to develop efforts to improve the management and quality of the environment both inside and outside school.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan rasa cinta kepada Allah dan mahlukNya pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan di TK Matahari Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menumbuhkan rasa cinta kepada Allah dan mahlukNya pada anak usia 5-6 tahun sangat baik dilakukan dengan cara pendekatan langsung dan pembiasaan yang dapat dilakukan secara berulang-ulang dan membiasakan pada anak dengan cara mengajak siswa mengerjakan sholat bersama, dan mengajak siswa untuk mengamati tumbuhan yang ada di lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru SD dan SMP Negeri/Swasta di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Peningkatan kompetensi guru dilakukan melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Pelatihan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dilakukan dengan strategi siklus yang dilakukan dengan tahapan dari identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah bahwa masih banyak guru yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menyusun PTK dan melaksanakannya di kelas. Lemahnya kemampuan mereka dalam menyusun PTK disebabkan oleh keterbatasan pengetahuan atau pemahaman mereka tentang PTK secara praktek. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan evaluasi. Dalam pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa para guru berpartisipasi aktif untuk memiliki keseriusan, kemauan, dan motivasi yang tinggi untuk mengembangkan penelitian tindakan kelas. Dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan pada proses pembelajaran salah satunya melalui penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Manfaat PTK di antaranya adalah membantu guru memperbaiki mutu pembelajaran, meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dan meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Kegiatan pelatihan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan tentang pemahaman penelitian tindakan kelas, pengolahan dan analisis data penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil akhir dalam penelitian ini adalah proses pelatihan memberikan manfaat bagi guru, yaitu dapat meningkatkan pemahaman guru pada Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, menumbuhkan motivasi dalam menyusun PTK dan melaksanakan PTK, serta bagi sekolah dapat meningkatkan kinerja sekolah melalui peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan masukan guru di sekolah lainnya sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Guru; Profesionalisme Guru; Penelitian Tindakan Kelas

Abstract

Shifting values in terms of the psychological side is an important review in the current situation. The development of technology, especially the internet, has many impacts on learning, especially on the individual side of students. The purpose of this research is to see what shifts in values or characters are implicated from the application of the internet in the learning process. The method used in this study is the quality method, with secondary data sources that are processed from literature. The results of this study are there is a shift in value when viewed from the psychological aspects due to the application of internet technology in learning. In the psychological review of education which becomes the main scope are contextual teaching and learning, process of teaching and learning, outcomes of teaching and learning. Educational psychology focuses on the situation and conditions of learning, the learning process and the results achieved from the learning process through the learning situations created. The condition of learning by applying internet technology provides space for students to obtain extensive information about whatever they want to know. With ease, students get any information that makes the desire to be serious in learning is not so optimal. In the psychological side of the value it means that it is being eroded by the application of a new technology.

Abstract

This study determined the effect of interpersonal communication and work discipline on teacher performance. This study used quantitative methods. The sample of this research was 50 teachers of SMA Negeri 21 Palembang. Data were collected through questionnaires, documentation study, and observation. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test, multiple linear tests, coefficient of determination test and f-test. The results of this study indicate that there is partially and simultaneously significant effect of interpersonal communication and work discipline on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 21 Palembang.
