Abstract

Lecturers are entitled to get promotions and awards in accordance with their academic performance. Service of teaching and learning process of quality and professional will affect hope and feeling of satisfaction for student to spirit in follow lecture. Performance appraisal according to the favorite lecturer selection guidelines are (a) giving the syllabus at the beginning of the semester, (b) teaching on time, (c) mastering the taught material, (d) correcting assignments and timely grades and (e) serving academic guidance students well. Lecturers who can be elected are a lecturer who have given lectures on all courses in the department at least two semesters and are not currently following the learning task and has provided academic guidance services at least two semesters. Because there is no objective method to decide better and faster, based on existing data. Making the information system that can provide recommendations needed a proper method of decision making. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is appropriate for the decision-making process because it can determine the weight value for each attribute, then proceed to the ranking process that will select the best alternative from some of the best alternatives.

Abstract

Definier is a product brand that is engaged in accessories. The development of this store is quite fast because in 2020 there have been many orders from outside the city/district. This is because many customers spread information about the existence of this store and the quality of the goods sold. The research supported by this paper aims to help Definier have or have an overview of a Website that will support promotion and marketing in the world of the digital era. The problems faced According to this definition, a better marketing system is needed so that enthusiasts who come from outside the city can purchase goods without difficulty due to long distances. Therefore, the researcher created a web-based product marketing information system that serves to help store marketing become wider. The analytical method used is the pieces method by obtaining more specific issues in making this product marketing information system customers from outside the city. helped to make purchase transactions, where all information about the store is the address, contact of the store, and a list of goods sold along with pictures of the goods. This website is made using the windows operating system using the php web hosting platform and using the mysql database. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of a Web-Based Marketing Information System at the Definier store, which is to facilitate wider product marketing, with a modern appearance and a good user interface and easy to use by the public. this Definier store will be even better in the future and also help facilitate the marketing of the Definier store.

Abstract

Asset management is a series of activities related to identify the assets needed, identify the need for funds, acquire assets, provide logistics and maintenance support systems for assets, delete or update assets so that the objectives are effectively and efficient. At PT Thamrin Telekomunikasi Network data collection for each IT asset companies in the form of laptops, servers, network devices and peripheral devices others are done manually using Microsoft Excel. But sometimes, IT staff forgot to update data such as data on the expiration of the asset warranty period and transfer of ownership of assets, as well as marking on assets still using stickers handwritten manually. Through this research, the author aims to designing and implementing a management information systemweb-based IT assets at PT Thamrin Telekomunikasi Network. Which method used in this study include interviews, observations and studies References. The analytical method used is the PIECES method and the design method The system created is described by the UML (Unified Modeling) method Language), for application development will use the SDLC method with the Xtreme Programming model, as well as the application testing method, namely the Black Box. The final result of this research is an IT asset management system web-based programming language built with HTML and Javascript, with MariaDB as the DBMS and using Laravel and Bootstrap as a framework of PHP and CSS. It is hoped that with this application, IT asset management process at PT Thamrin Telekomunikasi Network can be run more effectively, organized and more efficiently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis kearsipan pegawai di politeknik kesehatan banten dalam Proses menganalisis data Kearsipan di Politeknik Kesehatan Banten. tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengelolaan arsip data kepegawaian surat masuk dan sueat keluar dalam mendukung proses analisis sistem yang sedang berjalan di Kantor Politeknik Kesehatan Banten. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif dengan kategori studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Pengelolaan arsip di Politeknik Kesehatan Banten berpedoman pada Peraturan Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara, Nomor 18 Tahun 2011 Tentang Pedoman Pengelolaan Tata Naskah Kepegawaian Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Kegiatan tersebut seperti melakukan pencatatan arsip yang masuk sebelum arsip tersebut disimpan di kantor politeknik kesehatan banten. Pencatatan arsip meliputi tahap verifikasi dan validasi yang bertujuan untuk menerima, menyortir, dan mengelompokkan arsip. Setelah pencatatan, petugas arsip juga membuat laporan pencatatan dan permasalahan dokumen kepegawaian. Pencarian arsip secara elektronik dilakukan melalui pencarian dengan Microsoft excel document yang tersimpan dalam komputer dan pencarian manual petugas arsip dapat mencari fisik arsip pada box arsip atau lemari arsip berdasarkan jenis arsip.

