Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the effect of teacher pedagogical competence and the motivation of teachers to work partially or collectively on the learning outcomes of SMA Negeri in the OKU Selatan District. This research is based on quantitative methods. The research population consisted of all State Senior High School teachers in South OKU Regency, with a total of 703 staff. The sample was collected using arandom sampling technique of 137 respondents. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression, partial correlation and multiple correlation. This study led to the conclusion (1) that teaching competence has an effect on the student learning outcomes of SMA Negeri in OKU Selatan Regency. (2) The effect of teacher motivation on student learning outcomes of SMA Negeri in OKU Selatan Regency (3) is the effect of teacher pedagogical competence and motivation The work of teachers together on learning outcomes of SMA Negeri in OKU Selatan Regency means that learning outcomes SMA Negeri in OKU Selatan Regency can be improved by improving and increasing the quality of teaching competence and motivation of teaching staff.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of Motivation and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance in Junior High School Number 1 of Sembawa. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Samples in the study were 63 respondents wits data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that: 1) there was a siginificant influence of motivation on teacher performance, 2) there was a significant effect of work discipline on teacher performance, 3) there was a significant effect between motivation and work discipline on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of principal managerial competence and teacher performance on student achievement. The location of this research was carried out in SD Negeri all Babat Supat District. This type of research is a quantitative study with a determination design using an ex post facto research design. The sample in this study was the total of all teachers in SD Negeri in Babat Supat District, consisting of 174 teachers. data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant influence between the managerial competence of the principal on the learning achievement of the students of SD Negeri in Babat Supat District; 2) there is a significant influence between teacher performance on student achievement in SD Negeri in Babat Supat District; 3) there is a significant influence jointly between principal managerial competence and teacher performance on student achievement of SD Negeri in Babat Supat District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the effect of fieldwork practices on student learning outcomes, 2) the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes, 3) the effect of fieldwork practices and learning motivation simultaneously on student learning outcomes. The method used by researchers in this research is descriptive analysis method, while the population studied was Class XII students at Tri Bhakti At-taq'wa Health Vocational School Ogan Komering Ilir district, totaling 101 students. The data collection techniques were questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used in this study is the t-test and the F test with SPSS version 20.0 as supporting instrument. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant impact between fieldwork practices on student learning outcomes 2) there is a significant impact between learning motivation on student learning outcomes 3) there is a significant impact between fieldwork practices and learning motivation simultaneously on student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of principal academic supervision and organizational culture on teacher performance. The location of this research was carried out in SD Negeri in Cluster I, Betung District. This type of research is quantitative research with ex post facto research design. The sample in this study were consisting of 55 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive techniques and multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that 1) there was a significant effect of the principal's academic supervision on the performance of public elementary school teachers; 2) there is a significant influence of organizational culture on the performance; 3) there is a significant influence on the academic supervision of the principal and organizational culture together on the performance of SD teachers in Cluster I, Betung District

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Prabumulih merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang memperhatikan Pendidikan Agama siswanya dengan visi unggul dalam prestasi, luhur dalam budi pekerti untuk menumbuhkembangkan sikap mandiri dan misinya meningkatkan iman dan taqwa seluruh warga sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan instrumen wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan salah satu contoh suasana Islami atau budaya Islami di SMA Negeri 1 Prabumulih misalnya shalat Dzuhur berjamaah, tadarusan Al-Qur,an, berbusana muslim dan lain-lain. Strategi kepemimpinan guru dalam mengembangkan budaya Islami adalah dengan cara menunjukkan keteladan yang baik, melakukan pembiasaan yang baik, sentuhan hati, dan kerja sama antara guru dan orang tua.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of reading interest and reading motivation together on student learning outcomes of SDN 06 Kisam Tinggi. Research to be carried out includes quantitative research. The research method is a scientific procedure or way to obtain data with a specific purpose. Descriptive research is research that uses observations, interviews or questionnaires regarding the current situation. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of research and discussion is that there is a positive and significant effect of reading interest on student learning outcomes at SDN 06 Kisam Tinggi. The results of calculations using simple regression analysis show that the correlation coefficient is 0.327 and the coefficient of determination is 1.107. There is a positive and significant effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes at SDN 06 Kisam Tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the vision and mission, the principal in an effort to build the religious character and discipline of students, at SMPN 1 Talang Ubi Penukal Abab Lematang. Ilir. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The data collection instruments used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research. First, the implementation of the vision and mission of the Principal of SMPN 1 Talang Ubi in building religious character and discipline of students is to make the character of noble character become character and culture in their daily lives, the two principals in building the character of students through exemplary, reprimand, motivation, environmental conditioning, habituation, and character integration through learning activities. Third, the supervision carried out by the principal in building the character of students includes monitoring teachers in carrying out character learning in class, overseeing the course of character education program activities, checking the condition and integrity of school facilities and evaluating through briefings and meetings about character education programs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of pedagogic competence and professional competence on the performance of elementary school teachers in Kisam Tinggi District. This research is a type of quantitative. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The prerequisite tests to be carried out are normality test, linearity test, and data analysis using simple regression. The results of data analysis can be explained that overall the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers in Kisam Tinggi District is in the good category seen from the distribution of the highest data in the good category. From this explanation it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between pedagogical competence on the performance of elementary school teachers in Kisam Tinggi District. In addition, it is also seen from the results of the calculation of the product moment correlation that there is a positive influence between professional competence on the performance of elementary school teachers in Kisam Tinggi District

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the Principal's Strategy for Improving the Quality of Learning in SD Negeri 7 Air Kumbang District. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the principal at SD Negeri 7 Air Kumbang has an obligation to strive so that all the potential in his institution can be utilized as well as possible in order to achieve the expected improvement in learning. The various strategies undertaken by the principal in order to improve the quality of learning at SD Negeri 7 Air Kumbang include (a). Improvement of Teacher Teaching Ability, (b). Optimizing the Use of Media and Educational Facilities, (c). Implementation of Routine Supervision, (d). Collaborating with the Community and (e). Strict Application of Discipline. All of the principal strategies above can work well because the stakeholders in SD Negeri 7 Air Kumbang work together to improve the quality of learning.
