Abstract

Lyric of the Kaili Pop song is a literary work that reflects the cultural attitudes of the Kaili society as the owner. The lyrics of the song express feelings or ideas of authors based on the author's life experience. The lyrics of the Kaili's songs that are unique in the theoretical perspective representing the cultural values of Kaili that implicate literature, especially on religious values of Islamic education, (1) prayer (2) repentance, and (3) firmness/resignation. The data of this qualitative research is the text of the lyrics of Kaili pop song. The data source of this research is Kaili songs obtained through audiovisuals in the form of cassettes or CDs. Data were collected through documentation study. The text of the song’s lyric was transcribed into the data card sheets and coded according to the focus of the research. The data transcription is analyzed in accordance with the steps of analysis proposed by Ricoeur consisting of (1) semantic understanding stage, (2) reflective understanding stage, and (3) existential understanding stage.

Abstract

Masalah yang diangkat, yakni 1) Bagaimana bentuk tindak tutur komisif dalam debat cagub dan cawagub DKI Jakarta tahun 2017? dan 2) Bagaimana fungsi tindak tutur komisif dalam debat cagub dan cawagub DKI Jakarta tahun 2017? Tujuan penelitian, yakni 1) mendeskripsikan bentuk tindak tutur komisif dalam debat cagub dan cawagub DKI Jakarta tahun 2017. dan 2) mendeskripsikan fungsi tindak tutur komisif dalam debat cagub dan cawagub DKI Jakarta tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tuturan lisan yang bersumber dari cagub dan cawagub DKI Jakarta tahun 2017. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode simak dengan teknik rekam, dan catat. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan, yakni 1) pengumpulan data, 2) reduksi data, 3) penyajian data, dan 4) penarikkan simpulan. Hasil penelelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk tuturan komisif yang terdapat dalam debat cagub dan cawagub DKI Jakarta tahun 2017, yakni 1) bentuk menjanjikan 2) bentuk menawarkan, 3) bentuk mengancam, dan 4) bentuk menolak. Fungsi tindak tutur komisif yang diperoleh yakni, 1) fungsi menyenangkan, ditujukkan buat para warga Jakarta, 2) fungsi mengancam, ditujukkan buat para pihak-pihak yang melakukan criminal atau kepada seseorang yang melakukan hal-hal yang merugikan kepada warga Jakarta, 3) fungsi menolak, 4) fungsi mengejek, dan 5) fungsi menyindir ditujukkan kepada para calon kandidat untuk mempertahankan argument masing-masing.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study, namely (1) what verbal meanings are represented in the proverb in the Kaili language, Rai dialect? and (2) what function is represented in the proverb of Kaili in the Rai dialect? The research objectives, namely (1) to describe the representation of verbal meanings in the proverbial Kaili language in the Rai dialect and (2) to describe the functions represented in the proverb in the Kaili language in the Rai dialect. This type of research is qualitative with the method used is descriptive. The research was conducted in Tondo Village, Sirenja District, Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The data source is in the form of oral sources (determining the informant). Data collection techniques in this study used field research techniques, namely observation, interviews, recording and recording. The data analysis technique is done by; collect data, reduce data, present data, and conclude. The results showed that in the proverb of the ethnic Kaili, the amount of 16 represented two forms of meaning, namely denotative meaning and connotative meaning.

Abstract

The  problems  in  the  research  are  how  problematic  language  teachers  are  in  online  learning  during  the  pandemic,  and  how  to  solve  problems  for  Indonesian  language  teachers  in  online  learning  during  the  pandemic.  The  purpose  of  this  study  is  to  describe  the  problems  of  Indonesian  language  teachers  in  online  learning  during  the  pandemic  and  to  describe  problem  solving  solutions  for  Indonesian  language  teachers  in  online  learning  during  the  pandemic.  This  research  is  a  qualitative  descriptive  research.  This  type  of  research  does  not  have  a  comparison  group.  The  subjects  in  this  study  were  Indonesian  language  teachers  at  SMP  and  SMA  Negeri  1  Ampibabo  in  Ampibabo  village.  Data  collection  in  this  study  were  questionnaires,  interviews  and  documentation.  The  data  from  the  evaluation  were  analyzed  using  qualitative  data  analysis  methods.  The  results  of  this  study  are  (1)  Inadequate  internet  network  access  during  the  online  learning  process.  (2)  The  teacher  is  a  "debt  collector"  in  carrying  out  the  online  teaching  and  learning  process,  the  teacher  only  gives  assignments  continuously  and  collects  assignments  at  a  predetermined  time.  (3)  Teachers  still  stutter  in  mastering  technology  so  that  in  the  implementation  of  online  learning  it  is  still  difficult  to  choose  relevant  applications  and  teaching  methods  are  still  not  varied.  (4)  The  implementation  of  online  learning  greatly  affects  the  psychological  condition  of  students  where  in  online  learning  these  students  experience  boredom  and  are  lazy  to  participate  in  learning.  The  teacher's  practical  solution  in  implementing  online  learning  is  by  applying  offline  learning  by  visiting  from  home  to  home  where  in  the  offline  learning  process  students  are  very  active  in  the  learning  process  compared  to  online  learning  which  cannot  be  carried  out  effectively

Abstract

This research is motivated by an interest in the process of language acquisition in children, especially at the phonological level, namely the acquisition of phonemes aged 3-4 years. This research study uses psycholinguistics and pragmatics. This study describes how acquiring phonemes for children aged 3-4 years in Mamolo village, Nunukan district is described in source from speech act the parents. The type of research used is qualitative research, namely by observing and taking notes. Based on the research findings, it is concluded that children aged 3-4 years have difficulty pronouncing consonant phonemes. The object has not mastered the phonemes /x/ and /z/ and has not distinguished the sounds /p/, /f/, and /v/. As well as the release of sounds such as the phoneme /s/ becomes /c/ in [pain] becomes [cakit].

