Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the construction of the optimal portfolio with the single index model on stocks Kompas 100 Index in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with panel and secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Technical sampling method used is purposive sampling method with data during the period of February 2016 to the period of January 2019. The data analysis technique used is portfolio analysis using single index model.The result of this study indicates that the optimal portfolio proportion is achieved by the proportion of stocks in Kompas 100 Index such as PTPP (33.29%), AISA (18.54%), BJBR (17.76%), TBIG (15.43%), JPFA (6.92%), LPCK (4.32%), DILD (1.56%), SMRA (1.12%) and CTRA (1.06%). The optimal result of expected return and risk is obtained by stocks in Kompas 100 Index, the daily expected return of 0.141% and daily risk of 0,012%. The result of the comparison on diversification benefit between Individual and Kompas 100 Index, is that the diversification profits generated by Kompas 100 Index have more variants of better profit compared to profit diversification of Individual Investment.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the effect of the service quality and price variables toward customer loyalty. Method of data collection in this research is using the survey method with questionnaires. Population in this research is the customers of Speedy in Cimanggis. Based on the results of the analysis, it indicates that the service quality significantly influences the customer loyalty, shown by the t significant value of 0.000 smaller that α 0.05 with the regression coefficient of 2.537. service quality has a significant effect on the customer loyalty indicated by the t significant value 0.000 less than α =0.05. service quality and price significantly influence the customer loyalty shown by F significant value of 0.000 smaller than α=0.05 and are able contribute to the customer loyalty variables of 0.504 or 50.4%. the remaining 49.6% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this research.

Abstract

Leadership Style is one of the important factor to measure employees job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of the leadership style toward employees job satisfaction at PT. JMS Jakarta. The method of analyze is using descriptive quantitative with the technique sample is saturated sample and 5% error level with 32 respondent as a sample. The test for this research is using correlation coefficient, determination and linear regression. The result of correlation coefficient is 0,876 which means very strong and from determination test, the result is 76,8% and from linear regression test, got the similarity Y= 12,484 + 0,692X. The conclussion of this research ,there is the significant influences of leadership style to the employees job satisfaction.

Abstract

The growing information technology, automatic demands all areas of activity to use a computerized system, without exception with the field of accounting. PT. Duta Integritas Manajemen fasilitas requires once a system of accounting information that has been computerized. That's why the author tries to make the Final Project Accounting Data Processing On PT. Duta Integritas Manajemen fasilitas using Accurate Accounting version 5.1. At this time PT. Duta Integritas Manajemen fasilitas a Sales Company . The existing system at PT. Duta Integritas Manajemen fasilitas is still using a very manual system, starting from the beginning of the month balance, journalizing, posting to ledger, making a final balance of the month balance, cash acceptance financial statements, general journal, ledger, daily journal and report profit and loss to the closing balance sheet. Using Accurate Accounting 4.0 software is the best solution to solve the problems-the problems that exist in this company, as well as with this computerized system can be achieved an effective and efficient activities in supporting activities in this company. Therefore with a computerized system better than the manual system to run more effectively and efficiently so that during the process will not happen errors in the recording, the inaccurate report resulting in delays in data processing all the company's finances will not happen again because it already uses A computerized system.

Abstract

Compensation able to improve disicipline and performance an employee for work harder. Employee will achieve their performance if they feel satisfaction with their work. The research was conducted to know the influence of compensation through employee performance at PT Bhumyamca Sekawan Jakarta Selatan. The sample used is saturated sample. The author distributed questionnaires to 35 respondents, then the author process the data using software SPSS version 20. Calculation of the correlation coefficient test obtained a value of 0,965 means that the level of a very strong relationship between compensation for employees performance. The calculation of the coefficient of determination test shows that the value of 93% and 7% influenced by other factors. From the regression equation obtained performance level of 2.625 means that if the effect of compensation is 0 then the level of employees performance is 2.625. It is estimated that the performance value 0,941, meaning that if the value of compensation rises by 1 digit or every increase in compensation by 1% will increase employees performance by 0,941.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh variabel kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Indosat Yellow. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey melalui kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisa penelitian ini, mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas layanan secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, ditunjukan dari nilai signifikan si uji t =0.001 lebih kecil dari α =0.05 dengan koefisien regresi =0.102. Harga secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, ditunjukan dengan nilai signifikansi uji t =0.000 lebih kecil dari α=0,05. Kualitas layanan dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan ditunjukan dari nilai signifikansi uji F =0,000 lebih kecil dari α=0.05 dan mampu memiliki kontribusi terhadap variabel kinerja sebesar 0.496 atau 49.6%. sisanya sebesar 50.4% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak dianalisa dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Banyaknya Waktu yang hilang atau Waktu terbuang yang mengakibatkan pengiriman material tidak tepat waktu ke proses berikutnya sehingga menyebabkan menumpuknya material (WIP) masih dianggap suatu hal yang wajar bagi sebagian setiap orang yang tidak mengetahui betapa berharganya waktu yang terbuang tersebut, sehingga menyebabkan pengeluaran biaya dalam membuat suatu barang menjadi mahal. Dari sebab itu Penelitian ini dibuat untuk menganalisis pengaruh waktu yang hilang dengan biaya yang bertujuan Mereduce (Mengurangi) biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk memproduksi suatu barang sehingga bertujuan memberikan profit pada perusahaan. Data diambil dari laporan proses produksi PT.MII. Abstract

Globalisasi membuat tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan menjadi semakin besar, hal ini mendorong siswa untuk selalu mendapatkan prestasi terbaik. Pengelolaan sistem pendidikan harus dilakukan secara bermutu, efektif dan efisien. Pendidikan adalah produk yang dihasilkan dari lembaga pendidikan yang bersifat non profit, sehingga hasil dari proses pendidikan itu kasat mata. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi langsung dan metode kepustakaan, dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder, serta teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan yang didapat, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa penjualan pribadi dalam meningkatkan minat siswa baru pada Sekolah SMP PGRI 1 Cibinong termasuk melakukan presentasi ke sekolah-sekolah, membagikan brosur ke berbagai tempat, mengadakan uji coba gratis melalui undangan, mengadakan lomba, dan dengan adanya personal selling dalam aktivitas penerimaan siswa baru SMP PGRI 1 Cibinong dapat berjalan dengan lancar, efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dibuat dengan judul “Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMP Negeri 258 Jakarta Timur”. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 258 Jakarta Timur. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan software SPSS Versi 16. Untuk pengambilan sampel, penulis menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 56 orang melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data uji, uji reliabilitas, validitas koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan persamaan regresi. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien korelasi diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,702 dan nilai tersebut menunjukkan kekuatan hubungan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa disiplin kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 49,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain, maka hasil persamaan regresi Y = 14.715 + 0, 678X . Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 258 Jakarta Timur.

Abstract

Method of data collection in this research is using the survey method with questionnaires. Population in this research is student of Ganesa Vocational School. Based on the results of the analysis, it indicates that product quality has a significant effect on the customer’s satisfaction indicated by the t significant value 0.000 less than α =0.05. product quality and price significantly influence the customer’s satisfaction shown by F significant value of 0.000 smaller than α=0.05 and are able contribute to the customer’s satisfaction variables of 0.515 or 51.5 % the remaining 40.6% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this research.
