Abstract

With more accessibility to the Internet and modernization of e-payment systems, the approach to address the travel requirements has dramatically changed over the years. The service offered by the Online Travel Agents (OTAs) has a huge impact on a very competitive online marketplace. The purpose of this research is to observe, examine, and analyze key factors which a consumers’ decision to use a particular travel agent website for e-hotel booking can be predicted. The data are compiled using IBM SPSS. The key methods are applied for data analysis in addition to other statistical methods including factor analysis and multinomial logistic regression analysis. The analysis of data reveals a positive association of website quality factors, product related factors, and consumer relationship factors with consumers’ decision to book from a certain travel agent website. Viewing the big picture, consumer relationship factors are found to be more influential as compared to website quality and product related factors. Moreover, the researchers reveal product price as the most influential variable, but it indicates no statistical significance with consumers’ decision. There are many different price products which are available across different travel agent websites. The convenience of payment method is found to be a significant attribute associated with the consumers’ decision to book from a travel website. In addition, attributes of travel products variety and online reviews provided by the travel websites are observed to be statistically significant. This research indicates the trends of consumer decision-making for e-hotel booking in Indonesia.

Abstract

At present the cellular operator is faced with difficult conditions, where the customer growth rate is at its peak. In terms of income, there was also a decline in growth because legacy services (voice & SMS) tended to decline due to threats from OTT. Therefore, a strategy is needed to survive this condition, one of which is to look at the digital market. The digital service business development strategy is carried out to be able to increase the company's revenue through the implementation of Machine to Machine (M2M) services given the promising potential and support of the digital ecosystem. But in reality, the implementation of digital services has not been able to have a significant impact on the company's revenue growth so that a new strategy is needed with a service innovation. This study aims to model M2M digital services into the Smart Connected Motorbike (SCM) service, as well as analyze the service delivery business model in the PT. XYZ so that it is expected to become a new source of income for cellular operators of PT. XYZ. Furthermore, this research will do investment analysis in machine to machine application. Moreover, this research also indicated that this implementation is also feasible to increase the company's earnings.

Abstract

This study was motivated to assess the Knowledge Management System (KMS) using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). TAM is the best concept to be taken as model on explaining user attitude of new technology. TAM model used in the study because it has been widely adopted among IT researchers and appears to be growing rapidly, has the reliability and construct  validity were established, and realized  that the model has not been applied to the acceptance KMS. The data population in this study is the employees in PT. XYZ who have work-related to development and maintenance process. The data analysis  was  done  using  Partial  Least  Squares  (PLS).  The analysis was proof to be statistically significant: a) perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, b) perceived ease of use and attitude, c) perceived usefulness and attitude, d) perceived usefulness and behavioral intention to use, e) behavioral intention to use and actual use.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has grown increasingly in the past decade. The growth and development bring up several issues for a successful AI project. The AI project requires communication across different domains, like specialists, engineers, data scientists, stakeholders, and ecosystem partners (analytic, storage, labeling, and open-source platforms). It offers numerous vital qualities to give deeper insights into user behavior and give recommendations based on the data. The AI project is hard to define, it requires more than mastery of data, and every enterprise needs guidance and a simple plan on how to use AI. This research creates a wide-view approach of different types of AI Model Canvas for companies that do projects, produce, promote and provide AI technology to organizations. We selected three canvases that represented AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL) method. We illustrate and interpret those canvas along with some case studies. We conclude our research by writing the final case report for each use case from the AI model canvas. By filling the one-page Canvas, it will help us explain what AI will provide, how it will interact with humans judgment, and how it will be used to influence decisions, how you will measure success & outcome, and the type of data needed to train, operate, and improve AI. The AI Model Canvas purposed a clear description and differentiation of the roles of stakeholders, customers, and AI strategy. This canvas also can be used in analytical and assembly projects in making new product lines.

Abstract

Technology that is rapidly developing in the IT field is an important and complementary component in processing data and information in an organization. There are many risks that may occur that will threaten the organization.  Therefore, it is necessary to carry out risk management against threats to information system security and risk assessment. There are many methods that can be used in managing and assessing risk. One of them is the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) method. In this study, taking a case study at RSIA Eria Bunda. As an industry engaged in the health sector, RSIA Eria Bunda needs to maintain the confidentiality of information regarding patient data, doctors, medicines, and other staff from threats that may pose risks that can harm the industry. Where the research objective is to find out how the level of risk that occurs in the information system and provide mitigation solutions to RSIA Eria Bunda. There are ten stages in risk identification and assessment using the FMEA method. So from the results of this study there is one activity with a high category, 6 activities in the medium category and nineteen activities with a low category