Abstract

Industrial Work Practice An activity carried out by Vocational High School students every second year of learning, the purpose of this Industrial Work Practice activity is to train students by studying and seeking by direct practice in the industrial world so that they can adapt to the industrial world after graduation. In the implementation of this Prakerin, there must be a system that processes all the data of students who take part in the implementation of Prakerin. The data management system that is currently running is still using Microsoft Excel, the use of the software is considered less than optimal and still has problems. Among other things, input data which takes a long time because all the data entered by the admin, besides that the internship activity journal still uses books, it has problems if the book is lost, or damaged, the school must replace the new book to the student concerned. Based on the problems found in the running system, the author designed a web-based student data management application system, using the PHP programming language with the Codeigniter framework, for database management using MySQL. After the new system, the data input process is expected to run more effectively because it is carried out by all prakerin students, then to fill in the internship activity journal it can be done directly on the prakerin web that has been designed. Keywords—Prakerin; Student; Industry; System; School Praktik Kerja Industri Merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan setiap tahun ke dua pembelajaran, tujuan dari kegiatan Praktik Kerja Industri ini yaitu melatih siswa dengan belajar dan mencari pengalaman dengan praktik langsung di dunia industri supaya dapat beradaptasi dengan dunia industri setelah siswa lulus nanti. Pada pelaksanaan Prakerin ini pastinya harus ada sistem yang mengolah seluruh data siswa yang mengikuti pelaksanaan Prakerin. Sistem pengelolaan data yang berjalan saat ini masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel, penggunaan software tersebut dirasa kurang optimal dan masih memiliki kendala. Diantaranya input data yang membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena seluruh data diinput oleh admin, selain itu jurnal kegiatan prakerin masih menggunakan buku hal tersebut memiliki kendala jika buku hilang, atau rusak maka pihak sekolah harus mengganti buku yang baru kepada siswa yang bersangkutan. Berdasarkan masalah yang terdapat pada sistem yang berjalan penulis merancang sistem aplikasi pengelolaan data siswa berbasis web, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Codeigniter, untuk pengelolaan databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Setelah adanya sistem yang baru proses input data diharapkan dapat berjalan lebih efektif karena dilakukan oleh seluruh siswa prakerin, lalu untuk mengisi jurnal kegiatan prakerin dapat dilakukan langsung pada web prakerin yang telah dirancang. Abstract

Perguruan tinggi menjadi inkubator pengembangan ilmu yang akan di terapkan pada masyarakat sesuai dengan bidang ilmu yang menjadi kompetensinya. Pada proses pembekalan ilmu kepada mahasiswa,seringkali terdapat kendala baik pada proses pembelajaran di kampus maupun proses transfer ilmu pada masyarakat. Sementara itu,peran dosen pembimbing akademik adalah memberikan masukan berupa ilmu yang telah diajarkan untuk membantu mahasiswa agar dapat menyelesaikan studinya di kampus maupun persoalan ilmu terapan pada masyarakat. Sejalan dengan itu maka dibutuhkan solusi untuk menjawab pertanyaan para mahasiswa dengan segera. Untuk menjembatani kebutuhan mahasiswa dengan dosen jurusan yang memiliki kesibukan akademik maka dibutuhkan aplikasi konsultasi bagi mahasiswa. Perancangan web ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi atas permasalahan mahasiswa dan membangun motivasi belajar mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan pendidikannya tepat waktu meskipun terpisah ruang dan waktu. Selain itu,web konsultasi akademik dapat membantu pelayanan dosen menjadi maksimal, mahasiswa lebih termotivasi untuk menyelesaikan kuliahnya dan mengurangi tingkat kegagalan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan kuliahnya.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the entrepreneurial character of STMIC Kuwera students with the knowledge management method. The application of knowledge management with an emphasis on strengthening the character of web-based entrepreneurs is expected to be a solution for the character education needs of STMIC Kuwera students to open up job opportunities for the business world by using technology according to their fields. This research will develop a knowledge management system model and design a prototype of the model developed on entrepreneurial character to be packaged as teaching materials for teachers for students. The methodology used is to perform a contingency factor analysis to obtain the knowledge management system model. The resulting knowledge management system model supports the Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization (SECI) process.

