Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kecamatan Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui, observasi, dokumentasi, angket dan wawancara, dengan menggunakan sampel yaitu seluruh pegawai kantor Kecamatan Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa sebanyak 28 orang. Data yang telah diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan deskripsi kuantitatif untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kecamatan Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa tergolong efektif berdasarkan aspek: 1) hasil kerja, dengan analisi data yang diperoleh yaitu 78,81 persen, 2) perilaku, dengan analisis data yang diperoleh yaitu 79,89 persen 3) atribut dan kompetensi dengan analisis data yang diperoleh yaitu 80,55 persen, 4) komperatif dengan analisis data yang di peroleh 81,01 persen.Kata kunci: Efektivitas Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to study the description of the leadership of school principals in Panca Sakti Vocational School Makassar. This study uses quantitative research with 36 teachers from Makassar Panca Sakti Vocational School. Data collection uses collection techniques, questionnaires, interviews and collection while the data analysis technique used is percentage. The results of this study show how the role of the principal of the Panca Sakti Makassar Vocational School is categorized as good with a percentage of 82.7 percent. This can be seen from various indicators regarding the leadership of school principals where they were asked as executors to be well approved with a percentage of 82.02 percent, as planners expressed as good with a percentage of 84.22 percent, as supervisors categorized as good at 81.3 percent, acting as supporters of rewards / praise and sentences were stated to be quite good with a percentage of 75.7 percent, acting as a referee and claimants were declared good with a percentage of 88 percent, and holders of responsibility for group members were categorized as good with a percentage of 88.61 percent.

Abstract

Public services are implemented to provide satisfaction for service users whose implementation requires the principles of service. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the KTP-el service at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Parepare City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with 8 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the KTP-el service at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Parepare City, is in the quite effective category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research that service procedures are in the effective category, employee discipline is in the effective category, fairness of service delivery is in the quite effective category, the reasonableness of cost is set effectively, service convenience is in the quite effective category.

Abstract

Employees are one of the elements of the apparatus that institutionally becomes part of government management to carry out the main tasks and functions in government, development, and community service. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of employee performance at the Bulupoddo District Office in Sinjai Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The results of the interviews were obtained from primary data sources referred to as informants, while the main informants, namely the Bulupoddo Sub-District Head while supporting/ordinary informants, namely the staff of the general subdivision and staffing and the people of the Bulupoddo sub-district. The results showed that the effectiveness of employee performance at the Bulupoddo District Office in Sinjai Regency if seen as a whole was effective. This can be seen from the quantity of work, quality of work, knowledge of work, cooperation, determination in work, and initiative.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation of employees at the Office Kesyahbandaran Utama Makassar. The type of research is descriptive, with population of all employees at Kesyahbandaran Utama Makassar Office amounting to 265 people / employees. Determination of samples as much as 20 percent with the technique of sampling by Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, as many as 53 people. Data collection was done through observation technique, questionnaire, interview and documentation, while data analysis was done by percentage technique then interpreted descriptively. The result of the research shows that employee work motivation at Kesyahbandaran Utama Makassar Office is in high category, seen from maintenance factor and satisfaction factor with sub indicator of organization policy, good supervision, adequate compensation, work environment, job satisfaction, job performance, and responsibility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis Fasilitas Perpustakaan dalam menignkatkan Minat Baca Siswa di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menunjukkan pengaruh variabel X terhadap varibel Y. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 206 peserta didik, dengan sampel sebesar 41 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik angket, dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis datanya menggunakana statistik deskriptif serta teknik analisis statistik infrensial Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas perpustakaan di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar dan Minat baca siswa di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar, berada dalam kategori baik. Hal ini dapat ditinjau dari hasil Analisis Regresi Linear sebesar 23,6 %. Dalam mendukung minat baca siswa maka dibutuhkan fasilitas perpustakaan seperti peran guru, pustakawan, fasilitas internet, penyediaan ebook, ejournal dan fasilitas lainnya.ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the analysis of library facilities in improving student reading interest in SMK Negeri 4. This research is a quantitative study that shows the effect of variable X on Y variables. The population were 206 students, with a sample of 41 students. The data were gathered through questionnaire techniques, documentation, observation and interviews. The descriptive statistics and infrential statistical analysis techniques, and simple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The study indicated that the SMK Negeri 4 Makassar’s library facilites and the reading interest of SMK Negeri 4 Makassar students were in good category. It was reviewed from the results of Linear Regression Analysis of 23.6%. In supporting students' reading interest, library facilities such as the role of teachers, librarians, internet facilities, the provision of ebooks, ejournal and other facilities are needed.

