Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service on the rate of profit growth and the impact on customer loyalty at PT. BWK International Tbk, Sub Branch Pesanggrahan, Jakarta. A survey quantitative method was applied in this research. Findings showed that there is no significant effect of service on rate of profit growth and customer loyalty, and there is no significant effect of profit growth rate on loyalty Keywords: service quality, profit growth, customer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examines the antesedents of capital structure. The object is 42 companies in the property and real estate sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017 periods. Regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The results showed that the firm size variable had a significant effect on the capital structure, the profitability variable had a significant effect on the capital structure while the asset structure variable had no effect on the capital structure. And together with company size variables, profitability and asset structure affect the capital structure. Keywords: Profitability, Asset Structure, Capital Structure

Abstract

This article describes the results of the Science and Technology for Society (IbM) for training, coaching and mentoring to the Group of Traditional Herbal Medicine Industry Households in the village of Ujung Pandang Bulogading the District and Sub-District of Tallo Tallo Makassar. This activity aims to: (1) Improving the status and role of women in the field of traditional herbal medicine processing. (2) Achieving gender equality and justice so that they can also provide income for his family. (3). Improving the quality of the role and independence of the group of traditional herbal medicine. (4) Making of traditional herbal medicine business as a source of income for the women of the household. Outcomes achieved from this program are: (1) Increasing the quality and quantity of production. (2) the increased productivity of the business partners according to market needs. (3) Increasing this types of medicinal products. (4) Increased knowledge and skills of partner members in the process of production of herbal medicine. (5) Increased capacity and understanding of managing board of partners in business administration. (6) Increased attention Civitas academic STIE Nobel against the group of traditional herbal medicine as well as science and technology development activities.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to knowing the effect of the application e-commerce systems to the level of sales service in the hotel Hotel Tiatira Kencana Makassar and to knowing the influence of information, marketing and security in e-commerce to increase sales of services in the Hotel Tiatira Kencana Makassar. The research location at Hotel Tiatira Kencana Makassar Jl. Dr.Sutomo No.31. This study using multiple linear analytical test methods of customer / guest on Hotel Tiatira Kencana Makassar . The results showing that the hypothesis of e-commerce affect increase in sales of services in Hotel Tiatira Kencana Makassar proven, and analysis all the three independent, there are two most dominant factor influencing the increase in sales of services in the Hotel Tiatira Kencana Makassar, the variable is information (X1) and security (X3). Whereas the marketing variables (X2) considered in this study no significant effect on the increase in sales of services in the Hotel Tiatira Kencana Makassar.

Abstract

Small to medium sized Businesses are economic productive effort that is stand alone, carried out by the individual or business entity that is not a subsidiary or branch of a company which is owned, controlled, or become part either directly or indirectly with a small business or a large enterprise with a total net worth or annual sales results. The main purpose of this research is to know which variables affect the strategy of the small and medium enterprises from the third variable, product, pricing, promotion, and where the most dominant factor. This research uses descriptive methods of analysis and swot matrix of small enterprises medium-sized bananas green. Product development strategies which have been carried out by small and medium businesses is providing an affordable price, Pricing strategy development undertaken by small and medium enterprises is an affordable set prices in accordance with the wishes of consumers, promotion of development, the strategy undertaken by small and medium enterprises is building a brand that is easily recognized by the community by putting up banners and billboards. Among the three variable, there is a variable which can be developed with respect to small and medium enterprises which are product, pricing, promotion.

Abstract

Rural Banks are one of the conventional banks that carry out their business activities, among others 1) Collecting funds from the public in the form of deposits in the form of time deposits, savings deposits and / or other similar forms; 2) Providing Credit; 3) placing funds in the form of SBIs, time deposits, certificates of deposits and or savings with other banks. The results of this study provide information about how to formulate a strategic policy to encourage increased income for regional companies in the Makassar City Rural Bank and evaluate the implementation of strategic policies that have been implemented by the management of PD BPR Makassar City and Makassar City Government as owners of PD BPR. The results obtained from this study are that the main problem faced by the BPR of Makassar City at present is that the problem is actually quite long, namely the unavailability of sufficient working capital funds to support its business activities. So what and however the strategic policy taken by management is always stuck on the same classic problem. Poor past performance causes awarness (trust) of the community to be very low, so that the products launched are less attractive. The low level of competence, discipline, and performance of existing human resources so that they cannot or are less able to create attractive products, that is with the low level of services they have.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand’s personality on purchase intention with Brand Trust as an Intervening Variable on Esgotado Bag. This research is quantitative using data collection methods of questionnaires and observations in stores and studios of Esgotado Bags. Data analysis techniques use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a data processing model. This research is expected to understand the influence of brand's personality on purchase intention with brand trust as an intervening variable. The result of this research is that Brand Personality has an effect on Buying Interest, Brand Trust Affects the Intention to Buy Esgotado’s bag, Brand’s Personality has no effect on Intention to Buy Esgotado’s bag.
