The purposes of this study are to find out: (1) Have the implementation of halaqah onto women cadre of SANTIKA on the Prosperous Justice Party?s (PKS) Surakarta Branch already reach an ideality, (2) The effectiveness of halaqah in formating political participation of women cadre of SANTIKA on the Prosperous Justice Party?s (PKS) Surakarta Branch, (3) The inhibiting factors of halaqah in formating political participation of women cadre of SANTIKA on the Prosperous Justice Party?s (PKS) Surakarta Branch. This study employs used a qualitative method. a single strategy stuck is used in this study. The sources of data were obtained from informants, the involving places, events and documents. This study uses purposive sampling technique. The technique of collecting data to obtain and compile research data was through observation, interviews and document analysis. To obtain the validity of the data, the triangulation of data and triangulation of methods were utilized. While, the model interactive analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: (1) The implementation of halaqah onto women cadre of SANTIKA on the Prosperous Justice Party?s (PKS) Surakarta Branch has not been fully entirely ideal yet, (2) The effectiveness of halaqah has not been fully effective yet in formating political participation of women cadre of SANTIKA on the Prosperous Justice Party?s (PKS) Surakarta Branch, it can be seen from the indicators of input, process, output, and outcome that are mostly not in accordance with what is expected, (3)The inhibiting factorsof halaqah in formating political participation of women cadre of SANTIKA on the Prosperous Justice Party?s (PKS) Surakarta Branch are: (a) The halaqah is lack of ideality, (b) The cadres lack in understanding and priority, The lack competence of the murabbiah (the woman leader of the halaqah), the lack of party control mechanisms, (c) Unsupported by surroundings. ABSTRACTThe aims of this research were: (1) to identify the strategies of Segaran Village Goverment to fulfill the children?s right in order to be children proper village, (2) the reveal the obstacles of Segaran Village Government to fulfill the children?s right in order to be children proper village, (3) to find out the solutions to handle the obstacles of fulfilling the children?s rights in order to be children proper village by Segaran Village Government. This research applied a descriptive qualitative research. The sources of the data were informants, events, and documents. The sample was chosen by purposive sampling technique. The data were obtained through interview, observation, and document analysis. The researcher triangulated the data obtained and the method used in order to have the valid data. On the other hand, the data were analyzed using interactive model, i.e.: (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data display, and (4) drawing conclusion. Meanwhile, the research was done through some procedures, namely: (1) pre-research, (2) data collection, (3) data analysis, and (4) research report writing.According to the results of the research, it can be summed up that: (1) the strategies of Segaran Village Goverment to fulfill the children?s right in order to be children proper village are by activating BKB cadres, cooperating with some village institutions, upgrading the village infrastructure, enhancing society awarness, applying sekolah sungai programs, applying jemput bola strategy, giving the birth certificate, and allocating the fund estimation of children proper village, (2) the obstacles of the government were the lack of the society awarness about the significance of children proper programs, the lack of the society participation, and the obstruction of the fund estimation, thus, the implementation of some programs were not done well. In addtition, some obstacles come from the dense of the society bussiness, the lack of communnication of the society and the government, and the inferiority of the society to respond the programs. The last conclusion deals with the soulution of the problems. The solution applied by the government was continous approaching to the society and arranging the priority according to its importance level. Additionally, the society keep increasing their participation to be actively involved and be open minded, critical, and smart to implement the programs of the governments. The result of research showed that the increased parking retribution tariff had not had implication yet to the compliance of consumer?s parking right in Surakarta city. It could be seen from the following consumer rights: 1) the consumer rights to obtaining parking retribution payment receipt or parking ticket; 2) that to obtaining good service from the parking personnel; 3) that to obtaining security protection; 4) that to obtaining compensation for loss/damage experienced. The fact occurring in the field showed that the four consumer parking rights above had not been met maximally. Then, the factors affecting the compliance of consumer right in parking management in Surakarta City included: 1) the consumer?s low awareness; 2) the parking personnel who did not know their right and obligation; 3) the existence of wild parking personnel; 4) the responsibility of parking management; 5) the supervision of Parking Service Technical Executing Unit (UPTD) of Surakarta City; 6) the role of Consumer Conflict Protection Agency (BPSK) of Surakarta City. This research about influence of the discipline of village officials to the quality of public services in the District Pedan Klaten 2012. The study population is the entire apparatus of villages in the district Pedan totaling 214 people. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling disproporcionate, obtained total sample of 135 people. Data collection techniques by using a questionnaire. Test conditions used are normality test, independent, and a linearity test. Phase calculations used in the data analysis is influence the calculation of the amount of the contribution, and the last is the calculation of a simple regression analysis. The conclusions of this study is that there is the influence of the level of discipline village officials on the quality of public services in the District Pedan Klaten 2012. It can be seen from the regression equation obtained is = 24.448 + 0.522 X. The contribution of the effect of variable X on Y is equal to 29.24%. ABSTRACTThe objectives of research were (1) to find out the forms of modelling in Personality Competency of Civic Education teacher in SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban, and (2) to find out the implication of Civic Education teacher?s modelling to creating the students? discipline character in SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban. This research employed a qualitative research approach, with descriptive qualitative research type. Data source derived from informant, place, event, and document. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling one. Techniques of collecting data used were interview, observation, and document analysis. Data validation was carried out using data and method triangulations. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model of analysis. Considering the result of research, the following conclusions could be drawn. (1) The forms of role model in personality competency of Civic Education teacher were as follows: The personality of a disciplined teacher, democratic, patient, tolerant, broad-insight teacher personalities. (2) The implication of Civic Education teachers to the creation of students? discipline character was as follows: the students could receive and imitate one of Civic Education teachers? modelling, indicated with their coming early to classroom when the lesson began, students completing school attribute and uniform, students attending the lesson in the classroom and no truancy, students always attending flag ceremony, and maintaining the cleanliness at school. However, role model is the most decisive factor in creating the students? discipline; it could be seen from the students showing the discipline character only in the classroom Civic Education teachers class VII while the other teacher?s class had not shown the discipline character yet. Community service as one part of the pillars of Tri Dharma college is carried out as a tangible manifestation of the role of collage in meeting community criticisms. Legal and Citizenship Research Group, FKIP, UNS in collaboration with MGMP PPKn SMA & SMK, Karanganyar Regency carried out Community Service activities aimed at PPKn SMA & SMK teachers as an effort to increase understanding and improve the quality of Civics learning in the development of online learning instruments, especially on material law. This community service activity aims to: 1) improve the mastery and understanding of Civics teachers on legal material, 2) increase knowledge and ability in compiling online learning instruments, 3) improve the ability of teachers in developing learning media in the online learning process. While the benefits of this activity are the maintenance of the continuity of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education functions, namely the functions of education, research, and community service. The method used is in the form of training (workshop) by providing understanding and prioritizing increasing teacher knowledge regarding strengthening legal material in Civics subjects and online learning instruments. This activity showed very satisfactory results. The teachers have very high enthusiasm to take part in this training and the ability to make online learning instruments and the development of learning media has increased.