Abstract

This study discusses the representation of aesthetic values in the kara-mbangan verses of the pamona tribe in Poso regency. The object of the study is a collection of transcribed karambangan verses. Furthermore, there is an explanation of the aesthetic value, the function of aesthetic value, and the benefits of the aesthetic value of the pamona tribe's kar-ambangan verses. This research is a qualitative research with a conte-nt analysis method, and a hermeneutics approach. Data collection uses observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study found that the pamona tribe's poetry consists of aesthetic values, such as (1) religious values, (2) cultural values, (3) moral values, (4) educational values, (5) entertainment values, (6) sac-rificial values, and (7) compassion values.Penelitian ini membahas tentang representasi nilai estetis dalam syair karambangan suku pamona di kabupaten Poso. Objek penelitian berupa kumpulan syair karambangan yang telah ditranskripsi. Selanjutnya ter-dapat pemaparan nilai estetika, fungsi nilai estetika, dan manfaat dari nilai estetika syair karambangan suku Pamona. Penelitian ini merupak-an penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi, dan pendekatan her-meneutika. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawan-cara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa syair karambangan suku Pamona terdiri dari nilai-nilai estetika, seperti (1) nilai agama, (2) nilai budaya, (3) nilai moral, (4) nilai pendidikan, (5) nilai hiburan, (6) nilai pengorbanan, dan (7) nilai kasih sayang.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low student learning outcomes of grade V SDN 9 Sindue tombusabora in Indonesian subjects. This study aims to prove that the application of the Talking Stick learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Grade V SDN 9 Sindue tombusabora students. The research subjects were 24 students. This type of research is classroom action research consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of, planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The results of the pre-action test showed the percentage of classical learning completeness was 8.33% and classical absorption was 54.42%. The results of this study indicate an increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. The results of the study in the first cycle showed the percentage of classical absorption (DSK) of students was 66.92% and the percentage of mastery learning (KBK) was 45.83%. While in the second cycle the percentage of students 'classical absorption (DSK) was 77.08%, and the percentage of students' classical learning completeness (KBK) was 79.16%. Teacher activity in the first cycle reached 80.76% with good criteria, in the second cycle an increase of 88.46% with a very good category. Based on the results of the study showed that the learning outcomes of the Indonesian language field of study could be improved through the application of the Talking Stick learning model for fifth grade students of SDN 9 Tombusabora.

Nora'a Keke is a ritual of the cultural tradition of Kaili tribe which is understood to give blood or offerings to ancestral spirits to pour rain to drought-stricken areas due to the long dry. The problem of this research was that it can reveal the implementation procession, symbols, and values contained in the Nora'a Keke ritual. This study aims to determine the process of carrying out the Nora'a Keke ritual. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using three data collection techniques, namely: observation, interviews and other supporting documents. Data were analyzed by collecting, reducing, presenting and concluding data. The results showed that the Nora'a Keke ritual process consisted of three stages, namely: (1) the initial stage such as deliberation and opening ceremonies, (2) the core stage, the implementation of the Nora'a Keke ritual and (3) the final stage, eating by following the customs. and Moraego. The important values contained in the Nora'a Keke ritual are: religious, philosophical and ethical values.

Abstract

The Kaili language expression of the Rai dialect has special characteristics in education. The purpose of this research is to describe the form of the values and functions of the characters in the Kaili language expression of the Rai dialect as part of the values of character education. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The type of data is in the form of oral data sourced from predetermined informants. Data collection techniques include; (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) recording, and 4) note-taking techniques, so the stages in the analysis technique are collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. As for how to analyze it, namely transcribing and translating data findings, classifying data, analyzing forms and functions, and testing data to obtain conclusions. The research results obtained are that there are three forms of character education values, including; (1) educational value, (2) social value, and (3) moral value. In conclusion, the Kaili dialect of Rai can manifest educational values that are oriented towards character building, both for students at school and in living life as a society. AbstrakUngkapan bahasa Kaili dialek Rai memiliki karakteristik khususnya pada pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bentuk nilai dan fungsi karakter dalam ungkapan bahasa Kaili dialek Rai sebagai bagian nilai pendidikan karakter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data berupa data lisan yang bersumber dari informan yang telah ditentukan. Teknik pengumpulan data antara lain; (1) observasi, (2) wawancara, (3) perekaman, dan 4) teknik catat, sehingga tahapan dalam teknik analisis yaitu mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data, menarik kesimpulan. Adapun cara menganalisisnya yaitu mentranskripsi dan menerjemahkan temuan data, mengklasifikasian data, analisis bentuk serta fungsi, dan menguji data agar memperoleh kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu terdapat tiga bentuk dari nilai pendidikan karakter, antara lain; (1) nilai edukasi, (2) nilai sosial, dan (3) nilai moral. Kesimpulannya, bahasa Kaili dialek Rai dapat memanifestasikan nilai pendidikan yang berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter, baik kepada siswa di sekolah, maupun dalam menjalani kehidupan sebagai masyarakat.
