Abstract

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah yang terdapat di Komunitas Usaha Kebon Pala Berseri masih belum maksimal dalam mengembangkan usaha di bidang makanan olahan, obat herbal, dan kerajinan tangan. Oleh sebab itu, perlu adanya pelatihan tentang kewirausahaan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan soft skill dari peserta pengabdian masyarakat agar memiliki mental yang kuat dalam menjalankan usaha. Selain pelatihan, dilakukan juga pendampingan terhadap mitra agar mampu menjalankan usaha dan membangun bisnis yang kuat untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dari usaha yang dijalankan. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman mitra meningkat sebanyak 77%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Research at PT. Midi Utama Indonesia, TBk aims to study the company's financial condition. Thisresearch is quantitative descriptive. The type of data which is the data obtained fromhttp://alfamidiku.com/MIDI_LKTW_1606.pdf is in the form of annual financial reports from 2010-2016.The analysis used is multiple regression analysis consisting of DER, CR and (ROA). Model. Is adependent variable. The second variable does not significantly influence the independent variables. Thesecond variable simultaneously with the independent variable. The results of this study indicate that thevariables are not significantly significant to ROA. The CR variable is partially insignificant to ROA.While simultaneously, DER and CR have a significant influence of 84.3% on ROA at PT. Midi UtamaIndonesia, Tbk  ABSTRAK Penelitian pada PT. Midi Utama Indonesia,TBk bertujuan mengkaji  pengaruh dari rasio terhadapprobabilitas keuangan dari suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskripstif kuantitatif.  Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data yang diperoleh dari http://alfamidiku.com/MIDI_LKTW_1606.pdf berupalaporan keuangan tahunan dari 2010-2016. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisa regresiberganda yang terdiri dari DER, CR  dan ( ROA). Model regresi digunakan melihat pengaruh darikedua variabel indenpenden  terhadap variabel dependen. Kedua variabel independen  secara parsialtidak berpengaruh secara signifikan pada variabel independen. Kedua variabel independen  secarasimultan berpengaruh secara signifikan pada variabel independen. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperolehbahwa   variabel DER  secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ROA .variabel CRsecara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ROA. Sedangkan secara simultan  DERdan CR terdapat pengaruh   yang signifikan sebesar 84.3% terhadap ROA pada PT. Midi UtamaIndonesia, Tbk.

Abstract

Kendaraan Bermotor merupakan objek Pajak Kendaraan (PKB) dimana pajak tersebut yang wajib dibayar oleh tiap owner kendaraan bermotor yang mengoperasikan kendaraannya di jalur universal. Dari banyaknya pengguna kendaraan bermotor ada banyak kendaraan yang tidak melaksanakan catatan ulang( KTMDU). Tujuan riset ini adalah mengukur besarnya  Pengaruh variabel Sosialisasi Perpajakan serta Pemahaman WP dengan Kepatuhan WP dari Pajak Kendaran Bermotor (PKB). Tata cara penelitian yang dpergunakan merupakan tata cara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan informasi data primer yang didapatkan dari   hasil kuisioner yang dibagikan. Populasi dalam riset ini merupakan  pemilik yang menjadi WP Kendaraan Bermotor diarea Kabupaten Bandung Barat.  Analisis ilustrasi yang digunakan ialah  random sampling sederhana dengan hasil sebanyak 100 orang. Metode analisis informasi yang digunakan merupakan analisis regresi yang regresi berganda dengan perlengkapan bantu perhitungan memakai aplikasi SPSS v.22. Bersumber pada dari hasil riset membuktikan kalau Sosialisasi Perpajakan serta Pemahaman WP mempengaruhi secara individu serta bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap Kepatuhan WP Kendaraan Bermotor di area Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Nilai koefisien determinasi 31,9% yang berarti Sosialisasi Perpajakan serta Pemahaman WP terhadap Kepatuhan WP Kendaraan Bermotor mempengaruhi sebesar 31,9%, sedangkan 68,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti

Abstract

           This study aims to analyze the growth of turnover from the three types of businesses in the fields of convection, food processing, and study, by comparing the application of the UMKM tax calculation based on PP No 46 of 2013 and PP No 23 of 2018. The sampling technique uses unproportioned stratified random sampling and is carried out in December 2018 until June 2019. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive qualitative analysis by socializing the UMKM tax calculation with the most recent simple calculation following government regulations, which is 0.5% of turnover which was previously 1% of turnover. The results showed in Bandung Regency, namely the type of convection business with the highest turnover of Rp. 3,000,000,000 and the lowest is Rp. 960,000,000; type of food processing business, the highest turnover is Rp. 600,000,000, and the lowest is Rp. 132,000. 000, -; and by the type of handicraft business with the highest turnover of Rp. 600,000,000 and the lowest Rp. 96,000,000          By using PP 46 of 2013 with a turnover rate of 1% per year, updated to PP 23 of 2018 at a rate of 0.5% per year, through this policy it has been generated that UMKM entrepreneurs will be lighter with payment of a 0.5% tax rate to be able to stimulate UMKM entrepreneurs to continue working and building new innovations in their industrial business. Related to this pandemic period for SMEs in Bandung regency still lacking understanding of UMKM tax incentives, from the Directorate General of Central and Regional Taxes to make publications and socialization efforts so that people follow this opportunity

