Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ialah menghasilkan program bimbingan dan konseling komunitas yang tepat untuk mendukung PYD pada anggota komunitas schoolzone di Radio SE 88.1 FM Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan partisipatoris. Penelitian dilakukan di Radio SE 88.1 FM Bandung dengan subjek penelitian anggota komunitas schoolzone, yaitu komunitas remaja yang memiliki ketertarikan dalam bidang penyiaran radio. Penelitian menghasilkan program bimbingan dan konseling komunitas yang tepat untuk mendukung PYD berdasarkan refleksi terhadap dua siklus tindakaan. Rekomendasi ditujukan kepada 1) anggota komunitas untuk mempertahankan kompetensi yang dicapai selama intervensi, 2) Radio SE 88.1 FM untuk menggunakan pola pembinaan komunitas berdasarkan tindakan pada penelitian, 3) praktisi bimbingan dan konseling yang akan melakukan bimbingan dan konseling komunitas untuk mendukung PYD agar memiliki keterampilan memahami karakterstik keterampilan psikologis yang dibutuhkan anggota, memahami pola interkasi, dan mampu melibatkan berbagai pihak dalam proses bimbingan konseling komunitas, serta 4) peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengintegrasikan bimbigan dan konseling komunitas dengan aspek akademik anggota komunitas, sehingga mencapai PYD yang menyeluruh dalam setiap aspek kehidupan.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a profile of adolescent resilience in grade VIII level of junior high school students. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The study was conducted on students of class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Cimahi 2017/2018 academic year with the total population is 452 students, and the number of research samples is 443 students. The instrument used in this study was adapted and modified from the resilience theory in Bonnie Benard's' book "Resiliency: What We Have Learned" and a Likert-scale questionnaire. The results of this research are as follows: 1) The highest aspect is the sense of purpose and bright futures of 83.37%, 2) the lowest issue is the social competence of 68.65%; 3) the highest indicator is spirituality of 91.58%, and 4) the cancel indicator is communication of 60.87%.

Abstract

Adolescence is an important period in moral development and the search for self-identity. In adolescence is easily questioned by negative activities such as promiscuity, drug aid, student brawls, abortion, infidelity, rape, murder, and actions that unsettle the public including in criminal care. Violations committed by adolescents will prove moral values in a life together. Moral reasoning is a predictor of juvenile delinquency behavior, the lower the morale of adolescents, the higher the delinquency behavior. One of the efforts made to improve moral quality and inhibit the behavior of naughty adolescents (students) is to develop moral penalties by reorganizing cognitive or wrong ways of thinking that improve accordingly and minimize the behavior of juvenile delinquents that can be realized and counseling in schools with use cognitive behavioral therapy. Development of moral punishment by using cognitive behavioral therapy can restructure cognitive reasoning with everything related to morals, as well as doing good by the values of the norms adopted in the person and environment. The use of cognitive-behavioral therapy becomes a preventative and educative step for students in developing moral law to achieve the development of autonomous moral law

Abstract

 Permasalahan yang dialami remaja SMP di Rumah Perlindungan Sosial Asuhan Anak (RPSAA) disebabkan ketidakcakapan dalam coping. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menggambarkan implementasi program layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik group exercises untuk meningkatkan  keterampilan coping pada remaja SMP di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung dan secara empiris mengidentifikasi efektivitas program layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik group exercises untuk meningkatkan keterampilan coping pada remaja SMP di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu pre-experimental dengan one-group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengujian efektivitas program menggunakan Wilcoxon dengan bantuan SPSS versi 19.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program layanan bimbingan kelompok sesuai dengan rancangan program layanan bimbingan kelompok yang telah disusun. Berdasarkan evaluasi proses dan hasil diketahui dinamika perubahan keterampilan coping 13 remaja SMP di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung, antara lain: semakin percaya diri, terbuka dan berani dalam mengungkapkan pikiran, berani menerima tantangan yang diberikan tanpa mengeluh, mampu mengelola perasaan dan pikiran, mampu mereduksi tekanan dengan cara yang tidak merugikan diri sendiri maupun orang lain, dan mampu menjalin kerjasama dengan orang lain. Terakhir, program layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik group exercises efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan coping remaja SMP di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung.Kata kunci: remaja, bimbingan kelompok, teknik group exercises, keterampilan copingABSTRACT The research aims to describe the implementation of group counseling service program with group exercise technique to improve the coping skills of junior high school adolescents in RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung, and empirically identify the effectiveness of group counseling service program with group exercise technique to improve coping skills of junior high school adolescents in RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung. The research adopted pre-experimental method with one-group pretest-posttest design. The reserach used saturated sampling technique. To test the effectiveness of the program, Wilcoxon test with the aid of  SPSS version 19.0 was employed. The findings show that the implementation of group counseling service program has been in accordance with the program design. Based on the evaluation of the process and outcomes, dynamic changes have been found in the following coping skills of the 13 junior high school adolescents in RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung: increased confidence, openness and courage to express the mind, courage to accept challenges without complaining, ability to manage feelings and thoughts, ability to reduce stress by doing things that are not harmful for selves and others, and ability to cooperate with others.Keywords: adolescent, group counseling, group exercise technique, coping skills

