Abstract

This study was held at BPTU-HPT Denpasar which located in Pangyangan Village, Pekutatan Sub-district, Jembrana Regency conducted from January 18, 2017 - April 18, 2017. Analysis of nutritional content was performed at the Laboratory of the Agriculture Faculty of Warmadewa University and the Udayana University Faculty of Animal Husbandry Laboratory. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of cutting age on production and quality of nutrition Indigofera sp.The Method of this study did use on Complete Randomized Design (CRD) which consisted of 3 groups and 4 treatment of cutting age. Abstract

Feed is one important factor in determining the performance of poultry production, especially broiler. Increasing the quality of feed can be done by using sorghum seeds in the feed ration is supplement (substitutions) to corn, because the nutritional value is not different from corn is cheap and does not compete with human needs, easy to obtain and good quality. Sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L.) is a cereal crop that is potential for cultivation and development, especially in marginal and dry areas of Indonesia, can be used as an alternative feed for broiler. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of sorghum as a substitution of corn on the performance of broiler. This research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications with each replication consisted of 3 broiler CP 707, so the number of broiler in use as many as 45 broiler. The treatment was as follows: R0 = Control ration without sorghum addition, R1 =7% sorghum, R2 = 14% sorghum, R3 =21% sorghum, R4 =28% sorghum. The parameters observed were initial weight, weight gain, final weight, feed intake and feed conversion ratio. The data obtained were analysis with analysis of variance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap pengelolaan keuangan UMKM berbasis economic entity concept dengan dimoderasi oleh knowledge management. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Desa Selat Dusun Payungan Kecamatan Klungkung Kabupaten Klungkung bertepatan dengan program kuliah kerja nyata Universitas Warmadewa. Sampel berjumlah 30 UMKM aktif yang bergerak disektor perdagangan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sensus karena menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan teknik regresi berganda yaitu moderated regression analisis. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap pelaporan keuangan UMKM berbasi economic entity concept, dan knowledge management dinyatakan memoderasi hubungan kompetensi sumber daya manusia dengan pelaporan keuangan berbasis economic entity concept.

Abstract

Mitra merupakan pemilik usaha kacang mentik di Desa Celuk yaitu Kacang Pandawa. Perputaran persediaan barang dagang yang cukup tinggi seharusnya disertai dengan pencatatan persediaan yang memadai. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk meminimalisasi adanya kemungkinan kehilangan persediaan serta kerusakan persediaan tanpa sepengetahuan pemilik. Kondisi tersebut akan menyebabkan kerugian bagi usaha mitra. Mitra juga belum memiliki pencatatan secara teratur atas penjualan produk usahanya. Mitra kerap mengeluh bahwa persediaan bahan baku produknya cepat mengalami kerusakan. Berdasarkan atas permasalahan tersebut, maka telah dilakukan program pengabdian berupa penyuluhan dan pelatihan pencatatan persediaan dan penjualan. Selain itu akan dilakukan penyuluhan mengenai teknik penyimpanan persediaan bahan baku. Penyuluhan dilakukan secara langsung kepada mitra dilengkapi dengan sesi diskusi. Pelatihan pencatatan persediaan serta pencatatan penjualan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan melakukan praktik secara langsung pada buku pencatatan yang telah didesain khusus oleh tim pengabdian. Setelah diberikan pendampingan, mitra kini telah mampu membuat pencatatan persediaan barang dagang serta pencatatan penjualan dengan baik pada buku khusus yang telah dipersiapkan tim pengabdian. Mitra juga kini memiliki pemahaman mengenai tata cara penyimpanan persediaan bahan baku agar tidak mudah rusak.

Abstract

A study was conducted to can you buy soma online legally determine the digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, and digestibility of the Setaria grass invitro at different types and dosages of fertilizers. This research was conducted in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Warmadewa University, which is located at Jalan Terompong Number 24 Tanjung Bungkak Denpasar Bali from May 29, 2020 to July 18, 2020. The analysis of dry matter and organic matter digestibility and in vitro digestibility was carried out at the Animal Nutrition and Forage Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University from July to August 2020. This study used a randomized block design (RAK) with a 2 x 4 factorial pattern. Factor A was 2 types of manure, and factor B had 4 levels of fertilizer. Factor A, namely: S = manure from cow, K = manure from goat. The dosages used are: D0 = without fertilizer (0 ton/ha), D1 = 10 ton/ha, D2 = 20 ton/ha, and D3 = 30 ton/ha. The variables observed were: dry matter digestibility, organic matter digestibility, and buy soma online cheap in vitro digestibility of Setaria grass grown at different types and doses of manure.
