Abstract

Strategi City Branding merupakan sebuah strategi pariwisata dengan cara memperkenalkan suatu keunikan dari suatu daerah. Tujuan dalam melakukan analisis ini supaya mengetahui daya yang timbul dari City Branding dan Media Sosial Instagram terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung di Lumpur Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini memakai jenis penyelidikan berdasarkan banyaknya serta dan pendekatan yang menggambarkan apa adanya. Bagian kecil dalam meneliti ini sebanyak 149 responden. Metode mengambil sampel memakai purposive sampling serta teknik mengumpulkan keterangan yang benar penelitian ini menggunakan riset pernyataan tertulis. Karakteristik responden dalam melakukan analisis data adalah pengunjung yang pernah berada di Lumpur Sidoarjo minimal satu kali dan kriteria usia responden berusia 16 ? 40 tahun. Variabel City Branding mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung di Lumpur Sidoarjo. Variabel Media Sosial Instagram berpengaruh dengan Keputusan Berkunjung di Lumpur Sidoarjo. Variabel City Branding dan Media Sosial Instagram menaruh pengaruh terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung di Lumpur Kata Kunci : City Branding, Media Sosial Instagram, Keputusan Berkunjung. Strategy City Branding is a tourism strategy by introducing a uniqueness of an area. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of City Branding and Instagram Social Media on the Visiting Decision in Sidoarjo Mudflow. In this study using quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study were 149 respondents. With sampling techniques using purposive sampling and data collection techniques this study uses questionnaires.Characteristics of respondents in this study are visitors who have visited Sidoarjo mudflow at least once and the age criteria of respondents aged 16-40 years. Thevariable City Branding has an influence on the Decision to Visit in Sidoarjo Mud. The Instagram Social Media variable has an influence on the Visit Decision in Sidoarjo Mud. Thevariable City Branding and Instagram Social Mediahas an influence on the Visit Decision in the Sidoarjo Mudflow Keywords: City Branding, Instagram Social Media, Visiting Decision.

Abstract

Dalam diri siswa harus ditumbuhkan efikasi untuk memaksimalkan pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Apabila siswa yakin terhadap diri dan kemampuannya, maka hasil maksimal akan didapatkan melalui efikasi diri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha serta untuk mengetahui apakah efikasi diri memperkuat pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI BDP SMK Negeri 2 Kediri. Responden penelitian seluruh siswa kelas XI jurusan Bisnis Daring Pemasaran (BDP) SMK Negeri 2 Kediri berjumlah 72 siswa. Kuesioner digunakan untuk melakukan teknik pengumpulan data, dan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa 1) pembelajaran kewirausahaan mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha siswa Kelas XI BDP SMK Negeri 2 Kediri, 2) efikasi diri memperkuat pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa Kelas XI BDP SMK Negeri 2 Kediri. Abstract

Nowadays one promising business is the fashion industry, especially footwear. UD. Poker is one of the Small and Medium Enterprises which engaged in the footwear industry. This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews directly with the owners, employees, and communities around UD. Poker. Depth interviews, observation, and documentation are also used in data collection. Data analysis techniques used in this study consisted of four stages, 1) analysis of internal and external environment UD. Poker, 2) analyzing using the SWOT matrix, and 3) formulating alternative strategies, 4) recommending strategic decisions to develop business for UD. Poker. Based on the SWOT matrix program, the position of UD Poker is in quadrant I (aggressive strategy) which means that UD Poker is growing so UD. Poker is more appropriate to implement the Strength Opportunity (SO) strategy through market penetration and product development.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to see the effectiveness of the concept of gamification that is applied in the learning process of the subject of Renewal of Economic Education Learning. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Subjects in this study are students of class 06PIEE001 FKIP Pamulang University. In this study adopted Marczewskis Gamification Framework concept which consists of 8 questions: 1) what is being gamified; 2) why is it being gamified; 3) who are the users; 4) how is it being gamified; 5) analytics are set up; 6) tested with users; 7) acted on feedback; and 8) released the solution. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that 1) the learning process in the course of Renewal of Economic Education Learning can be done with the concept of gamification by combining face-to-face learning in the classroom with online learning learning; 2) student response in learning process with gamification concept mostly interested because it is new for them; 3) there is a nurturant effect for as long as the concept of gamification is applied in the class

