Abstract

ABSTRAK Toilet  training adalah  melatih  untuk  mengajarkan  anak  untuk  mengontrol  BAK/BAB  dan melakukannya secara sendiri. Selain itu juga didukung dengan kebiasaan orang tua untuk mengajarkan tentang  toilet  training  yang  benar  pada  anak  saat  dirumah  sesuai  dengan  tumbuh  kembang  anak. Masing-masing anak mempunyai waktu kesiapan yang berbeda-beda untuk memulai toilet training. Desain  penelitian  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  diskriptif.  Variabel  penelitian  ini yaitu kesiapan anak usia toddler (3 tahun) dalam mengikuti toilet training dengan teknik pengambilan data  kuesioner.    Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  mengetahui  kesiapan  anak  usia  toddler  (3 tahun)  dalam  mengikuti  toilet  training.  Populasi  adalah  seluruh  responden  yang  berumlah  15 responden, sample penelitian seluruh responden dengan jumlah 15 responden.  Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden  yang berjumlah 15 responden dengan hasil kategori baik sebanyak 9 responden  (60%) dan dengan kategori cukup 6  responden  (40%).  Dari hasil maka dapat  dianalisa  bahwa  kesiapan  anak  untuk  memulai  toilet  training  pada  usia  toddler  (3  tahun) sudah baik namun masih ada beberapa yang cukup dikarenakan kesibukan orang tua bekerja sehinnga jarang untuk mengawasi dan memperhatikan kesiapan anak untuk  memulai toilet training yang benar, sehingga  pada  waktu  anak  sudah  seharusnya  untuk  siap  melakukan  toilet  training  masih  terdapat masalah. Dalam  hal  ini  perlu  adanya  perawat  untuk  memotivasi  dan  membantu  para  orang  tua  untuk melatih dan mempersiapkan anak – anak mereka dalam melakukan latihan toilet training. Abstract

Preschool age-childrenis generation router asset then their growing must detection speciallylanguage because the language is communication elementary which that can support at other growing thenneeded is stimulation to language children get more optimal. Which more optimally language stimulation getfrom their experience of interaction with their environment, example in the school and home. This researchis using design uses analytic correlation with CrossSectional. Population in this research is all parents andtheir children in Al-fath kindergarten, with totally 200chil, with couple sample get 18 with The samplingtechnique is simple random sampling. As that variable independent is language stimulation getting fromparents. And that variable dependent is Age children of preschool of language growing. This researchinstrument for get language stimulation from parent is using close questioner and growing language is usingform DDST II at sector language, which then result for languagestimulation is 0ften of 77,8%, sometime of22,22%, and It has never of 0%, and result is language of growing is the good of 61,11%, the enough of38,89%, less of 0%. It is got from Gamma correlation with it counting computer program SPSS 12 forwindow G =0.950 with significance level (P) 0.030 and= 5 % or 0,05. This mean there are associationthat more strength stimulation from parent, the better the language of pre-school age-children. Languagestimulation is good, directional and true is important for get guidance early screening language growing soif there are delay can immediately is doing early treatment so that is not influence stage continuedevelopment. So nurse of role is get education from parents are important language stimulation continues inkindergarten and home are need include parents