Abstract

Abstrak: Analisis Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Lulusan Sekolah Menengah Umum dan Sekolah Menengan Kejuruan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan prestasi belajar mahasiswa lulusan Sekolah Menengah Umum dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat prestasi belajar mahasiswa.. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa pada program studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif,  jenis ex post facto dengan eksplanasi komparatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 335 mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 167 mahasiswa yang diambil menggunakan metode probability sampling.  Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F, anava, dan t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Prestasi belajar mahasiswa lulusan Sekolah Menengah Umum rata-rata 3,72 dan  lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan rata-rata 3,77; 2) Tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan prestasi belajar antara mahasiswa lulusan Sekolah Menengah Umum dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan; 3) Faktor-faktor pendukung prestasi belajar meliputi: motivasi belajar, inteligensi, konsentrasi, tujuan yang ingin dicapai, rajin kuliah dan mengerjakan tugas, keaktifan dalam perkuliahan, manajemen waktu yang baik, suasana belajar yang kondusif, dan hubungan mahasiswa dengan dosen. Faktor penghambat: malas, jarak tempat tinggal yang jauh, persepsi mahasiswa salah jurusan, jadwal  kuliah sore, dan metode pembelajaran yang monoton. Kata kunci: prestasi belajar; indeks prestasi komulatif; hasil belajar; sekolah menengah umum; sekolah  menengah kejuruan.  Abstract: Analysis of Student Achievement of Graduates of Senior High School and Vocational High School. The research aims to analyze the differences in the learning achievement of students who graduate from Senior High School and Vocational High School and to analyze the factors that support and hinder student achievement. The research subjects are students in the Office Administration Education study program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Makassar State University. This research uses a quantitative approach, ex post facto type with comparative explanation. The population in this study were 335 students. The research sample was 167 students who were taken using probability sampling method. Collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Hypothesis testing uses the F test, ANOVA, and t-Test. The results showed: 1) The learning achievement of students graduating from Senior High School was 3.72 on average and Vocational High School graduates had an average of 3.77; 2) There is no significant difference in learning achievement between students who graduated from Senior High School and Vocational High School; 3) Supporting factors for learning achievement include: learning motivation, intelligence, concentration, goals to be achieved, diligent in studying and doing assignments, activeness in lectures, good time management, a conducive learning atmosphere, and student relations with lecturers. Inhibiting factors: laziness, distance to live far away, student perceptions of misdirection, afternoon class schedules, and monotonous learning methods. Keywords: learning achievement; grade point average; learning outcomes; senior high schools; vocational high schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pelayanan pembentukan koperasi yang diterapkan di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Makassar dan kendala apa yang dihadapi dalam memberikan pelayanan pembentukan koperasi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka peneliti menetapkan 5 (lima) orang informan. Jenis penelitian dan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh nantinya akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pembentukan koperasi di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Makassar dengan memperhatikan penyampaian persyaratan kepada masyarakat secara baik, penggunaan sistem, mekanisme dan prosedur pembentukan yang dinilai cukup baik, jangka waktu pelayanan pembentukan yang telah dinilai secara baik, tidak terdapat biaya yang dibebankan dalam proses pelayanan yang dapat dikategorikan baik, produk/ atau hasil dari pelayanan yang sudah baik karena telah mampu memberikan perlindungan hukum, dan tidak tersedianya unit pelayanan pengaduan, saran dan masukan yang dinilai sudah tidak baik. Jadi berdasarkan ketercapaian diatas, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa sistem pembentukan koperasi di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Makassar berjalan cukup baik.

Abstract

This research was conducted for students of SMA Negeri 4 Gowa. This study aims to determine 1) the existence of content or learning materials that are relevant to the learning objectives, 2) use appropriate learning methods, 3) use learning media in various formats such as text, visual, video, multimedia, and others, 4) can occur synchronously or asynchronously. The research method used is quantitative research with a population of 585 people and a sample of 88 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive percentage and distribution analysis. The results showed that the effectiveness of the use of e-learning at SMA Negeri 4 Gowa was classified as effective in terms of indicators of the existence of content or learning materials that were relevant to the learning objectives, using appropriate learning methods, using learning media in various formats such as text, visual, video, multimedia, etc., and can occur synchronously or asynchronously. To achieve effective use of e-learning, efforts are made to increase student interest in learning and also the availability of learning services to support the online learning process in the COVID-19 pandemic era.

Abstract

Administrative services by Fees for Acquisition of Land and Building Rights at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency office have resulted in a good performance. The purpose of this research is to describe the effectiveness of administrative services of acquisition duties on land and building rights at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency office. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The results showed: shows that the effectiveness of administrative services for land and building rights in the office of the Regional Revenue Agency of Makassar City with the effective category of timeliness which is categorized as effective is 94.61%, the accuracy of services categorized as effective is 71.38%, politeness and friendly categorized as effective 94%, ease of getting services that were categorized as effective 94.46%, and comfort in getting services that were categorized as quite effective 54.30%. This proves that the administrative service of acquisition fees on land and building rights (BPHTB) at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency office has been able to carry out its duties and responsibilities and can implement an administrative service system properly.
