Abstract

Al-Sayyid Ah{mad ibn Zayni> Dah{la>n yang dilahirkan di Makkah pada 1232 H (1816 M) dan wafat di Madinah pada 1304 H (1886 M) menuangkan penjelasannya mengenai keimanan Abu> T{a>lib di dalam karyanya yang berjudul Asna> al-Mat}a>lib fi< Naja>h Abi> T{a>lib. Argumentasi-argumentasi yang menunjukkan kepada keimanan Abu> T{a>lib adalah bahwa [1] Abu> T{a>lib sengaja merahasiakan keimanannya kepada kenabian Nabi Muhammad saw semata-mata untuk melindungi Nabi Muhammad saw beserta perjuangan dakwahnya, [2] Abu> T{a>lib mendapatkan syafa?at yang dijanjikan oleh Nabi Muhammad saw, dan [3] Abu> T{a>lib menyatakan dirinya sebagai pengikut agama yang dianut oleh ayahnya, ?Abd al-Mut}t}alib, yakni agama h}ani>f  yang mengesakan Allah Swt. Dengan mempunyai pemahaman yang tepat mengenai keimanan Abu> T{a<lib, maka setiap orang yang beriman dapat menerapkan keyakinan teologisnya secara inklusif karena orang tersebut dalam berteologi tidak mudah melemparkan tudingan kafir kepada orang lain yang berbeda mazhab, keyakinan, maupun agama. Di sinilah terletak urgensi teologi inklusif dalam mengikis radikalisasi agama. Selain itu, orang tersebut dapat menciptakan suasana kehidupan beragama di lingkungan sekitarnya secara damai penuh dengan kerukunan sehingga terhindar dari konflik keagamaan. Pengajaran sejarah Islam hendaknya disampaikan dengan pendekatan yang tepat sehingga mampu menampilkan pencerahan yang mengantarkan pada sikap keberagamaan yang mendatangkan kedamaian bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat yang terdiri dari berbagai latar belakang keyakinan dan mazhab keagamaan.

Abstract

Equality for women is a fundamental problem in education. There is, in fact, a gap between women and men. The Department of National Education of Indonesia, therefore, makes an effort to decrease the gap through what so-coll gender mainstreaming. This article is to investigate gender mainstreaming program in higher educational Institutions, particularly in Yogyakarta. To have an adequate picture of gender mainstreaming program, UGM and UNY are selected to represent the state higher educational Institutions, while UII and UPN are as the sample of the private ones. The subject matter of Islamic religion is elected due to its contents that still include gender bias. The reality indicates that the available curriculum of Islamic religion in both State Islamic Higher Education and Private Higher education is not inclusive gender yet, in terms of contents, illustrations or sentences used to explain the contents. The model of learning and teaching, more over, is also still not responsive gender, particularly because the teachers or lecturers who deliver the subject have no gender perspective or sensitivity, although they have deep understanding of Islamic spirit that promotes gender equality.

Abstract

Transformation on the women role can be considered as the process of developing the mankind civilization. In the past, the transformation of women had been more by the economic motive. Along with the turn of the century, the women role has not only been dominated by the economy-related motive and domain but has expanded to the domains that used to be occupied by men. As a result, such role transformation has brought certain impacts to the actors. With reference to the statement, the high figure of divorce law suit has been suspected as one of the impacts caused by the transformation. Therefore, through the review several efforts will be pursued in order to identify why, on the one hand, women have crippled the family resilience and, on the other hand, women have strengthened the family resilience. The results of the review show that the transformation on the women role have resulted in two different conditions within the family resilience. The vulnerability and the strength of the family resilience might at least be categorized into three dimensions namely the dimension of physical resilience, the dimension of social resilience, and the dimension of psychological resilience. In terms of physical resilience, both the vulnerable family and the strong family have relatively met their fundamental needs. On the contrary, there are differences in the other two dimensions namely the social resilience and the psychological resilience. In terms of social resilience, the vulnerable family and the strong family has displayed different quality on the aspects of conflict management, effective communication, and religious values. Similarly, in terms of psychological resilience the vulnerable family and the strong family has also displayed different quality on the aspects of positive self-concept, right and responsibility fulfilment satisfaction, family harmony maintenance, mutual respect and self-esteem, and compassion. The different quality on the dimension of social resilience and the dimension of psychological quality has resulted in the different end of the family life.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Sparepart Pada PT. United Tractors Tbk. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrument (validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (normalitas), uji regresi linear sederhana, uji koefisien korelasi dan determinasi, dan uji signifikansi menggunakan bantuan SPSS for windows versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Budaya Organisasi pada PT United Tractors Tbk mempuyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Sparepart walaupun tingkat hubungannya rendah.

Abstract

The company's success in achieving the goals that have been set is due to having good managerial skills in planning, organizing, mobilizing, and controlling. Many companies are then looking for a system model that can lead to the achievement of goals. If the model or system is considered capable of leading to the achievement of organizational goals then the system is considered an Expert System. One of them is the Halal Assurance System (HAS 23000), which is a management system used as a model by companies in implementing halal production processes. The HAS23000 concept certainly has a management construction that includes functions in management. This research is library research using a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The results of the study show that the 11 criteria in HAS23000 are divided into management functions in the perspective of George Robert Terry, namely criteria 1 is a planning function, criteria 2 is an organizing function, criteria 3 is a function of movement, criteria 4, 5, and 6 covers all management functions. That is planning, organizing, mobilizing, and controlling, and finally, the criteria 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 are the function of control or supervision. With the theoretical approach of George Robert Terry's management function in analyzing the management functions contained in HAS 23000, this is the novelty of previous researchers.

