Kata kunci: Interaksi obat-obat, pasien rawat jalan, resep polifarmasiPotential of Drug-Drug Interaction in Polypharmacy Prescription: Retrospective Study on a Drugstore in Bandung Abstract Polypharmacy prescription very commonly occurs on prescribing the outpatient and inpatient in every health facility.
