Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dampak implementasi metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian generalisasi dari 6 penelitian tindakan kelas yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Keenam penelitian tindakan kelas dikumpulkan melalui studi pada jurnal dan google cendekia. Hasil-hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik metaanalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw pada sekolah dasar efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, keaktifan atau aktifitas siswa, dan keberanian siswa dalam mengemukakan pendapat. Untuk itu disarankan bagi guru untuk memilih metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw pada penelitian tindakan kelasnya jika hendak mengatasi masalah hasil belajar, keaktifan, dan keberanian siswa.Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw, Dampak

Abstract

As one of the strategic means of enhancing future competence and career, every individual, including teachers, is strongly encouraged to pursue a higher degree. Nevertheless, lack of financial ability may become one of the debilitating hindrances for the teachers to pursue a higher degree, mainly overseas. Currently, however, the Indonesian Government strives to support Indonesians to pursue a higher degree through a scholarship mechanism called the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education, or popularly called as LPDP. Simultaneously, various scholarship mechanisms are also offered by several governing bodies in national or international contexts, such as Australia Awards, Chevening, Fulbright, DAAD, and many others. Therefore, this community empowerment project aims to enhance the understanding of schoolteachers, student-teachers, and other education communities regarding the administrative and technical preparation to register for a scholarship and prepare for overseas study. Moreover, the participants were also expected to comprehend the academic and social conditions while studying abroad, as well as the impact of pursuing a higher degree in their future competence and career. 535 participants were attending this community empowerment program in total.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of learning models on student learning achievement. This research is a quantitative, associative research. The location of this research is SD Pres. Jl. Ki Hajar Dewantara, Pasirgombong, Kec. North Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java. The population of this research is the elementary students of the President consisting of 4 classes with a total of 70 students with a sample size of 30 students. Research data were collected using a questionnaire technique that has been proven valid and reliable. In the first stage the data for each variable was analyzed using a simple frequency distribution and continued in the second stage by linear regression analysis. This calculation is done using the SPSS program for windows. The results of the study concluded that there is an influence of learning models on student achievement. For this reason, it is recommended that teachers improve their students' learning achievement through the use of the most appropriate learning models. While the supervision role of school principals and school supervisors is needed to ensure a good learning model organized by teachers. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, asosiatif. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di SD Presiden Jl. Ki Hajar Dewantara, Pasirgombong, Kec. Cikarang Utara, Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para siswa SD Presiden yang terdiri dari 4 kelas denganjumlah 70 orang siswa dengan besaran sampel sebanyak 30 orang siswa. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan teknik angket yang sudah terbukti valid dan reliabel. Pada tahap pertama data setiap variabel dianalisis dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi sederhana dan dilanjutkan pada tahap kedua dengan analisis regresi linier. Perhitungan ini dilakukan dengan berbantu prgram SPSS for windows. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Untuk itu disarankan kepada guru untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswanya melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran yang paling sesuai. Sedangkan peran supervisi kepala sekolah dan pengawas sekolah diperlukan untuk menjamin baiknya model pembelajaran yang diselenggarakan oleh guru.

Abstract

This community service starts from difficulties of university students in Indonesia to develop start up business. Most of the students make business in food and beverages, although they are not majoring in culinary art, food technology, or other food based major. The problem indicate that students have no good entrepreneurial spirit. To solve the problem, this program will use other method in developing students’ startup business, namely Entrepreneurial Learning Model (ELM). The steps of ELM are: training, education, experience, and mentoring. This model has already run for 6 months (May to October 2019) to 10 groups of students (who make 10 startup business). The results of this program are: (1) students able to develop their startup business; (2) the startup business come from their innovative idea; and (3) students able to maintain their business. Based on the results, it is recommended to use the model on developing students’ startup business.

Abstract

The existence of craft beer in Indonesia has not been widely known. However, the intention of consuming craft beer is relatively high as the sales of PT. Beervana has been increasing. The main objective of this research is to find out how the factors influence repurchase intention of craft beer. This study uses quantitative method to analyze the data that have been collected from 200 respondents through a questionnaire using multiple linear regression. The findings of this study indicate that product characteristics, perceived quality, country of origin, and conformity significantly influence consumer repurchase intention. However, packaging is found to not have significant influence towards consumer repurchase intention.