Abstract

This study aims to look at the impact of innovation on competitive advantage along with the role of Information Technology and entrepreneurial orientation as a driver for innovation. The increasingly fierce competition is not only from domestic products but also foreign products that are increasingly free to enter Indonesia. MSME products must be ready to compete on an international scale. If not, many MSMEs in Indonesia will suffer. MSMEs with small capital will also lose out to entrepreneurs with large capital to survive in this globalization influence. The government really must accompany and support the needs of MSMEs to develop and be ready to compete in globalization. The sample consists of MSME Entrepreneurs in the Jakarta area, there are 193 MSME Entrepreneurs who participate. Sampling using purposive sampling from BPS DKI Jakarta data, with criteria for companies that have 10-300 employees and a net worth of 50 million to 2.5 billion (Law Number 20/2008 concerning Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). Data were collected through a mail survey (google forms) and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that innovation significantly and positively affects competitive advantage. The influence of Information Technology and entrepreneurial orientation on innovation also has a positive and significant effect. The results of this study also have two implementations: theoretical implementation where the results provide support for the right role of innovation in creating competitive advantage and its role in the Use of Information Technology and entrepreneurial orientation towards innovation. And Managerial implementation that MSME Entrepreneurs must focus on developing organizational values and capacities to encourage the creation of new business solutions. Abstract

Studi empiris yang mengkaji aspek keprilakuan pada minat, melaporkan adanya perbedaan temuan tentang preferensi dosen yang belum memiliki jabatan fungsional akademik dan dosen yang telah memiliki sertifikat pendidik terhadap pilihan waktu (time prefereuce) dan sikap terhadap resiko (risk attitude) dalam mengurus kenaikan jabatan fungsional dosen. Beberapa studi melaporkan bahwa dosen yang telah memiliki sertifikat pendidik, memilih opsi perspektif waktu yang bersifat “segera”,  meskipun  dengan  nilai  utilitas  yang  lebih  rendah.  Sementara itu, dalam studi-studi yang lain dilaporkan bahwa dosen yang belum memiliki sertifikat pendidik cenderung santai dalam mengurus kenaikan pangkat dengan menunggu batas waktu maksimal kenaikan pangkat habis. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam studi ini bahwa tidak ada perbedaan preferensi terhadap waktu antara dosen bersertifikasi pendidik  dan  dosen belum bersertifikasi pendidik,  namun  dosen yang telah memiliki sertifikasi pendidik   bersikap  lebih  menghindari  resiko  dibanding  yang belum memiliki sertifikasi pendidik.Kata Kunci : minat, sertifikasi pendidik, jabatan fungsional, Prefereusi Terhadap  Pilihan Waktu

Abstract

The banking sector is an important sector in the economy which will run inside transactions. This factor is the quality of service that should always be improved to attract customers in the deal in order to feel comfortable and continue to use the banking services. Object of research that the authors take is the quality of service that consists of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. The quality of service to the concept of servqual can see the difference between perceptions and expectations of customers are according to customer expectations. If the expectation is smaller than the perception of these should be repaired again, and if the expectation is already larger than the perception of these should be maintained in a manner that is effective and efficient. Based on these results it can be stated that not all met the expectations of customers still have no sustainable improvements to the quality factors of the service. Keywords : Banking, Concept Servqual, Quality of Service

Six sigma method is done to solve problems with the application of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Through DMAIC Step by Step -masing so until found the root of the problem which affects the findings Must End Its indeed improved. Abstract

Nowadays we are already in the ASEAN economic community section that should always be aware of the opportunities and challenges that occur especially in the case of SMEs (Small Medium Micro Enterprises), which plays a major role in the development of economic growth in Indonesia as a developing country in Indonesia. The performance of SMEs in Indonesia still must be monitored because there is still debate among academics about whether the Indonesian SMEs can compete in export markets or at least survive at home against the competition of imported goods that come from abroad. The study was conducted for our SMEs in order to take all the opportunities and overcome the challenges that occur either from internal and external environment in a company engaged in the SME industry. Monitoring of the SMEs was conducted through the presence of several strategies that lead to bottom-up which focus on the development of SMEs as one measure of economic growth. Research method is descriptive analytical study outlining strategies for SMEs as a way out alternatives in running the ASEAN economic community who are always ready to face any challenges and opportunities from both internal and external factors. Data collection through literature study secondary data sourced from literature journal reports and other official information that supports research on SMEs. Results from this study any measures or program that can compete in the market of regional (ASEAN) and maintaining or retaining domestic products in the domestic market share by increasing number of goods imported into the country. Therefore to support this it is necessary to empower back all the centers of SMEs that had developed with government support through a number of policies regarding the feasibility of SMEs. Keywords : Challenges Opportunities SME Strategy, ASEAN Economic Community

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of halal certification and halal awareness through interest in consumer decisions in buying food products. The sample of this study is consumers who live in the area of Jakarta and Bogor with 350 respondents. The sampling technique used with snowball sampling. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is run with AMOS software is used to analyze data. The results of the analysis show that halal certification and halal awareness have a positive effect on consumer decisions. The results of the study indicate that halal certification has a significant effect on consumer interest with a correlation value of 0.246; halal awareness has a positive effect on customer decisions with a correlation value of 0.208; service quality has a positive effect on customer decisions with a correlation value of 0.180
