Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF PRIMA SERVICE IN IMPROVING COMMUNITY SATISFACTION (Case Study of Family Card Handling Service in Kecamatan Menganti, Gresik)This research is meant to find out the implementation of excellent service to increased people satisfaction where the focus of the proposed research is trying to understand about the public service excellence in improving people's satisfaction at maintenance services of the Kartu Keluarga (KK). This research is associative descriptive research with quantitative approach. Survey method is done by issuing interviews and distributing questionnaires. Indicators that used in the service excellence are simplicity, clarity, certainty of time, accuracy, security, responsibility, completeness of facilities and infrastructure, ease of access, discipline, courtesy and friendliness and comfort. Indicators in the people satisfaction it can be done by measuring Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) i.e. the procedures, conditions of service, the clarity of service personnel, disciplinary care workers, the responsibility of service personnel, the ability of service personnel, speed of service, justice to get service, courtesy and friendliness of the clerk, reasonableness of fees service, cost of service assurance, service schedule certainty, convenience and security environment ministry. The subjects were employees of the service and the people who perform the maintenance services of Kartu Keluarga 150 respondents using quota sampling method is sampling. Based on interviews and distributed questionnaires showed that the excellent service performed by employees, especially service management to increasing People Satisfaction in District Menganti, Gresik is good and the people are satisfied with the services provided by employees. Keywords: Excellence Service, People Satisfaction

Abstract

The Ministry of Tourism has started working on Indonesia‟s tourism campaign targetingdomestic tourists through tourism ads „Pesona Indonesia‟. In the tourism ads „Pesona Indonesia‟,public relation function is being applied by the Ministry of Tourism which related to theimplementation of growth and development in tourism interest.The public relation functions must be able to represent Indonesia‟s image which will be shown. Thisresearch is being done to identify the Ministry of Tourism‟s public relation functions in tourism ads„Pesona Indonesia‟ to increase domestic tourists‟ interest. The method used for the research isCharles Sanders Peirce‟s semiotics analysis, and the objects of the research is tourism ads „PesonaIndonesia‟ on television with Indonesia Milik Kita version, and event ads Festival Gentala Arasy 2017in pesona Indonesia travel official website. Based on the research that writer has done, it can beconcluded that the Ministry of Tourism applied the development of national tourism interest functionin tourism ads „Pesona Indonesia‟ Indonesia Milik Kita version by displaying tourism objects imageas a natural and cultural tourism area. Abstract

This alay language is not only a communication tool, but also an identification tool. Teenagers usingthis alay language may be to identify themselves as alay. The use of alay language can also be useful tocultivate self-existence. One language application as a communication tool is the use of language inelectronic media applications Blacberry Messenger (BBM). The purpose of the study to determine thephenomenon of alay language attraction in communication among adolescents on the use of fuel in thedistrict Wonokromo Surabaya. drag rational alay language as communication among adolescents to the useof fuel in sub-district Wonokromo Surabaya, alay language users, alay language can provide other benefits,as a means of non-formal communication among teenagers alay and other teenagers alay language alsoprovide benefits, especially for their community especially. The emotional appeal of the alay language as acommunication among teenagers in the use of fuel in Surabaya, the motivation of adolescents to use alaylanguage in BBM is essentially to search for self-identity, self-existence according to cultural developmentand recognition of the outside world of their existence (alayers) in adolescents today. Many activities can bedone using alay language, among others, SMS, chat with fellow alay community on Facebook, yahoomessenger, or just write a wall or coment on Facebook either with fellow users alay or with other BBMusers. The attractiveness of the alay language is diverse ranging from alay language writing that looksunique that can be modified or mixed with the letters, besides that alay language can also be a codelanguage for them (alayers) in communicating within their community in particular.Keywords: Alay Language, Communication, BBM

Abstract

This research was motivated by the communication symbol or symbols likethis is very attached to the Indonesian nation and even many people who are not awarethat it was applying the theory of communication in their daily lives. Emblem usefulnessas a tool to influence the communicant, a tool to make someone understand the messagedelivered, the tools to make sense of the messages being delivered, means to connect thecommunicator to the communicant, a tool to achieve a goal of communication. The soundof street vendors around the place we live, with a characteristic sound when the merchantwas around the area where you live to peddle his wares. Abstract