Abstract

AbstrakKeputusan manajemen operasional banyak dibahas pada industri besar, tetapi seringkali terabaikan untuk usaha kecil. Obyek penelitian adalah UKM Whisnu yang bergerak dibidang kerajinan tangan yaitu cor kuningan. Meskipun dalam proses operasional UKM Whisnu masih menggunakan peralatan manual dan proses produksi memiliki ketergantungan yang tinggi dari kreativitas karyawan, produk handmade cor kuningan UKM Whisnu memiliki permintaan yang cukup tinggi setiap bulannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksploratif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara secara langsung dengan pemilik UKM Whisnu. Teknik analisis data penelitian terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian sepuluh keputusan operasional yang sudah dijalankan oleh pemilik UKM selaku manajer operasional berkaitan dengan perancansgan produk, pengelolan kualitas, perancangan proses, perancangan kapasitas, strategi lokasi, strategi tata letak, perancangan sumber daya manusia dan perancangan pekerjaan, pengelolaan rantai pasokan, pengeloaan persediaan dan perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku, dan pemeliharaan. Have Already The Cor Of UKM Kuningan Implementing Operational Decisions? Abstract      Operational management decisions are mostly discussed in large industries, but are often overlooked for small businesses. The object of the research is SME Whisnu which is engaged in handicraft ie brass cast. Although in SME Whisnu's operational process still using manual equipment and production process has high dependence of employee creativity, SME Whisnu brass handmade products have high demand every month. This type of research is explorative with a qualitative approach. Techniques used to collect using observations and interviews directly with the owner of SME Whisnu. Technique of research data analysis consist of four stages that is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the ten operational decisions conducted by the owners of SMEs as operational managers related to product design, quality management, process design, capacity design, location strategy, layout strategy, human resource design and job design, supply chain management, inventory management and raw material requirements planning, and maintenance.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to determine the effect of self efficacy and adversity quotient on entrepreneurial intentions of students of SMK Negeri 1 Kanor Bojonegoro. This study uses descriptive research and quantitative approach. The Respondent in this study is 56 students of Grade XI of State Vocational School 1 Kanor from Marketing Department. Saturated sampling is a technique used for sampling in this study. Questionnaires and structured interviews used in data retrieval techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression equations. In this study provide conclusions: 1) there is an effect of self efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions in Grade XI SMK Negeri 1 Kanor, Department of Marketing, 2) there is an influence of adversity quotient on entrepreneurial intention in Grade XI students of State Vocational School 1 Kanor Department of Marketing, 3) there are self-influences simultaneous efficacy and adversity quotient on entrepreneurial intentions in Grade XI SMK Negeri 1 Kanor, Department of Marketing. The ability of self efficacy and adversity quotient variables explains the effect on entrepreneurial intentions by 48 percent.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the developing countries which has many industry players of MSMEs. One of the MSMEs is MSME of Metal in Ngingas Sidoarjo Village which is able to market products from local market, national to international market. The objectives of the research are to analyze the role of industrial environment, entrepreneurial behavior, and managerial capability applied to measure company performance. This type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques used observation, unstructured interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Research subjects are micro scale micro entrepreneurs, Village Heads, and metal organizations Ngingas Sidoarjo. The result of the research proves that the industry environment in the obstacle of new competitors, supplier strength, buyer strength, and the availability of substitute goods have a role to the company's performance, while competitive competitor indicator does not contribute to company performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan keikutsertaan dalam praktik kerja industri terhadap minat berwirausaha pada siswa SMK. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 67 siswa kelas XII Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Jombang yang telah mengikuti mata pelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan keikutsertaan dalam praktik kerja industri terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK. Temuan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan pemberian materi kewirausahaan dinilai cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan minat berwirausaha siswa, dan selama kegiatan praktik kerja industri berlangsung siswa belajar bertanggung jawab atas apa yang dikerjakan.

Abstract

Professional teachers not only perform functions related to pedagogical competence, but also professional functions. Indicated by improve professional functions in writing scientific papers. This Community Service collaborates with two partners, which are teachers who are member of MGMP Office Administration and teachers in SMKN 1 Jombang. The aim of this Community Service is to train teachers to write scientific papers well, and publish their papers as well. These activities conducted in training activity, lecturing, question and answer, discuss and practice how to write scientific papers well. The result of these activities are 1) the implementation of this scientific writing training for vocational high school teachers is consistent to the steps that planned before, with two partners, which are teachers who are member of MGMP Office Administration and teachers in SMKN 1 Jombang, 2) the overall response from the participants of this scientific writing trainingare very satisfied, mainly because of the aspects of activities, speakers aspects, and general aspects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi manfaat terhadap keputusan penggunaan Gopay di Surabaya dengan kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kausal. Teknik sampling penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan menggunakan 177 responden pengguna Gopay di Surabaya. Sumber data menggunakan data primer berupa angket online dengan skala pengukuran likert. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah IBM SPSS AMOS 26 dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah persepsi manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan sebesar 0,333 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 <0,05, persepsi manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan sebesar 0,800 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 <0,005, kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan sebesar 0,592 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 <0,05, persepsi manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan dengan kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervening dengan nilai p-value 0 <0,05 yang menunjukkan sebagai mediasi penuh.