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengetahuan ibu tentang penerapan toilet training pada anak usia 2-3 tahun sangatlah penting di ajarkan untuk melatih kemandirian, psikologis, dan intelektual pada anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang penerapan toilet training pada anak usia 2-3 tahun Posyandu Anggrek Desa Lamong Kecamatan Badas Kabupaten Kediri Tahun 2014. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Populasinya adalah semua ibu yang memiliki anak usia 2-3 tahun di Posyandu Anggrek dengan jumlah 17 ibu dengan sampel 17 responden diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Variabel penelitian adalah tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang penerapan toilet training posyandu anggrek dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan koesioner dengan jumlah 20 pertanyaan. Data yang dihasilkan diolah dengan cara editing, coding, scoring, tabulating dan dianalisis secara prosentase. Data disajikan dalam bentuk diagram dan tabel. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan hampir setengah responden memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup bagus mengenai penerapan toilet training khususnya di posyandu anggrek ditinjau dari ibu responden (65%) pengetahuan baik, (29%) pengetahuan cukup, dan (6%) berpengetahuan kurang dari total17 responden. Untuk meningkatkan Pengetahuan Ibu Tentang Penerapan Toilet Training Di Posyandu Anggrek Desa Lamong Kecamatan Badas Kabupaten Kediri sudah dinilaicukup baik. Disarankan agar pelayanan yang ada tetap di pertahankan selain itu juga memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan terbaru dan ibu supaya lebih aktif mandiri dalam mencari informasi kesehatan. Abstract

Informed Consent adalah atas persetujuan yang diberikan pasien atau keluarga atas dasar penjelasan mengenai tindakan medis yang dilakukan terhadap pasien tersebut, artinya hak yang dimiliki oleh setiap pasien untuk memberikan persetujuan atau menolak untuk menjalani prosedur tindakan medik yang dilakukan secara professional dan didasarkan atas informasi yang diberikan oleh dokter atau perawatPemasangan infus harus diberikan informed consent terlebih dahulu sebelum dipasang infus hal ini untuk mencegah terjadinya komplain atau tuntutan setelah dilakukan pemasangan infus. Tujuan penelitian ini  untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan perawat tentang informed consent pada pasien yang akan dipasang infus diruang seruni RSUD Pare Kabupaten Kediri Tahun 2011.Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Populasinya Semua Perawat yang bertugas di Ruang Seruni RSUD Pare sebanyak 13 responden dengan sampel 13 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling quota  sampling. Pengumpulan data pengetahuan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data dengan menggunakan uji deskriptif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengetahuan tentang informed consent didapatkan hasil sebanyak 6 (46,15%) responden dalam kategori baik, 3 (23,08%) responden yang memiliki pengetahuan dalam kategori cukup, 4 (30,77%) responden yang memiliki pengetahuan dalam kategori kurang.Mengingat pentingnya pengetahuan  perawat tentang informed consent pada pasien yang akan dipasang infus maka sebagai solusinya perawat harus diberikan pengarahan tentang informed consent minimal 1 bulan sekali selain itu juga saling mengingatkan antara teman sejawat tentang informed consent dalam setiap tindakan medis. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan Perawat, Informed Consent, Pasang Infus

Abstract

Impaired cognitive function is a major mental health problems and confusion in the elderly, which of course has consequences for all daily activities. Impaired cognitive function can be assessed by the Mini Mental State Examination and one of therapies to maintain cognitive function is the Activity Group Therapy: Perception Stimulation, although it must be balanced with the fulfillment of nutritional and environmental orientation. This research uses quasi experiment design with pre and post test design. The population was 90 elderly, and 14 elderly was been the sample which choose with simple random sampling technique, the instrument used to cognitive function is The Mini Mental State Examination by the number of 30 questions to interview technique and observation while The Activity Therapy of Perceptive Stimulation Group is as many as 3 sessions with observation checklist technique. To know The Influence of Activity Therapy of Perceptive Stimulation Group to upset of cognitive function of the advanced ages, it uses Willcoxon statistic test and SPSS 11 For Windows. As the research result of Pre Test Mini Mental State Examination of 42,9 %, some do not undergo cognitive function but some do in middle, and 14,3 % undergo heavy cognitive function. The result of Activity Therapy of Perceptive Stimulation Group, 50 % has evaluation result with enough criteria, while 14,3% has evaluation result with criteria less. And The Post Test of Mental State Examination, 57,1 % do not undergo cognitive function upset, while 42,9% undergo middle cognitive function upset. Willcoxon statistic test has found the result that (ρ= 0,017) > (α=0,05). It means that H0 is refused and H1 is accepted. Automatically, The Influence of Activity Therapy of Perceptive Stimulation Group To Upset of Cognitive Function of The Advanced Ages in Team Work Unit of Social Service Technique Advanced Ages in Jombang in Kediri on 2010 has totally been found. If this therapy goes on routinely and maximally, it will defend the cognitive function of the advanced ages. The roles of the nurse in this therapy are as the leader, co-leader, facilitator, and observer.

