Abstract

       Planning & Kualitas pelayanan Departement Housekeeping terhadap kepuasan tamu di Hotel Nirwana Pekalongan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Nirwana Pekalongan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat menunjang kepuasan tamu, salah satunya yaitu pelayanan department housekeeping. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif dalam memecahkan masalah yang berhubungan dengan housekeeping departement di Hotel Nirwana Pekalongan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penelitian bermetode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dengan memperoleh data dan fakta  yang diperlukan, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan responden sebanyak 13 orang, dengan rincian 10 responden tamu, 1 responden executive housekeeper, 1 responden housekeeping supervisor, dan 1 responden assistant front office manager. Dari hasil penelitian ini dibahas beberapa faktor yang dapat housekeeping berikan untuk menunjang kenyamanan dan kepuasan tamu saat tinggal di Hotel Nirwana pekalongan. Karena housekeeping department memiliki peranan besar, tidak hanya dalam kenyamanan dan kepuasan. Kata Kunci : Perencanaan, kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan tamu

Abstract

Keberhasilan organisasi dipengaruhi kinerja pegawainya, dalam pelaksanaannya faktor kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berperanan penting. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisa dan menjelaskan berpengaruhnya kepemimpinan dan motivasi melalui kepuasan kerja kepada kinerja pada pegawai Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DALDUK & KB) Kota Semarang. Metode sensus digunakan untuk sampling yaitu teknik mengambil data dari semua anggota populasi yang dijadikan sampel yaitu 100 orang dengan kuestioner. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi dengan positif juga signifikan kepada kinerja pada pegawai DALDUK & KB Kota Semarang. Saran yang dapat diberikan, agar kantor Badan Pertimbangan Jabatan dan Kepangkatan (Baperjakat) Kota Semarang dalam menempatkan kepala Dinas yang mampu memotivasi untuk peningkatan kinerja pegawai

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini mencoba untuk menguji pengaruh komponen pembentuk ekuitas merek terhadap pembelian wingko babad merek/cap “Kereta Api” sebagai oleh-oleh khas kota Semarang.Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non Random Sampling dengan metode Accidental Sampling dengan data primer. Populasi penelitian ini sebesar 500pembeli wingko babad  “Kereta Api” dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 125 pembeli. Data diolah dengan metode analisis regresi berganda melalui program SPSS versi 17. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwapengaruh yang signifikan antara kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas merek dan loyalitas merek terhadap intensitas pembelian, artinya semakin tinggi kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas merek dan loyalitas merek maka semakin tinggi pula intensitas pembelian.Besarnya angka Koefisien determinasi 0,550 atau sama dengan 55%. Angka tersebut berarti bahwa sebesar 55% intensitas pembelian yang terjadi dapat dijelaskan dengan menggunakan variabel kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas merek dan loyalitas merek.Sedangkan sisanya 45% (100% - 55%) mendapat kontribusi dari faktor-faktor penyebab lainnya. Kata kunci: Ekuitas Merek, kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas merek,loyalitas merek, intensitas pembelian AbstractThis study attempts to examine the effect of forming components of brand equity to purchase the Chronicle wingko brand / label of "Train" as souvenirs typical town Semarang.Teknik sampling in this study using the technique of non-random sampling by accidental sampling method with the primary data. This study population of 500pembeli wingko chronicle "Train" to sample as many as 125 buyers. Data processed by the method of multiple regression analysis by SPSS version 17. The analysis showed that the significant influence of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality of the brand and brand loyalty to the intensity of the purchase, meaning that the higher the brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality of the brand and brand loyalty, the higher the intensity of the purchase. The coefficient of determination large numbers 0,550 or equal to 55%. This figure means that the intensity of 55% of purchases made can be explained by using a variable of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality of the brand and brand loyalty. Abstract