Abstract

Siswa yang mengalami stres akademik memiliki persepsi yang maladaptif terhadap tuntutan akademik.Tujuan penelitian mengetahui efektivitas restrukturisasi kognitif dalam menangani stres akademik.Penelitian menggunakan metode pra-eksperimen dengan one group pretest-posttest design.Hasil penelitian: (1) stres akademik siswa sebagian besar termasuk kategori sedang; (2) rancangan intervensi berfokus pada reduksi indikator stres akademik; (3) restrukturisasi kognitif efektif menangani stres akademik.

Abstract

The guidance and counseling service approach in recent studies is no longer only focused on problems, but many have focused on individual strengths and lead to individual optimization. One of them is happiness. This study aims to obtain an overview of effective guidance and counseling services in developing students' happiness. The method used is Systematic Literature Review by identifying, evaluating, and interpreting all relevant research results related to research questions from both journals and theses and dissertations in 2015-2021 timeframe. Data analysis used meta-synthesis techniques, namely identifying, and interpreting the overall research results according to the research questions. The findings of this study are that there are various guidance and counseling service interventions that have a significant and effective effect on developing students' happiness.Keywords: happiness, guidance and counseling, students

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a critical analysis of RUU Sisdiknas 2022 to the professional education of science teachers in Indonesia. The method was library research, data obtained based on literature study. The material object of this study was the regulations that form the basis for implementing teacher professional education. The study results show that professional education for teachers from all fields of study is achieved through PPG developed by LPTK. We observe the RUU Sisdiknas 2022 chapter 56 act 5 concerning the implementation of professional education, which must be carried out through collaboration between universities and professional associations. It is necessary to have a clear formulation related to science teacher professional education and a form of cooperation between professional associations and universities. An independent and professional science teacher organization is needed. The organization must also have a clear legal umbrella. PPG can adapt the established professional education, especially in setting teacher competency standards, which are still dominated by policies from universities.Keywords: RUU Sisdiknas; Science Teacher; Teacher Professional Education ProgramTujuan dari kajian ini adalah melakukan analisis kritis terkait RUU Sisdiknas 2022 yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan profesi guru IPA di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research), data diperoleh berdasarkan studi literatur. Objek material dari kajian ini adalah peraturan-peraturan yang menjadi landasan penyelenggaraan pendidikan profesi guru. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa pendidikan profesi untuk guru dari semua bidang studi ditempuh melalui PPG yang dikembangkan oleh LPTK. Mencermati RUU Sisdiknas Pasal 56 Ayat 5 sehubungan dengan penyelenggaraan pendidikan profesi yang harus diselenggarakan melalui kerjasama antara perguruan tinggi dengan asosiasi profesi, perlu ada perumusan yang jelas terkait pendidikan profesi guru IPA dan bentuk kerjasama antara asosiasi prosesi dan perguruan tinggi. Diperlukan sebuah organisasi guru IPA yang independen dan profesional. Organisasi tersebut juga harus mempunyai payung hukum yang jelas. PPG dapat mengadaptasi pendidikan profesi yang sudah mapan tersebut terutama dalam menetapkan standar kompetensi guru yang selama ini masih didominasi oleh kebijakan dari perguruan tinggi.Kata Kunci: RUU Sikdiknas; Guru IPA; Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the problems contained in the Draft Law on the National Education System (RUU Sisdiknas) related to curriculum and learning by comparing the content in the bill with the revised law and phenomena that occur in the field. This research was conducted through a literature study using secondary sources: documents, the internet, books, proceedings, reputable international journals, international journals, and national journals, both