Abstract

Non-fungible token (NFT) is a new type of blockchain-based token that is unique and cannot be divided. The existence of NFT technology provides benefits for the realization of a digital economy in the future. However, not much research has been done on this technology. Apart from that, the adoption and level of legitimacy of NFT technology for economic actors in Indonesia is also still very limited. Therefore, the role of adoption and legitimacy for economic actors in Indonesia needs to be increased, considering the many benefits of this technology for the realization of a digital economy in the future. To be able to increase the level of adoption and legitimacy for economic actors in Indonesia, the first thing that needs to be done is to know the basic reasons someone wants to accept (legitimize) and then use (adopt) the technology. If the basic reasons are known, the government can implement policies that are able to encourage higher technology adoption. This research uses the ZMET (Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique) technique. This method is able to reveal a person's subconscious thoughts, which are sometimes hidden during interviews.

Abstract

Consumer protection is a form of protection based on law created to protect consumers and fulfill consumer rights. This research aims to implement it for consumers who feel disadvantaged and how to resolve disputes between consumers and business actors. In this research there is a normative empirical method. The results of this research state that there are losses experienced by consumers from the use of goods/or services from business actors, ultimately resulting in disputes between the two parties. Therefore, consumers do not get their rights as consumers and business actors do not carry out their business in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws. The conclusion in this research is that even though consumers feel disadvantaged by business actors, they still get their rights as consumers. Business actors fulfill their obligations as business actors who are responsible for actions that harm consumers. Consumer protection in this case is very important to ensure justice and legal certainty for every consumer.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze Business Licensing to Support Business Activities (PB UMKU) after the implementation of Online Single Submission (OSS) in Jambi Province and to find out and analyze the obstacles to implementing OSS in Granting Business Permits in Jambi Province. The research method used is a combination of normative legal and empirical legal research types, based on data obtained directly from the community, such as observations, interviews and questionnaires. The research approach that the author uses is by researching and reviewing in depth information related to business licensing in (DPMPTSP) Jambi Province. Research analysis uses descriptive-qualitative techniques, to prepare and strengthen the author's arguments. The author's results and findings in this research show that (PB UMKU) in its implementation (OSS) in Jambi Province is in accordance with applicable regulations, although there are several obstacles in overcoming it, it is in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 24 of 2006 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Integrated One Door. The conclusion of this research is, (DPMPTSP) Jambi Province has made maximum efforts to implement Online Single Submission (OSS) and overcome all existing obstacles based on relevant applicable regulations.