In today, to develop tourism potential in the area and also to increase income, village with the label of Tourism Village have emerged. Tourism Village is a self–help and self-subsistent, the community which in their social activities try to increase their own understanding of tourism, contributing to increasing value of tourism development within its territory, contributing to increasing value of tourism and its empowerment of welfare, participating to contribute the success of development of tourism. In this case, a tourism product is needed that the characteristics of the village so that it can distinguish it from other villages. Banyu Mudal Tourism Village is a Tourism Village that included in the Moga District, Pemalang Regency, Central Java Province which has the potential as Tourism Village with its natural beauty appeal. There are supporting of facilities and infrastructure such as road and transportation as well as human and institutional resources. Beside the potential, there are also shortcoming and problems that exist in the village. By holding a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) it was found that currently the village of Banyu Mudal does not have unique tourism product. In the tourist village of Banyu Mudal, there is a gamelan craftsman who has a studio to practice beating gamelan. This potential is promoted to be a superior product of gamelan music education tourism. Although there are some side which thing need to be addressed, such as facilities and infrastructure as well as marketing and quality of resources and require assistance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education and academic support on entrepreneurial intentions of college students. Data from 68 students STIEPARI Semarang is used to test the hypothesized model. Research using saturation sampling techniques and data was collected by questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that entrepreneurship education and academic support in a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions of college students. Theoretical implications of the results of research supports the theory and existing research. In addition, managerial implications of the results of research suggest the educational institutions to consider entrepreneurship education and academic support as a factor that is important enough to encourage student interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan di Water Blaster Semarang dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan wisatawan di Water Blaster Semarang dimana dalam beberapa bulan terakhir ini ada penurunan jumlah wisatawan dengan jumlah yang cukup signifikan. Kepuasan ketika seseorang berkunjung ke suatu daya tarik wisata yang menyediakan produk dan layanan jasa sangat diperhatikan oleh manajemen dari Water Blaster Semarang. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang pengolahan data dibantu oleh program SPSS 16 for windows, dimana data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu 100 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Hasil penelitian yaitu berdasarkan uji t bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Water Blaster Semarang dan varaibel bauran promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Water Blaster Semarang. Selanjutnya berdasarakan uji F bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan bauran promosi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan Water Blaster Semarang, dan variabel kualitas pelayanan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap Water Blaster Semarang.Kata kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Bauran Promosi, dan Kepuasan Wisatawan.  AbstractThis research was conducted at Semarang Water Blaster. The aimed to analyze and find out the factors that influence tourist satisfaction at Semarang Water Blaster where in recent months, there has been a significant decrease in the number of tourists. Achievement, when someone visits a tourist attraction that provides products and services, is highly considered by the management of the Water Blaster Semarang. This research conducted using a quantitative approach that data processing was assisted by the SPSS 16 for windows program, where the research data obtained through questionnaires. Samples used in the study were 100 respondents selected using the Accidental Sampling technique. The results of the survey based on the t-test that service quality variables significantly influence tourist satisfaction in Water Blaster Semarang and promotional mix variables have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction in Water Blaster Semarang. Furthermore, based on the F test that the quality of service and promotion mix simultaneously affect the achievement of Water Blaster Semarang tourists, and the service quality variable is the most dominant variable affecting the Water Blaster Semarang.Keywords: Service Quality, Promotion Mix, and Tourist Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengamatan lingkungan internal dan eksternal yang diharapkan dapat memberikan efek terhadap kegiatan ekonomi di masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan model deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara dokumentasi dan pengamatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan beberapa prosedur pengurangan data, tampilan data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan pariwisata dalam kegiatan ekonomi dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat tentunya dengan adanya SDM Pariwisata pada lingkungan internal pariwisata melalui pokdarwis. Sedangkan lingkungan eksternal mulai dari adanya gagasan yang berawal dari pemerintah.Kata kunci: Lingkungan Internal, Lingkungan Eksternal, Pariwisata, dan Ekonomi.AbstractThis study aims to analyze the internal and external environment observations that are expected to affect economic activity in local communities. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach with a descriptive model. Data collection techniques carried out through documentation and observation. The data then analyzed using several data reduction procedures, data displays, and conclusions. The results showed that tourism success in economic activities could benefit the community, of course, with the existence of Tourism HR in the internal environment of tourism through Pokdarwis. Abstract

Development of tourism destination of Masjid Kapal safinatun najah with 3A tourism component in Semarang City The research was designed to understand and to explain potential and tourist attraction at Safinatun Najah Mosque based on 3A of tourism component and explanation of development efforts by the administrator, government, and community as well as knowing the benefit of Safinatun Najah Mosque development. Qualitative description research is mentioned as research that produce scientific research that use description data in the form of words written or verbally off people or behaviour which observe to a group of people or an object and group of culture (Maleong J, 1991). Developing of attraction at Safinatun Najah Mosque by optimising the empty space. Developing and maintaining of amenity by continuous care and developing of accessibility by enlargement of the street traffic sign and giving the transportation of public. This development gives an economic impact such also gives a social and cultural impact.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kepribadian proaktif terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa dengan pendidikan kewirausahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Menggunakan teknik quota sampling, diambil sampel penelitian sejumlah 200 mahasiswa pada sepuluh perguruan tinggi di Semarang. Hasil menunjukkan kepribadian proaktif secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Pendidikan kewirausahaan secara signifikan juga berpengaruh terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa, sekaligus memoderasi hubungan kepribadian proaktif dan intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Temuan ini konsisten dengan teori kepribadian kewirausahaan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan bagi penyelenggara pendidikan tinggi dalam mendesain pola pendidikan kewirausahaan yang tepat dalam menumbuhkan intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswanya.

Abstract

For controlling the negative impact of Covid-19 outbreak, the Indonesia government instructs the citizen to work from home (WFH). Unfortunately, the WFH productivity is still questioned. This study is an attempt to elaborate work productivity and the effect of digital skill as individual driver, digital collaboration as group driver, and perceived organizational support or POS as organizational driver. For supporting the arguments, this article has conducted a quantitative study which involved 824 working citizens as the respondents from all over Indonesia. The respondents are mostly the first timers of working from home. They were working for governmental institution or business organizations from various industries in Indonesia. Collected data was structured and calculated by PLS structural equation modelling) and SmartPLS application version 3. This study concludes that digital skill and POS affect directly on work productivity, but digital collaboration impacts indirectly. Digital skill becomes a mediator in linkage between digital collaboration and work productivity
