Abstract

Information services for stakeholders in a hospital need to be in good governance. The rapid development of IT has changed the ordinance of people in thinking, bearing, behaving and acting. Advances in technology that are growing exponentially can potentially result in a number of changes to the governance situation in a hospital environment. The research focuses on the modeling of information services function governance in an effort to create competitiveness to help improve the value of profitability and accountability. Based on analysis of the use of information technology, a description was obtained in blueprint draft about the addition of the functional services based on Customer Relationship Management. The method used is descriptive analysis and structured approach which are parts of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Stages include survey and requirement analysis, as well as the design of model systems about business process based on a database system. Abstract

Keberadaan rumah sakit sebagai fasilitas publik telah memberikan dampak yang baik bagi kehidupan kesehatan masyarakat. Ketersediaan blue print TIK rumah sakit diharapkan dapat memberikan pembelajaran bagi stakeholders dalam memahami keberadaan serta peran strategis tata kelola dan sistem informasi. Penyempurnaan model layanan fungsi yang bersumber dari pengelolaan data operasional dengan menerapkan konsep data warehouse diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan informasi. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, data operasional yang diperoleh meliputi registrasi pasien rujukan puskesmas atau poliklinik, registrasi pasien IGD, registrasi pasien rawat inap, kegiatan humas dan promosi. Daripembentukan tabel skema bintang kemudian disusun tabel dimensi yang merupakan bentuk tabel fakta sehingga akan menentukan pola hubungan untuk memperoleh informasi. Melalui penggunaan perintah query, dapatlah diperoleh berbagai informasi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan untuk keperluan strategis manajemen. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan terstruktur berdasarkan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) berupa analisa kebutuhan, dan pemodelan sistem melalui tahapan data warehouse terhadap proses bisnis yang berbasis pada database system. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa model layanan fungsi informasi rumah sakit dengan menghasilkan sebuah produk untuk penyempurnaan blue print. Luaran penelitian yang telah dihasilkan diharapkan dapat membantu manajemen dalam memanfaatkan model layanan fungsi berbasis database dalam mengintegrasikan sistem di rumah sakit. Kata kunci: tata kelola, data warehouse, blue print The existence of the hospitals as one of the public facilities has a good impact to the lives of public health. Availability of hospital ICT blueprint is expected to provide lesson for stakeholders to understand the existence and role of strategic management and information systems. Completion of function service model derived from operational data management by applying the concept of a data warehouse is expected to improve the quality of information services. Based on interviews, operational data obtained included referral patient registration from health center or clinic, emergency room patient registration, registration of inpatients, public relations and promotional activities. Started from the formation of a star schema table then compiled the dimension tables which are the fact table form which will determine the pattern of relationships to obtain information. Through the use of query commands, various information can be obtained in the decision-making process for strategic management purposes. The research method uses a structured approach based on System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) such as requirement analysis , and system modeling is through the stages of the data warehouse towards business process based on database systems. Results obtained in the form of a model of hospital information function services which produce an improvement for the blueprint. Research outcomes that had been generated is expected to assist management in using the database based functions service model in integrating systems in hospitals. Abstract

In this research, the image retrieval system is developed to search for images in the collection of images found on the database based on input (query) in the form of sample images provided by the user. The image is represented as a set of region segmentation results. Users of the system decides the object to be searched on the image and label an example of the region to train the system through a graphical interface. For the image retrieval process that contains a specific object, the user opens the image and choose the region containing the object on the system, then the system will rank all the regions in the collection are indexed query class to the collection in the database in the Euclidean distance (L2) of the region in user query and displays the results of the corresponding images from the collection on the database, which is the image that has the highest similarity. Abstract

The design of an interface model is expected to contribute in creating a system that improves effective and efficient IT Governance. Hospital as a public facility in health field requires an interface system to communicate to stakeholders. Services performance evaluation interface model is one of the fundamental requirements for strategic development of IT Governance in the future. The presence of current cloud computing technology is a solution in supporting operations in the hospital. The challenge is how hospitals can adopt these technologies. An effective strategy derives from services performance evaluation results so that the use of technology can create efficient IT Governance in terms of financial. Mapping business alignment with IT strategy needs to be done especially in the selection of cloud-based service provider outsource. The method used to adopt cloud computing architecture was referenced to one of the IT Governance international standards which is TOGAF ADM. System architecture models include interface design, infrastructure management, classification, definition, and connectivity design. Abstract

In the midst of the growing use of the Internet and electronic commerce, security becomes more significant. This paper reported the results of a case study of security enhancement for a typical corporate network. This paper will discuss about the risks and priorities in security. Several methods that should be considered to be implemented in corporate networks will be given. In addition, suggestion to help the improvement will also be provided.
