Abstract

The data suggests that the financing agreement for the results did not become dominant. The contribution of financing in sharia’ah banks with murabahah sale and purchase agreement of 63.868 percent. Islamic economics can not be separated from the real sector, especially SMEs, its existence requires the support of other parties, including shari’ah banks. Financing products with mudharabah it is appropriate to sustain the business capital of SMEs. Based on data that the growth of SMEs in 2013 of 56,534,591 into 57,895,721 or grow around 2.408 percent. It takes a good response for shari’ah banks to provide financing for SMEs. This paper uses a descriptive qualitative. The paper is focused on products with the financing agreement Uncertanty Natural Contract (NUC) at the shari’ah bank and real sector SMEs. The research uses literature study from various sources. The results descrobes that the potential development of financing products with NUC contract in shari’ah bank is still very large. It is seen that the number of SMEs continues to grow, then the portion of financing products are still small. This indicates that the loan product NUC financing in shari’ah banks are very suited to the conditions and character of SMEs. Potential financing agreement NUC product development in Islamic banks are still very large and very spacious. Abstract

Non-bank Islamic financial industry (IKNB Sharia) in Indonesia continues to increase very good. Visible IKNB growth seen in the number of Islamic sharia IKNB assets in 2010, 9333 billion rupiah in the year rose to 46 895 billion rupiah. With an average growth rate of 62.29%. Thus the development of sharia IKNB must be balanced with sufficient resources and qualified. OJK has made  efforts  in  improving  the  quality  of  human  resources  in  Islamic  IKNB  with  two  major strategies. This research uses descriptive qualitative limitations in this paper focused on the OJK in improving the human resources that exist IKNB Shariah. The need for the application of celestial management for human resources in IKNB sharia. The results of this paper that the OJK has set two strategies in an effort to improve the quality of human resources in IKNB sharia. Then the need for the application of celestial management for human resources in IKNB sharia to create good quality. Because IKNB sharia is a business institution that is inseparable from the rule of religion or spiritual aspect. Thus requiring an appropriate concept in improving the quality of its human resources.

Abstract

Perbankan syariah saat ini terus mengalami pertumbuhan dan semakin diminati oleh masyarakat. Dapat dilihat dari aset perbankan syariah saat ini sudah mencapai 356.504.000.000 kemudian pangsa pasar menembus 5 persen. Diusia bank syariah yang masih baru jika dibandingkan bank konvensional, bisnis ini perlu selalu dorongan dan dukungan dari semua pihak. Pola bisnis yang dijalankan oleh rasulullah semasa hidupnya dapat dijadikan spirit bagi perkembangan bank syariah saat ini. Spirit tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai motiva meningkatkan produk yang dimiliki oleh bank syariah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perkembangan produk penghimpunan dana dan produk pembiayaan di bank syariah dan riwayat pola bisnis yang dijalankan oleh Rasulullah. Hasil dari tulisan ini menunjukkan adanya perkembangan produk funding di bank syariah terbesar pada produk giro yang tumbuh sebesar 31,985 persen. Abstract

Sharia banking now has a strong legal framework with the presence of law number 21 of 2008 on sharia banking in Indonesia. This regulation enforces sharia banking to develop products to achieve the targeted market share of 5%. In third-party fund products, more innovation is needed to attract people to entrust their funds in sharia banks. The visible data of mudharabah fund raising deposit products in March 2013 amounted to Rp100.746.000.000 and Rp115.728.000.000 in mudharabah deposits was visible on April 2014, which is an increase of less than 2% each month. This research uses a qualitative descriptive methodology, and is focused on fund raising products in shari'ah banking, particularly in the form of mudharabah investments for a definitive result. The results show that sharia banking requires innovative fund raising for third-party products, such as mudharabah investment products. These investments provide certainty of results despite using mudharabah and are based on the certainty that projector financing has been agreed by the sharia with the creditor banks. This investment product can be offered to both individuals and groups/collectives.Keywords: sharia banking, investment, mudharabah

Abstract

The growth of Islamic banks in Indonesia is getting better. People who interested in using Islamic bank products continues to arise. The market share of Islamic banks currently has reached 5.8 percent of the total market share of banks nationally. Natural Uncertainty Contract (NUC) with profit sharing pattern using mudharabah and musyarakah contracts is one of the productive financing products of Islamic bank which is not owned by conventional bank. However, in Islamic rural banks (BPRS), nonproductive financing is more dominant. This qualitative study would like to explain the financing of NUC in the BPRS. The result shows that the growth of NUC financing is still very small, musharaka only grew 0.23 percent and mudharabah decreased by 20.23 percent during 2016-2017. Overall, financing distribution in BPRS is still dominated by consumptive financing, amounting to 46.07 percent. While for productive financing has not become a priority in the BPRS. Abstract

This paper is descriptive qualitative, which describes risk management, and risk management in Islam, and risk management in shariah banking. The results of this paper indicate that risk management has a variety of processes, namely, the identification, evaluation and measurement, and management of risk. Risk management has been in line with Islam and different maysir. As well as risk management in Islamic banks have been set by the Indonesian bank in order to maintain the existence and improve the quality of shariah banking.