Abstract

Co-operation is one of solution in society development, because of its motto or goals: member’s wealth. As the organization that members-owner, many provits and benefits that achieved by co-operation may used by co-operation’s members. This research aim to analyzed the role of village unit co-operation in support sociecty’s business. This research is qualitative research . Data collected by semi structured interview and Focus Group Discussion, that validated by sources and technique triangulation. Data analyzed by interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman. Results of this research is 2 main roles: direct role and indirect role. The direct role consist by: 1) kredit activity; 2) advisor and distributor of production equipment; 3) processing and marketing of product; 4) distributing and trading. Then, indirect roles consist by: 1) developing member potency and economic ability; 2) improving economic wealth and social; 3) improving living quality; 4) reducing unemployment and poverty; 5) reducing urbanization.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan perangkat evaluasi tes uraian berbasis komputer yang diberi nama Computer Based Evaluation Essay Model (CBEEM). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan dari Plomp (2013). Penelitian terdiri dari 3 tahap utama, yaitu tahap penelitian, tahap pengembangan, dan tahap evaluasi. Data pada penelitian berupa data kualitatif yang dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan wawancara kepada 10 orang guru, divalidasi dengan triangulasi sumber, dan dianalisis dengan teknik Miles and Hubberman. Sedangkan tahap evaluasi model dilakukan dengan validasi ahli dan validasi praktisi yang dilakukan melalui pengisian angket validasi model yang diukur dalam skala likert dan isian secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CBEEM dapat berfungsi dengan baik, dan tervalidasi dengan baik oleh ahli dan praktisi. Langkah kerja utama dari CBEEM dimulai dengan input soal uraian dan kata kunci jawaban oleh guru, dilanjutkan dengan pengerjaan soal oleh siswa, dan akhirnya CBEEM akan mengoreksi jawaban soal uraian siswa dengan menggunakan kata kunci yang telah diinput oleh guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan bagi guru untuk menggunakan perangkat ini apabila menghendaki kemudahan dalam koreksi soal uraian. Kata Kunci: Computer Based Evaluation Essay Model Abstract: The aim of this research is develop essay test evaluation software that namely Computer Based Evaluation Essay Model (CBEEM). This is Research and Development. This research use Plomp (2013) development model. This research consists of 3 main steps: research step, development step, and evaluation step. The data of this research is qualitative data that collected by observation to 10 teachers that validated by sources triangulation then analyzed by Miles and Hubberman qualitative analysis technique. In the evaluation step, the model validated by expert and practitioner by filling the validation questionnaire that measured by likert scale and also qualitative opinion. The result of this research show that CBEEM may be run well and validated by expert and practitioner. The main working step of CBEEM start by inputting questions and key words of answer by the teacher, then following by answering the questions by the students, and then CBEEM will check the answer using the keywords from the teacher. Based on the result, the teachers recommend to use this software if want to get help to check the essay test answer. Key Words: Computer Based Evaluation Essay Model

Abstract

This research departs from the problem of the poor quality of online learning carried out by teachers since the Covid-19 pandemic. This causes low students activeness and learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to increase students’ activeness and learning outcomes in the classroom through the media of songs. Furthermore, this research was to increase students’ learning outcomes. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the model used by Kemmis & Tagart. The object of the research was students of class 3B with a total of 21 students at Saint John Christian Elementary School in Indonesian Language subject. Data collection using an assessment rubric to measure student activity and a test to measure student learning outcomes. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results obtained on student activeness were that students who were categorized as very active and active reached 90% of students in the second cycle. On student learning outcomes, the results obtained are students who get complete results on student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle are 50% of students, in cycle 1 there are 89% of students and in cycle 2 are 91%. From these results, it has exceeded the target of the target, which should be 90% of students complete their learning outcomes. The conclusion is song learning media is able to increase students’ activeness and learning outcomes. This research is suggested for the teachers to use song learning media to increase student activeness and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran Kepala Sekolah dalam membangun Work Engangement Guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif yang meneliti 3 variabel independen, yaitu power distance, hubungan pribadi, dan supervisi terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu work engagement guru. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan teknik angket terhadap kepala sekolah dan guru pada 30 SD di Jawa Tengah. Angket diuji validitasnya dengan teknik korelasi product moment dan reliabilitasnya diuji dengan teknik Alpha Cronbach. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan teknik regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work engagement guru SD di Jawa Tengah relatif buruk (dengan skor 2,2 dalam skala 5). Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh semua variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Meski demikian, variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap work engagement guru adalah hubungan pribadi antara kepala sekolah dengan guru.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Indonesian government implements open and distance learning (ODL) for K-12 until December 2020. Home learning is demanded to have similar quality to learning at school. One indicator of the quality of learning is students achievement. Based on a systems approach, this study sought to find predictors of students’ achievement through ODL in which teacher professionalism (input), android-assisted learning, learning monitoring by the teacher, and parental participation (process) were the predictors of students’ learning outcomes (output). The data sources of this study were obtained from 102 teachers of 487 members of Slameto facebook accounts; data netted with a questionnaire of 24 items that were valid and reliable. To analyze the data, the researchers used the Step Wise Model Regression technique assisted by SPSS for Windows version 25. The results showed that teacher professionalism was the main determinant of students’ achievement with a contribution of 31.30% (model 1); when it was accompanied by monitoring of learning by the teacher, it increased to 37.90% (model 2), and when it was accompanied by parental participation, it gained 43.60% contribution (model 3). This study emphasizes the need for a management model based on parental participation in improving the quality of learning from home (ODL).