Abstract

According to Al-Ghazaly, truth must be seen and placed within the framework of belief and certainty, ranging from the form of indrawy, khayaly, to beliefs that will not be influenced by any factor. Therefore, he clarifies man in the category of lay and khawas. This is so that someone does not necessarily make generalizations and make sure that someone has made a mistake. This paper will examine in fact what the theory of truth is in the thought of Al-Ghazaly’s law and how it is constructed epistemologically. The goal is to know about the theory of truth and how the methodology it developed. The study finds that according to Al-Ghazaly, the truth in legal thought, must be seen and placed within the framework of belief and certainty. The confirmed truth of religion or al-ma'lum min al-din bi-durahurah requires one to accept it with submission.---Menurut Al-Ghazaly, kebenaran harus dilihat dan diletakkan dalam kerangka keyakinan dan kepastian, mulai dari wujud indrawy, wujud khayaly, hingga keyakinan yang tidak akan dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor apapun. Karena itu pula, ia mengklafisikan manusia pada katagori awam dan khawas. Ini dimaksudkan agar seseorang tidak merta melakukan generalisasi dan memastikan bahwa seseorang telah melakukan kesalahan. Tulisan ini akan mengkaji sesungguhnya apa teori kebenaran dalam pemikiran hukum Al-Ghazaly dan bagaimana teori tersebut dibangun secara epistemologis. Tujuannya, untuk megetahui tentang teori kebenaran dan bagaimana metodologi yang dikembangkannya tersebut. Penelitian ini menemukan, bahwa menurut Al-Ghazaly, kebenaran dalam pemikiran hukum, harus dilihat dan diletakkan dalam kerangka keyakinan dan kepastian. Kebenaran yang telah dipastikan dari agama atau al-ma'lum min al-din bi-dlarurah menuntut seseorang wajib menerimanya dengan ketundukan.

Abstract

AbstractDivorce is still a social problem in Indonesia. Divorce must be done in court. Ironically, most divorce cases are decided verstek because the defendants are not present in court. One of the courts that deal with divorce cases is the Malang Religious Court. This article is doctrinal legal research with a conceptual approach and a case approach. The primary data source is the divorce decision in the Malang religious court. The results of this study indicate that the verstek decision in the religious court should not be a gap for husbands to escape responsibility for their wives and children after divorce. The panel of judges also needs to use ethical values in divorce such as the principles of ma'rf, islâh, ihsân and afw in giving verstek decisions. It is necessary to revitalize the ethical values of divorce in the Verstek decision in the Religious CourtsKeywords: divorce; religious court; verstek.AbstrakPerceraian masih menjadi problem sosial masyarakat di Indonesia. Perceraian harus dilakukan di pengadilan. Ironisnya, sebagian besar perkara perceraian di putus secara verstek karena pihak tergugat tidak hadir di pengadilan. Salah satu pengadilan yang banyak menangani perkara perceraian adalah Pengadilan agama Malang. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian hukum doktrinal dengan pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan kasus. Sumber data primer adalah putusan perceraian di pengadilan agama Malang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa putusan verstek di pengadilan agama tidak boleh menjadi celah bagi suami untuk lepas tanggung jawab terhadap istri dan anak-anak pasca perceraian. Majelis hakim juga perlu menggunakan nilai-nilai etis dalam perceraian seperti prinsip ma’rûf, islâh, ihsân dan afw dalam memberikan putusan verstek. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to describe the development model of Setanggor halal tourism village. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The results showed that halal tourism in Setanggor village was developed through active community participation with the village government through a tourism village model based on community and halal values. The development of halal tourism villages in Setanggor is not able to be separated from religious values. As a result, Community-Based Halal Tourism in Setanggor village combines community-based tourism and halal-based tourism that will eventually serve as a model for community-based halal tourism. The growth of the halal tourism sector in Setanggor village has also provided positive benefits for enhancing the local community's well-being. In addition to the community's active role, the legality of the Setanggor halal tourism village is also supported by the local government of NTB and the Indonesian Council of Ulama.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model pengembangan desa wisata halal Setanggor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wisata halal di Desa Setanggor dikembangkan melalui partisipasi aktif masyarakat dengan pemerintah desa melalui model “Desa Wisata Halal Berbasis Masyarakat”. Pengembangan desa wisata halal di Setanggor tidak lepas dari nilai-nilai religi. Oleh karena itu, CBT di desa Setanggor yang merupakan gabungan antara pariwisata berbasis komunitas dengan pariwisata berbasis halal pada akhirnya menjadi role model bagi wisata halal berbasis komunitas. Pertumbuhan sektor wisata halal di desa Setanggor juga memberikan manfaat positif bagi peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Selain peran aktif masyarakat, legalitas desa wisata halal Setanggor juga didukung oleh pemerintah daerah NTB dan Majelis Ulama Indonesia.