Abstract

Breast care is an act to treat breast milk to smooth spending and prevent the various problems of the breast.By this demonstration,it is expected to increase knowledge primigravida pregnant women about breast care, so it can change attitudes became more positive. But many primigravida pregnant women who have  less knowledge about breast care. The purpose of this study was knowing demonstration effect on breast care  to the attitude of pregnant women in the treatment of breast primigravida in Connecticut Delima. The design we use in this study was pre-experimental with pre and post test approach. The population was 29 primigravida and the sample was taken by purposive sampling of 12 respondents. The instrument we use to know the attitude is using a checklist of 21 questions with check technique. By using Wilcoxon statistical test SPSS 11 For Windows. From this research, 75% pre demonstrations have a negative attitude and 25% have a positive attitude, the result of evaluation on post-demonstration of 100% have a positive attitude. ByWilcoxon statistical test , we found that the result (ρ = 0.002) <(α = 0.05).it means that Ho is refused and H1 is accepted .   So that, there is the Demonstration Effect on Breast Care of Pregnant Women Attitude primigravida in Nursing breasts in Connecticut Delima Mrs. Ami Gondang Village. From this  experiment, it is can be proven that someone will be able to change his attitude if they receive the influence from other people, such as nurses or midwives. Abstract

Improving healthy service has given the influence to decrease the death rate of baby and child, increasing thelive  of  age  expectation,  the  last  number  of  old  persons  in  society  to  be  increase.  Increase  the  number  of  oldpersons  can  create  manyhealthy  of  old  persons  status  problem  because  of  decreasing  physiologic  function  ofmany body organ. The purpose of the research to examine the correlation of ADL ability with social disfunctionto  the  old  persons    and want  to  know the kind of social  disfunctional that  determinant in the  old  persons. Theresearch design use cross sectional approach by population of old persons at Tresna Werdha Social InstitutionPare-Kediri.  Fourthy  old  persons  has  been  got  as  sample  by  simple  random  sampling  technique.  There  isrelation correlation that significant between ADL ability level with social disfungtion (Pearson correlation testr =  0,465, p=  0,003), to know  the  assosiation  between ADL  ability level with social  disfungtion  kind will  beusedMann-Whitney  testwhich  be  gotten  result  statistically  un  association  between ADL  ability  level  with lowself esteem (p= 0,468) and interpersonal system (p= 0,618). Whereas to the association of ADL ability levelwith the kind of social disfunction performance system statistically show there are significant correlation (p =0,028). From the result can be concluded that there is relation correlation between ADL ability level and socialdisfunction, while ADL ability level with kinerja system there association. Based on thefounded of this researchsuggested  in  give  nursing  care  comprehensively  to  older  person  is  needed  holistic  approach  to  help  adaptionneed to changing of psychologic, social, and spiritual by increasing the ability and potent of the elderly  that stillbehad to adapt the change according to the ability