Abstract

The rapid development of shariah banking in Indonesia can be seen by its market share which exceeded 5 percent nationally in 2016. Furthermore, the shariah banking have a strong legal law with the presence of the law number 21 of 2008. Total deposits in shariah banking reached 240,974,000,000,000. To increase public interest to choose shariah banking have to innovate in both product funding and product financing. Musharakah contract is currently only used on product financing, weather has not been used in the funding product. This paper uses a descriptive qualitative method, this paper is focused on raising funding products by musharakah contract. To increase the volume of funding products, syariah banking need to use musharakah contract on funding products. The results of this paper concluded that, in the period of December 2015 through December 2016 the musharakah contract on financing products increased up to 29.17 percent. Musyarakah contract has not been used on funding products. Both musharakah and mudarabah have the same pattern as the model for the results. While mudharabah used in funding products, musharakah can also be used for funding products in shariah banking. The Development of funding product with musharakah contract in shariah banking will be profitable for banks and customers. It will be more easily raise money to meet the large volume of financing, then the Musharakah agreement will provide for more great results for customers.

Abstract

Islamic banking currently has a strong legal law with the presence of the law number 21 of 2008 on Shariah banking. It is very influential on the existence of the Shariah banking are increasingly in demand by many. Islamic bank is better known by the profit-sharing system has a range of products that use Mudarabah and Musharakah contract, considered more equitable for all parties. Bank Indonesia based on the statistics, the number of Mudharabah deposits which have been compiled from third party funds by the banking industry shari'ah until May 2015 was recorded at Rp 129.890 billion rupiah, an increase compared to last year in the same month, deposits from Mudharabah deposits collected amounting to Rp. 119.048 billion rupiah grew 8.35% in the same period last year. Presence of Islamic banks part of Islamic economics, so that every product of Islamic banking is expected in line with the concept of building of Islamic economy. This paper uses a descriptive qualitative limitations in this paper is focused on products in Islamic bank deposits and building concept of Islamic economics. This paper uses literature study from various sources. The results of this paper that the Islamic bank deposit products in line with the concept of building an Islamic economy. Various transactions on deposits has met the economic building islam. Only in certain parts can not be in line with the concept of building an Islamic economy look no aspect of justice. Because they based their refund guarantee on product deposits in Islamic banks.

Abstract

Abstract

In February 2018, growth of financing by 52.9 percent. Islamic microfinance institutions have a role in increasing people's economic income. The goal sustainable development or commonly called Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), its have 17 goals achieved until 2030. Goals is bring prosperity all levels society. It is line with existence Islamic microfinance institutions to improve standard living and public welfare. Type this paper is qualitative method, used is qualitative descriptive analysis, describes growth Islamic microfinance institutions BPRS and BMT institutions. Describes SDGs have objective conformity with BPRS and BMT. Results this paper indicate growth Islamic microfinance institutions, where there are component BPRS grow 10 percent. Results show are financing aspects grow 17.1 percent. BMT financial ratio remaining operating grew by 403.5 percent. Study provides information that Islamic financial institutions are accordance with achievement program SGDs related increasing income and economic activities can realized with presence welfare. Lembaga keuangan mikro syariah memiliki peran dalam meningkatan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat. Tujuan dari pembangunan berkelanjutan atau yang biasa disebut Sustainable Development Gols (SDGs). SDGs memiliki 17 tujuan yang ingin dicapai sampai tahun 2030. Tujuan ini sejalan dengan keberadaan lembaga keuangan mikro syariah untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Artikel ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik deskriptif, menguraikan pertumbuhan lembaga keuangan mikro syariah yaitu BPRS dan BMT. Yang dikaitkan  Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Hasil menunjukkan pertumbuhan lembaga keuangan mikro syariah, beberapa komponen pada BPRS tumbuh di atas 10 persen. Pertumbuhan pembiayaan tumbuh sebesar 17,1 persen. Sisa hasil usaha yaitu sebesar 403,5 persen. Peran lembaga keuangan syariah dalam pencapaian SGDs meningktakan pendapatakn dan usaha masyarakat untuk menghadirkan kesejahteraan. Melalui akses keuangan baik dalam bentuk memberikan kemudahan akses modal dan pengenalan produk investasi, masyarakat dapat meningkatkan pendapatan.Kata Kunci: BPRS, BMT, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Keuangan Mikro Syariah