accredited and unaccredited. The main document used as material for the analysis of the study is the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003, the National Education System Bill. The descriptive-analytical method was used in this research, and then the source data of the study were analyzed qualitatively. Through this literature study, identification and analysis of problems contained in the National Education System Bill related to curriculum and learning were obtained by comparing the bill's contents with the revised law and phenomena occurring in the field. In the Bill, the potential for local content is obtained, which is currently included in the 2022 Prototype Curriculum. In addition, the integration of local content in learning has a positive impact on students. This study will help provide input and suggestions for improving the draft law.Keywords: Curriculum; IPA;  Local Content; National Education System Bill  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis permasalahan yang terkandung dalam Rancangan Undang-undang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional (RUU Sisdiknas) yang berkaitan dengan kurikulum dan pembelajaran dengan membandingkan muatan dalam RUU dengan UU yang direvisi serta fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan sumber data sekunder, yaitu berupa dokumen, internet, buku, prosiding, jurnal internasional bereputasi, jurnal internasional, dan jurnal nasional baik terakreditasi maupun tidak terakreditasi. Dokumen utama yang digunakan sebagai bahan analisis kajian adalah UU Sisdiknas No. 20 Tahun 2003, RUU Sisdiknas. Metode deskriptif analitis digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang selanjutnya data sumber kajian tersebut dianalisis secara kualitatif. Melalui studi kepustakaan ini diperoleh identifikasi dan analisis permasalahan yang terkandung dalam RUU Sisdiknas yang berkaitan dengan kurikulum dan pembelajaran dengan membandingkan muatan dalam RUU dengan Undang-undang yang direvisi serta fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan. Dalam RUU diperoleh potensi muatan lokal yang saat ini sudah dimasukkan ke dalam Kurikulum Prototipe 2022 dan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Selain itu, adanya integrasi muatan lokal dalam pembelajaran memberikan dampak yang positif bagi peserta didik. Hasil kajian ini akan berguna dalam memberikan masukkan dan saran dalam penyempurnaan rancangan undang-undang.Kata Kunci: Kurikulum; IPA; Muatan lokal; RUU Sisdiknas

Abstract

This study is to determine the tendency of the identity status of class XI students of SMK Negeri 5 Bandung for the 2020/2021 school year. The study used a quantitative approach because it processed data to obtain a tendency for vocational identity of class XI students of SMK Negeri 5 Bandung. In general, it is revealed that students who have achievement identity status in class XI SMKN 5 Bandung are 78.9%, foreclosure identity status 10.8%, moratorium identity status 5.5%, and diffusion identity status 3.9%. Most of the XI grade students of SMKN 5 Bandung have a clear view of the future and are fighting for it and are able to control the exploration process to achieve a commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the psychological well-being profile of adolescent victims of body shaming. The research method is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The instrument uses Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale and body shaming questionnaire. The distribution of the questionnaire was carried out with the help of the Google Form application with a total of 30 respondents. 40% of respondents victims of body shaming indicate good enough psychological well-being, 26.67% of respondents indicate a good category, 26.67% of respondents indicate a very good category, and 6.67% of respondents indicate a poor category.  Adolescent victims of body shaming based on the percentage of the total score on each dimension of psychological well-being the largest is purpose in life (18.62%), followed by the autonomy dimension (17.80%), personal growth (17.72%), positive relations with others (16.08%), environmental mastery (16.08%), and the smallest percentage was obtained by self-acceptance dimension (13.70%). There is no significant difference in psychological well-being of adolescent victims of body shaming based on gender and age.
