The background to this research is that there are various perceptions about teacher readiness in using the Merdeka Mengajar Platform, where teachers must have the ability to carry out learning Kurikulum Merdeka using the Merdeka Mengajar Platform. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data source in this research was obtained by means of structured interviews with 8 teachers in the Education Unit regarding the analysis of teacher readiness regarding the use of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform. The results of this research indicate that teachers' readiness to utilize the Merdeka Mengajar Platform in Education Units is not optimal enough. The obstacle factor for teachers in utilizing the Merdeka Mengajar Platform is a lack of understanding about how to maximize the features available on the Merdeka Mengajar Platform.
