Abstract

Consumption is something that inseparable from human life. It becomes an activity that needs special attention. There are many E-commerce sites use flash sale and discount models to attract consumers. However, here they must be able to determine consumption patterns cleverly. Allah has forbidden stingy nature but also forbids excess in consuming. Therefore, this paper will discuss a perspective of consumption ethics in Islam regarding flash sales and discounts in an all-digital era as it is today. This research will use the literature study method from various previous studies, books, and several related sources in obtaining data as research material. This paper will discuss the limitations in Islam in consuming certain goods during flash sales and discounts through Umar bin Khattab's economic fiqh study so that consumers do not only obey temporary desires, however, there is an ultimate goal in human life so that worldly desires can be managed by the teachings of the Quran and Hadith.Keywords: Flash Sale, Discounts , Islamic Consumption Ethics, Maslahah

Abstract

The paper attempts to analyze the influence of deposit interest rate, profit sharing, exchangerate, Jakarta islamic index, financing debt ratio, and return on equity to sharia bond price ofIndonesia muamalat bank period july2008 until December 2014. The model used is errorcorrection model (ECM), with monthly time series data sourced from Indonesia stockexchanges, central bank, and financial services authorities. The result of the analysis showthat in the short run, the rupiah exvhange rate against the US dollar has a significantinfluence on the sharia bond price of Indonesia muamalat bank with its probability value0.0068, while the long term Jakarta Islamic index has significant effect with the probabilityvalue 0.0150 to the sharia bond price of the Indonesia muamalat bank in july period 2008until December 2014Keywords: Islamic bond, Islamic bank, macroeconomic, ECM model

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research to examine the application of Islamic economic perspective marketing in the business of sharia services in Semarang City, a case study in the sharia industry in the Sharia Universe of Semarang City. The focus of this research is to explain how the application of Islamic economic perspective marketing mix to hotel universe sharia. In this study focuses on product, price, promotion, distribution / place carried out by the hotel universe syariah city all the perspectives of Islamic economics theoretically. The purpose of this study is to provide a conclusion about the application of marketing mix namely product, price, promotion, and distribution / place carried out by hotel universe syariah Islamic economic perspective. This study uses a qualitative approach to the case study method. The data analyzed are the results of interviews, documentation and observations with the field of marketing, namely product, price, promotion, and distribution / place in the Semarang Sharia Universe Hotel. The results showed that the application of Islamic economic perspective marketing mix at the Semarang City Semesta Hotel had not been effective. Because in terms of Sharia Universe Hotel products still have not fully implemented several elements and sub elements provided by the Republic of Indonesia's Creative Economy Tourism Minister Regulation Number 2 of 2014 concerning guidelines for sharia hotel business operators. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the interest of muzakki paying zakat in the Semarang baznas. The research method used is qualitative quantitative by means of distributing questionnaires. The sample used was 50 respondents. The results of this study resulted that from the independent variables (service quality, religiosity and accountability) affecting the interest of muzakki to pay zakat in Baznas Semarang only 69% of service quality, while for religiosity and accountability there was no partial effect on the interest of muzakki paying zakat in the baznas Semarang city. For the determination value of 41% which means that the independent variable variation model is only able to provide the information needed to predict the interest in paying zakat in the city of Semarang baznas by 41%. Abstract

Regulation of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia No. 52 of 2014 specifically explains the techniques for managing productive zakat funds, in this case all operational systems carried out by amil institutions refer to these regulations. The National Amil Zakat Agency or often referred to as BAZNAS is one of the institutions that manages zakat. BAZNAS Semarang City is one of the amil bodies that manages zakat, BAZNAS Semarang City has many programs in its collection, management and distribution. With regard to productive zakat, BAZNAS Semarang City utilizes these funds through the ZChicken business program which is intended for mustahik in improving welfare as well as developing MSMEs. In this study using qualitative methods, the data collection methods used include observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained, analyzed using descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that the program organized by BAZNAS Semarang City has been quite effective in utilizing productive zakat to increase MSMEs, the role of BAZNAS Semarang City is also very supportive and has a positive impact by holding training and evaluation every month. The results of this study are the need for collaborative synergy between mustahik ZChicken MSME actors and the amil agency to achieve optimization of the welfare of ZChicken MSME mustahik actors.
