Abstract

Abstract– Sistem informasi (SI) ditujukan untuk mendukung pelaksanaan proses bisnis suatu unit organisasi. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja proses bisnis dapat didekati dengan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dari sistem informasi pendukungnya. Salah satu faktor penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem informasi adalah dengan menggunakan asas fleksibilitas pada sistem informasi tersebut. Yang menjadi pertanyaan dalam tulisan ini adalah bagaimana pandangan dari pengguna dan pengembang sistem dan apa peran dari kedua pihak tersebut dalam kesuksesan penerapan asas fleksibilitas pada sistem informasi. Tulisan ini juga menyertakan studi kasus sederhana untuk melihat hubungan antara pengguna dan pengembang sistem informasi. Abstract

The focus of this paper is on the effectiveness of applying the Indonesian language learning approach at STAI Al Falah Banjarbaru. The aim is to determine the effectiveness of the application of scientific approaches which include: observing, asking, trying, reasoning and communicating. The method used is descriptive qualitative, which functions to see, review, know and expose and express things according to what they are. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. As for the findings and discussions gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation, about the effectiveness of the application of scientific approaches to Indonesian language courses in STAI Al Falah Banjarbaru, can be described as follows: (1) Application of scientific approaches to observing aspects, ask, try and communicate has been implemented optimally. (2) for the aspect of reasoning cannot be done well. Keywords: Effectiveness, scientific approach

Abstract

Reading is a skill. The scarcity of books read had an impact on a person's ability in speaking and writing for it, keep the earnest efforts of self to always increase-right quality and quantity of reading. Language experts concluded that the movement of the eyeball time reading changed his line with his goals, changes a person's ability to understand reading materials significantly influenced by the purpose to read it (a clear goal will improve reading comprehension, while a less obvious purpose will hinder comprehension, reading purpose-formulated clearly will affect the acquisition of reading comprehension). Someone who has the ability to read high (good), able to utilize the technique of reading which varies in line with the goal of reading that would be achieved. The conclusions made by experts in the above languages have shown clearly that there is an influence of the dominant reading purpose in the process of reading, especially against the results of understanding what is read. The clear objective would increase the interest and ability to read to someone. A person who is fully aware will aim to read it will be able to redirect the target of critical thought in power manipulate the reading material so as to obtain satisfaction in reading. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to show effects of  zeolit application toward efficiency of P fertilizer, P absorbtion and sweet corn growth. This study was conducted at farmer’s land in Bugul Kidul Sub District, Pasuruan of East Java. This study used a randomized block design consisting of twelve treatments with three repetitions. The treatments tested were 0 t zeolit ha-1 (A0),  4.65 t zeolite  ha-1 (A1), 9.3 t zeolite ha-1 (A2), 0 kg SP-36 fertilizer ha-1 (F0), 75 kg SP-36 fertilizer ha-1 (F1), 150 kg SP-36 fertilizer ha-1 (F2), and 225 kg SP-36 fertilizer ha-1 (F3). The results showed that zeolite influenced the efficiency of P fertilization. The extending of 9.6 t zeolite ha-1 with combination of 150 kg SP-36 fertilizer ha-1 had efficiency of P fertilization of 65 %. The utilizing of 9.3 t zeolite ha-1 and 150 kg SP-36 fertilizer ha-1 increased plant height up to 34.8 %, plant fresh weight increased up to 95.7 % and plant dry weight up to 98 %. Those results showed that application of zeolite improved P fertilization efficiency, P absorbtion and sweet corn growth

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai (studi kasus pada CV. Havraco Jaya di Palembang). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan berupa regresi linier berganda, determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan uji F dengan bantuan aplikasi statistik program SPSS. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 pegawai yang semuanya adalah pegawai di CV. Havraco Jaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan dokumentasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa, 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja pegawai

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to obtain information about the implementation of academic supervision done by the headmaster in order to develop teachers’ performance. This research used qualitative method. Data were collected through interview, observation and documentation. The subjects of this research were the headmaster and the teachers. The results showed that the implementation of the academic supervision was done on three steps were planning, implementation and evaluation. The teachers gave positive responses to the implementation of academic supervision. Keywords: Academic Supervision, Headmaster, Teachers’ Performance

Abstract

Public’s recognition is one of the method to increase the credibility of a school and by using this term, the school’s publication has become an urgent matter. The purpose of this community service is to give assistance to the public relation of SMK 9 Wagir (Vocational High School 3 Wagir) to elevate the school’s credibility by designing a website for the school to introduce the institution to the public. The method used in elevating the school’s credibility involves: (1) conducting workshop in public relation management, (2) conducting website management workshop, (3) doing website designing assistance, (4) evaluating the whole process. The product as a result expected from this community service is a ready to access website to introduce the institution to the public and journal article related to the matter.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the effect of transformational leadership and principal managerial competence towards teachers’ performance at SD Negeri Ilir Timur II Palembang. The data in this study were collected through the distribution of questionnaires on the respondents. The results of questionnaires were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through ttest, Ftest, and coefficient of determination test. The population in this study is all primary teachers from 20 SD Negeri in Ilir Timur II Palembang which consist of 405 teachers. The sample size of the population in this study is based on calculations using the Slovin formula and the sampling technique used is the convenience sampling technique. So, the sample in this study were 80 (eighty) respondents. The results showed that (1) transformational leadership partially have a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance; (2) partial managerial competence has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance; and (3) transformational leadership and managerial competencies simultaneously affect teachers’ performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kepuasan pelayanan pasien (mahasiswa) pada Poliklinik Universitas PGRI Palembang. Metode penelitian analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan populasi 250 pasien setiap bulannya dengan sampel  72. Pengumpulan data  dengan lembar isian kepada responden untuk penilaian pasien terhadap Kinerja Nyata (PP) dan Kinerja Harapan (EX). Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan (IKP) yaitu perbedaan nilai PP dengan nilai EX.            Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pasien (mahasiswa) merasa puas terhadap  pelayanan pihak Poliklinik  dengan rerata skor 0,18, dari 10 indikator kepuasan yaitu: Prosedur penerimaan pasien 0,06; Pelayanan pemeriksaan dan pengobatan - 0,03; Kemampuan dokter 0,57; Kecepatan tindakan  0,21; Keterampilan perawat  0,13;  Keramahan perawat  0,21; Kebersihan ruangan 0,03; Kerapian ruangan 0,26; Kenyamanan ruangan   0,20 dan Kelengkapan alat-alat yang dipakai 0,09 . Kata kunci: PP, EX, IKP

Abstract

Kenyataan memperlihatkan kinerja belum efektif dan efisien karena latar belakang pelatihan serta motivasi kerja yang dimiliki pegawai belum sepenuhnya mendukung pelaksanaan tugas. permasalahan penelitian ini adalah: adakah pengaruh pelatihan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai pada CV. Timi Bersaudara di Palembang?. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel bebas berupa pelatihan dan variabel terikatnya berupa motivasi kerja. Sedangkan yang menjadi populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai CV. Timi bersaudara di Palembang yang berjumlah 35 orang dan pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket tertutup. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh persamaan Y = 3,36 + 0,24X dimana konstanta sebesar 3,36 menyatakan bahwa jika tidak ada pelatihan maka skor motivasi kerja pegawai adalah 3,36. Kemudian koefisien regresi X sebesar 0,24 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan seratus persen pelatihan akan meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai sebesar 0,24 kali. Kemudian hasil t hitung diperoleh sebesar 2,05 > t tabel 2,02 yang menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pelatihan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai pada CV. Timi bersaudara di Palembang. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan,  Motivasi kerja.