Abstract

The government provides credit assistance to the community in order to increase income through small and medium enterprises (micro) through cooperatives. The limited funds provided and the large number of creditors require the use of a good and appropriate decision support system. Supporters of credit decisions used in savings and loan cooperatives in Tangerang have not used an accurate method of selecting prospective creditors. Therefore, a faster, more precise and accurate decision-making method is needed. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is a method that uses hierarchical process considerations to calculate the weights on each criterion such as economic conditions, character, capital, capacity, collateral by comparing sub-criteria in determining creditworthiness. This study uses the method of observation, interviews and literature study. Meanwhile, data analysis uses SWOT, system tools use Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of this study will provide recommendations in the form of a decision-making system that is accurate, fast and easy. The application will be built with Android to support user convenience and speed up transactions.

Abstract

Dalam membangun dan mengembangkan sistem guna memberikan penilaian hasil studi siswa, menguji kelayakan sistem informasi penilaian berbasis website, serta membantu guru dalam memberikan nilai siswa. SMP Negeri 1 Sepatan Timur dalam mengolah data nilai hasil belajar siswa masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu mengerjakan dengan Microsoft excel kemudian dikumpulkan ke bagian kurikulum baru setelahnya diberikan kepada wali kelas dalam bentuk lembaran kertas. Terkait hal tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi pengolahan data nilai hasil belajar siswa secara efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem pengolahan penilaian data siswa berbasis website, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengumpulan data, metode analisa, metode perancangan, metode pengembangan dan metode pengujian, Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem penilaian berbasis website dapat dikembangkan untuk membantu guru dalam proses penilaian dan memberikan informasi nilai hasil studi siswa. Sistem informasi penilaian berbasis website dapat mempermudah guru dalam memberikan deskripsi atau catatan untuk setiap aspek mata pelajaran, serta membantu guru dalam perhitungan nilai sehingga menjadi lebih cepat dan akurat dibandingkan dengan perhitungan nilai secara manual. Diharapkan dengan akses informasi yang diberikan kepada siswa dan wali murid dapat membantu dan memantau siswa atau anaknya, Maka penerapan nilai siswa disekolah SMP Negeri 1 Sepatan Timur Kabupaten Tangerang sangat perlu untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan penilaian yang baik untuk siswa.

Abstract

This research discusses the ordering and production application model developed with the php programming language. The application model is developed with an agile method approach that suits the circumstances that suit the needs of application development quickly but still meets the needs of application owners and users. Data collection was carried out using observation methods, interviews, and literature studies. Data collection is carried out to find out the problems that occur, while observation activities on the ongoing process and PIECES-based analysis aim to confirm the problems to be solved through application development. Application development is carried out through the stages of analysis, design, development, and testing. The design stages are carried out using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach. The development stage is done using the php programming language with the codeigniter 3 framework and the mysql database with visual studio code as the text editor. In the final part, testing activities are carried out with a black box testing approach. The test results show that the developed application is functioning properly and in accordance with the development goals. The application of ordering and production applications produced in this study plays a positive role in improving business process performance, and increasing the satisfaction of application users and enterprise customers.
