Abstract

Indonesia is a Democrat nation. A general election known as the PEMILU has become a tradition of the nation that is synonymous with political issues and leadership turnover. Social media is one place in expressing the opinions and aspirations of people including politics, Twitter is one of the social media used as a place for politicians including two couples of presidential candidate and vice president of INDONESIA in Campaign to win a vote in the elections of 17 April 2019. This research analyzes public opinion i.e. comments on Twitter accounts @jokowi, @KyaiMarufAmin, @prabowo, @sandiuno into two categories of positive and negative opinions by comparing the text classifier model Naïve Bayes and SVM, and the implementation of The PSO algorithm to obtain optimal accuracy results. The results of the study show Prabowo Sandi won the prediction of presidential candidate with the best accuracy result of 77.00% acquired model Naïve Bayes + PSO, and 86.20% acquired model SVM + PSO, with an increase in accuracy 7.5% on model SVM, And 2.1% on the model Naïve Bayes when compared before done optimization with PSO algorithm.

Abstract

Reading reviews helps consumers choose the applications, helping companies and developers monitor user satisfaction to improve quality of features and services, read overall and manually could spend the time and laborious, if read at a glance, information not conveyed perfectly. This study analyzes user sentiment Windows Phone Store applications by automatically classifying reviews into positive or negative opinion category. Naïve bayes has good potential because of its simplicity and performance as a model of classifying text on many domains. The model was evaluated using 10 Fold Cross Validation. Measurements were made with the Confusion Matrix and the ROC curve. The accuracy produced in this study is 84.50%, indicating that Naïve Bayes is a good model in classifying text especially in the case of sentiment analysis.

Abstract

Abstract— Records management can be done by utilizing advances in technology that uses electronic filing (eFiling System), using E-Filing system all incoming and outgoing files are scanned first, then the image / scan the files are stored in the electronic media, namely computer with the automation of file naming. Utilization of use of the website is one of the alternative technologies that can be used in managing both storage or when want to access (view and reuse) the archive. By using the website eFiling system then archives stored properly in the database, so there will be no loss of data or scattered, and such records could easily be accessed anywhere and at any time when needed with the help of an intranet or internet. Intisari— Pengelolaan arsip dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi yaitu menggunakan arsip elektronik (Efiling System), dengan menggunakan efiling system semua berkas yang masuk dan keluar terlebih dahulu di scan, lalu gambar/scan berkas tersebut disimpan dalam media elektronik yaitu komputer dengan otomatisasi penamaan file. Pemanfaatan penggunaan website adalah salah satu alternatif teknologi yang dapat digunakan dalam  melakukan pengelolaan, baik penyimpanan maupun pada saat ingin mengakses (melihat dan menggunakan kembali) arsip tersebut. Dengan menggunakan website efiling system maka arsip tersimpan dengan baik dalam database, sehingga tidak akan ada kehilangan data ataupun tercecer, dan arsip tersebut dengan mudahnya dapat diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja saat dibutuhkan dengan bantuan intranet ataupun internet.  Kata Kunci — E-Filing System, Administrasi, Kearsipan, Online.

Abstract

Abstract—In the middle of the competition the business world that is increasingly tight, companies are expected to improve the quality of not only the quality of the goods or services are sold, but also in terms of service and reputation should be always good and increased in the eyes of consumers, competitors and investors. The scope of business data managed financial & in an enterprise is very wide, it made not a few companies that are less able to undertake the management of its resources. Technological advances make it easier for humans in all areas when utilized with properly according to your needs. Computer-Based Information System CBIS or computer-based information system is a system of processing of data into an information quality and is used for a decision making tool. With the means not just using computers to create and save data, but utilize the role of the computer as a data processing system computerized. Zahir Accounting accounting software is one that is one of the tools can be used by the company with all the benefits of doing business data management of financial function & CBIS. Intisari— Persaingan dunia usaha semakin ketat, perusahaan dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitasnya bukan hanya barang atau jasa yang dijualnya, namun juga dari segi pelayanan dan reputasi yang harus selalu baik dan meningkat dimata konsumen, para pesaing dan investor. Abstract

Layered double hydroxide (LDH) Ni/Al-NO3 was synthesized using a coprecipitation method under base condition following with intercalation using Keggin ion [a-SiW12O40]4- to form Ni/Al-[a-SiW12O40] LDH. The LDHs were characterized using XRD, FTIR, BET, and pHpzc analyses. Furthermore, LDHs were applied as adsorbent of iron(II) from aqueous solution. The adsorption process was studied through the effect of adsorption time, the concentration of iron(II), and temperature adsorption. The results show the interlayer distance of LDHs was increased from 7.408 Ã… to 10.533 Ã… after intercalation process. The adsorption of iron(II) on LDHs showed that adsorption of iron(II) on both LDHs follows pseudo first-order kinetic model with R2 value is close to one. The adsorption process was spontaneous, with adsorption capacity up to 36.496 mg g-1.

Abstract

PT. Mahadana Wikasita is a company engaged in the sale of machine goods and pos cashier tools. In order to face business competition there are some problems that often arise regarding the sale of goods. PT. Mahadana Wikasita is lacking in monitoring the goods sold, what items consumers need and the storage of data is less effective, so the company can not determine exactly which goods to buy. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can help solve this problem. In this research, the decision support system used is by Techinique for Order Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) which consists of seven stages using several criteria such as price, type, quality and customer interest. In the test results calculated using the Method For Order Preference bySimiliarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) it can be concluded that the highest value is kios Pakmo mobile cashier application package with a value of 0.920, can be interpreted as the best selling item for one year.
