Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan nilai kemandirian siswa kelas VIIIA SMP Negeri 3 Kembang melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian eksperimen. Desain yang digunakan adalah one group pre-test and post-test design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIIIA SMP Negeri 3 Kembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 12 siswa terdiri dari 3 siswa berkriteria tingkat kemandirian rendah, 6 siswa berkriteria tingkat kemandirian sedang, dan 3 siswa berkriteria tingkat kemandirian tinggi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi yang digunakan pada saat sebelum dan sesudah pemberian bimbingan kelompok. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan deskriptif persentase. Pada hasil pre test diperoleh hasil sebesar 63,18% dan setelah diberikan treatment diperoleh hasil post test sebesar 73,67%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan kemandirian pada semua siswa sebesar 10,49% setelah pemberian treatment. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa Zhitung > Ztabel, artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian, nilai kemandirian siswa pada kelas VIIIA dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat peningkatan nilai kemandirian siswa kelas VIIIA SMP Negeri 3 Kembang setelah pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok. The purpose of this research is to determine of enhanced the self-supporting value by group guidance services in class IIIA SMP 3 Kembang. This research included in experimental research. Design that used are one group pre-test and post-test design. The population is class VIIIA SMP Negeri 3 Kembang. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling. The research sample totaling 12 students consisted of 3 students with low level, 6 students with average level, and 3 students with high degree of self-supporting. Methods of data collection using psychological scales which before and after the group guidance services. The analysis techniques are Wilcoxon test and descriptive percentages. In the pre test results obtained 63.18% and after treatment given post test results obtained by 73.67%. The results showed an increase in self-supporting for all students of 10.49% after the treatment. Wilcoxon test results show that Zhitung> Ztabel, that Ho is reject and Ha accept. So, the self-supporting value of the students in the class VIIIA can be enhanced through group guidance services. The conclusion of this research is that there is an increase in the value of self-supporting in class VIIIA SMP Negeri 3 Kembang after the group guidance services.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the phenomenon of school counseling teachers that performance is not optimal. Guidance and counseling services in group format and individual format are not optimal. Besides the preparation of programs that are not based on need assessment results indicate the implementation of instrumentation and data applications are not implement optimally. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population are all of the counseling teachers in Batang State High School with number 25 counseling teachers. Therefore, the subject is less than 100, so this study used a population sample. The instrument that used in this study was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis of the percentage. Descriptive analysis of data obtained percentage counselor performance in terms of professional competence in Batang State High School is high (83.1%). The conclusions of this study which counselors Batang State High School has been able to mastering and apply their professional competence in the implementation of guidance and counseling services with high criteria.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan layanan informasi berbantuan media audiovisual dalam meningkatkan minat berwirausaha siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one-group pretest-posttest design. Proses perlakuan dilakukan sebanyak 8 sesi pertemuan (@50 menit). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 31 siswa kelas XI MIA 1 SMA Negeri 5 Tegal. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan yaitu skala minat berwirausaha yang teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya sebesar 0.930 dengan menggunakan rumus product moment dan rumus alpha. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan t-test menunjukan bahwa tingkat minat berwirausaha siswa meningkat secara signifikan, dengan taraf signifikan 5% diketahui bahwa thitung >ttabel (9.934 > 2.04). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan informasi berbantuan media audio-visual efektif dalam meningkatkan minat berwirausaha siswa. Kata kunci : audio-visual; layanan informasi; minat berwirausaha. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of audiovisual aided media information services in improving student entrepreneurship interest. The type of research used is experimental research with one-group pretest-posttest design. The treatment process was conducted in 8 sessions (@ 50 minutes). The sample in this research is 31 students of class XI MIA 1 SMA Negeri 5 Tegal. The sample technique used is saturated sampling. Data collection tool used is the scale of entrepreneurship interest that tested the validity and reliability of 0.930 using the formula product moment and alpha formula. Data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis and t-test. The result of the research by using quantitative descriptive and t-test analysis showed that student entrepreneurship interest rate increased significantly, with 5% significant level known that tvalue > ttabel (9.934> 2.04). Thus it can be concluded that audio-visual information-assisted information service is effective in increasing student entrepreneurship interest.