Abstract

Convulsion fever is a convulsion that occur on the rise (temperature above 380 C). Convulsion fever experienced by many children that usually occurs in early child fever would seem  strange for a while , then stiff, convulsive and rolled her eyes. Families, especially mother whose knowledge is less generally indicates  the attitude of panic  or consider their children possessed. The purpose of this research was to know the relationsof mother’s knowledge about convulsion fever with mother’s attitude to intervention convulsion fever in child age under five years.The research design used cross sectional. With samples amount to 44 respondents who fulfilled the criteria of incuslion and exclusion. Intake of sample used technique of simple random sampling.Base on the research results obtained that most of mothers have good knowledge that is amount to 19 respondents  (43,2%) and mother’s attitude to intervention convulsion fever at child that positive amount to 24 respondents (54,5%). Based on the test result of Correlaton Coefficiente Contingency obtained significant value of  0.000 < 0,05 , which means ho wes rejected. This means that there was relation of mother’s  knowledge about convulsion fever with mother’s attitude to intervention convulsion fever in child age under five years with strong category.Mother’s knowledge about convulsion fever, increase the knowledge, information, supervise and pay attention to its chid age under five years if happened continuous fever, those were things that must be paid attention by the mothers, so mothers did not panic and know how to behave in case of colfusions fever in child age under five years. Keywords: Knowledge, mother, attitude, convulsion fever, child age under five years

Abstract

ABSTRAK Rheumatoid Arthritis merupakan pembengkakan pada jaringan ikat, atau bisa di artikan juga penyakit autoimun (penyakit yang terjadi pada saat tubuh diserang oleh sistem kekebalan tubuhnya sendiri) yang mengakibatkan peradangan dalam waktu lama pada sendi lansia, untuk itu perlu perawatan dan perhatian khusus bagi lansia dengan nyeri sendi terutama oleh keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pengetahuan keluarga tentang perawatan penyakit rematoid artritis pada lansia di Puskesmas Gurah, kecamatan Gurah, kabupaten Kediri Tahun 2014. Desain Penelitian yang di gunakan adalah Deskriptif. Dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposif sampling.Populasinya adalah seluruh keluarga yang mempunyai lansia di Puskesmas Gurah Kecamatan Gurah Kabupaten Kediri, yaitu 134 responden. Sampel sebanyak 57 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inkliusi dan eksklusi. Dan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Dari hasil pelitian didapatkan Pengetahuan Keluarga Tentang Perawatan Penyakit Reumatoid Arthritis pada lansia di dapatkan 2 responden (3%) berpengetahuan baik sekali, 21 responden (37%) berpengetahuan baik, 28 responden (49%) berpengetahuan cukup, dan 6 responden (11%) berpengetahuan Kurang. Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan informasi keluarga merupakan hal yang harus diperhatikan, namun karena responden terbanyak memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup karena kurangnya informasi, maka perlu bagi keluarga aktif dalam mengantar lansia ke posyandu lansia, agar mendapat informasi yang jelas bagaimana cara merawat lansia terutama yang mengalami reumatoid arthritis. Abstract

Development fine motor adaptive is something which have correlation with ability of preschool child to observe something and do some movement which is involve of certain body parts and small muscles, need some accurate coordination, also doesn’t need to much power. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation of parent’s stimulation to development fine motor adaptive for preschool 3-5 years.Design of this research is using analytic cross sectional with purposive sampling technic. The process of taking data were used quesioner and some observation, than in this research could get 27 respondents and 15 sample of respondents. Data which have tabulation presented in form of pie diagram and column.The results of research showed that the parent’s give stimulation for always 3 respondents (20%), for often 4 respondents (26,7%), for sometimes 4 respondents (26,7%), for never 4 respondents (26,7%). And development fine motor adaptive for child normal 4 respondents (27%), for unsertain 8 respondents (53%), for deviation  3 respondents (20%). While the parent’s that always give stimulation for child could produce development fine motor adaptive normal for 2 respondents (13,3%) and parent’s who never give stimulation for child could produce development fine motor adaptive in uncertain for 3 respondents (20%). The research result was done by data counting used spearman rho with signified value (p=0,688) < (a=0,01) that meaned H1 is accept and Ho is unaccept.    According from above research we can concluded that there is a correlation of parent’s stimulation to development fine motor adaptive for preschool 3-5 year. Keyword : Stimulation, Parent’s, Development, Fine Motor Adaptive, Preschool 3-5 Years.