JTV is one of the first local television that carries the local culture, the program'smost inviting attention is Pojok Kampung. Suroboyoan news presentation uses languageraises the pros and cons in eastern Java community. because by some consider thelanguage used is too rough. As for the purpose of this study to analyze the effect of thenews is there any Pojok kampung in JTV to changes in speech tribal family of Java afterviewing pojok kampung, as well as to analyze the impact. Research conducted in thevillages Nginden stilts Javanese ethnic backgrounds with a duration of study 1 June2016-2 July 2016. Mechanical analysis using simple linear regression analysis. From theanalysis and discussion can be concluded that the news shows the pojok kampung inJTV significant and positive impact on the changes in speech-language, The effect showsthat the better the language used in news presentation the better pojok kampung ininfluencing the spoken word in the language. according to the results in the field thatshowed less good words to say on the news shows the pojok kampung in JTV will be ableto give unfavorable influence also on changes in speech-language within the family orcommunityKeywords : pojok kampung, speech, language style

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of the spread of symbols of satanism in the modern era that mushroomed in various mass media, especially video clips to give and deliver messages. One of the top bands named Dewa 19 has symbols associated with symbols of satanism and spread the symbol through the media video clips of the songs of God 19. The focus of this study is the meaning of video clip symbols scattered on each video clip kara band Dewa 19. The theory used is Charles Sanders Peirce Semiotics theory which has a triadic model and trichotomy concept consisting of Representamen, interpretant, and object. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive type. The results of the research found that the meaning of the symbols scattered in each of the video clips of the band Dewa 19 is the result of the symbolic representation of satanism, among others: Horus's Eye, Pyramid Terpanchung, Chessboard Chess, Photo of Satan Church Founder, God Ra, ANKH SymbolKeywords: semiotics, satanism, Dewa 19, symbols.

Abstract

Technological developments in the aspect of communication and increasing competition,demand public relations to creatively invent and devise a strategy to communicate its brand throughthe internet. The existence and growth of PT. ISM Bogasari which is the largest wheat flour producerin Indonesia with a market share of 57% amid the development of communication technology andincreasing competition. Encourage interest in the author's research on public relations strategy PT.ISM Bogasari flour mills in meninggkatkan brand awareness. The theory used in this research ispublic relations management process Scot M Cutlip and Brand Awareness.Metode analysis used isMiles and models. Huberman. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it can beconcluded that: lack of relationships with customers in and challenges of competitors becomes thebasis of the formation of the strategy. Through the medium of websites, twiter, facebook, you tube. PT.ISM Bogasari flour mills, assuring the market share on the product quality, by forming the productinformation into four major cyber media content, ie the content of recipes, tips content, content, SMEtestimony, and testimony BBC. Besides Markowitz such content, interactive (two-way communication)performed on twiter and facebook social media with the aim that the formation of relationships in thetarget market. Abstract

The participation of CTB officers not only provide information, but also expected to be able to handle all kinds of issues that could come at any time the customer location and able to provide the best solutions for customers in resolving problems indihome internet bill PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. The types of problems that were varied. The problem is revealed here on the communication strategy officer CTB in collections Internet subscribers indihome PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk as customer facing cultural character, customers feel aggrieved because of the disruption of network and internet technical indihome. Researchers used the theory that interpersonal communication in communicating issues CTB officer charges made directly face to face with customers. The result of this research is the communication strategy used clerk CTB before the charge to the customer can work well and produce fade back thus creating communication between officers CTB with the customer. Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of photography as a medium of visualcommunication to create an image as well as provide and deliver a message. One photographerIndonesia, Rio photographed create photographic works of folklore Indonesian theme with the title"Once upon a time". He tried to revive the appeal of folklore with a different delivery. This studyaimed to describe the meaning of photos contained in an image photographed Rio theme Alkisahwork. This study focused on five object Once among others Nyi Roro Kidul, Jonggrang, Pitung, MalinKundang, Kasarung. The theory used is the theory of Roland Barthes Semiotics which consists of twostages marking the denotation stage as the first stage and second stage stage connotation as inmeaning. The method used research methods used in this research is qualitative and descriptive. Datacollection techniques with in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive research that aims to describe the use ofinstagram as a means of self-existence. The object of this research is among teenagers ofSMA Muhammadiyah 7 Surabaya students. In this study, the theory used is the theory ofDramaturgy which is the work of Erving Goffman and supported also with Self-Actualization Theory of Abraham Maslow.The results showed that all informants used inthis study revealed that they often upload photos in social network instagram just to try topresent themselves as possible, in order to achieve the desired goal This is one form ofexistence in using social media. Several informants also revealed that Instagram is amedium that is considered to improve the existence of its users with various featuresowned so that Instagram users trying to show themselves the best to get the desired selfimage.Keywords: Instagram, self-existence, adolescence, dramaturgy, self-actualization maslow
