Abstract

This article describes issues related to gender perspective learning methods. Theaimed of this study is to improve drama appreciation learning for students. In the learningprocess of drama appreciation with a gender perspective, it gives students an understanding thatthe position and role of men and women in various family and community life are consideredthe same. The components that are the focus of the discussion in this article are namely theessence and the characteristics of drama appreciation learning and learning methods ofappreciation of innovation drama thus the students feel they have new insights in the learningprocess, especially in drama appreciation learning. The students not only understand drama as aliterary and performing arts, but they also understand that gender issues are something that canbe used as a reference or model in drama appreciation learning. In learning process, the lecturershould also be able to choose or obtain the drama texts that place the position of women at leastequal to men.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap dan mendeskripsikan kesantunan bertutur dalam melarang dan mengkritik berdasarkan etnis yang meliputi: 1) Mitra lebih tua atau lebih tinggi kedudukannya dan belum akrab; 2) Mitra tutur sama besar atau sama kedudukannya dan belum akrab; 3) Mitra tutur lebih muda atau lebih rendah kedudukannya dan belum akrab; 4) Mitra tutur orang yang disegani; 5) Mitra tutur lebih tua atau tinggi kedudukannya dan sudah akrab; 6) Mitra tutur sama besar atau sama kedudukannya dan sudah akrab; dan 7) Mitra tutur lebih muda atau lebih rendah dan sudah akrab. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket kepada 100 responden serta teknik analisisnya dilakukan dengan persentase. Dari tujuh konteks kesantunan berbahasa Indonesia dalam tindak tutur melarang didominasi oleh bertutur terus terang tanpa basa basi (TTB) sebanyak 5 strategi bertutur, terus terang dengan basa basi kesantunan positif (TBKP) sebanyak 2 strategi bertutur. Sedangkan pada tindak tutur mengkritik didominasi oleh terus terang dengan basa basi kesantunan positif (TBKP) sebanyak 4 strategi bertutur sedangkan bertutur terus terang tanpa basa basi (TTB) 2 strategi bertutur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan sudut pandang antara media online nasional Indonesia yaitu Vivanew.com Detiknews.com, Kompas.com, Metrotvnes.com dan Sindonews.com dan mendeskripsikan kecenderungan sikap media online tersebut dalam mengonstruksikan kasus tercecernya KTP elektronik. Strategi eksklusi digunakan untuk melihat bagaimana aktor dikeluarkan atau disembunyikan dalam teks berita. Strategi eksklusi maupun inklusi ini melihat bagaimana bentuk pemakaian bahasa yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada khalayak. Data penelitian ini didapatkan dari pemberitaan kasus tercecernya KTP elektronik pada bulan Mei 2018 di media online Vivanews.com Detiknews.com, Kompas.com, Metrotvnews.com dan Sindonews.com dalam rentang waktu 27-29 Mei 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis wacana kritis dari Theo Van Leeuwen untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana peristiwa dan aktor digambarkan dalam pemberitaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk teori eksklusi Leeuwen yang ditemukan dalam lima berita di media online ini bahwa Vivanews.com Detiknews.com, dan Sindonews.com  dalam berita tentang tercecernya ktp elektronik cenderung menggunakan strategi inkluisi sedangkan, Kompas.com, Metrotvnews.com lebih kearah eksklusi. Detiknews.com, Kompas.com, Metrotvnews.com memiliki kecenderungan membela kemendagri yang disalahkan dalam kasus ini dengan menyembunyikan pelakunya baik dalam menggunakan strategi inklusi maupun eksklusi. This research was conducted with the aim of describing the different perspectives between Indonesian national online media, Vivanew.com Detiknews.com, Kompas.com, Metrotvnes.com and Sindonews.com and describing the attitude tendency of online media in constructing cases of scattered electronic KTPs. Exclusion strategies are used to see how actors are issued or hidden in news texts. This exclusion and inclusion strategy looks at how the language is used to convey messages to the public. The data of this study were obtained from the reporting of cases of electronic KTP scattering in May 2018 in online media Vivanews.com Detiknews.com, Kompas.com, Metrotvnews.com and Sindonews.com in the period of 27-29 May 2018. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with the approach of critical discourse analysis from Theo Van Leeuwen to describe how events and actors are portrayed in the news. The results showed that Leeuwen's exclusion theory found in five news in this online media that Vivanews.com Detiknews.com, and Sindonews.com in the news about the scattering of electronic cards tended to use the inclusion strategy while, Kompas.com, Metrotvnews.com was more exclusion. Detiknews.com, Kompas.com, Metrotvnews.com have a tendency to defend the Ministry of Home Affairs who is blamed in this case by hiding the perpetrators both in using inclusion and exclusion strategies.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This article reveals the contribution of skills reading comprehension text descriptions to writing skills text description grade students VII SMP Negeri Batang Kapas 1. The purpose of this research there are three. First, it describes the skills of reading comprehension text description grade VII SMP Negeri 1 field. Second, it describes the writing skills text description grade VII SMP Negeri 1 field. Third, describing the contribution of the intermediate reading comprehension text descriptions against writing skills text description grade VII SMP Negeri 12 field. The design used in this research is the design contribution. This research population is grade VII SMP Negeri Padang are registered on the 12th school year 2018/2019, i.e. as many as 286 students. The sample in this research are determined by proportional random sampling of 20% of the population, i.e. 54 students. Research data is a score test. The data obtained through two types of tests i.e. objective tests to measure the skills of reading comprehension text description and performance tests to measure the skills of writing a text description.. First, the skills of reading comprehension text description grade VII SMP Negeri Padang 12 are on good qualifications (B) by the value of the average 80.09. Second, the skills of writing text descriptions grade VII SMP Negeri Padang 12 are on good qualifications (B) with an average of 80.86. Abstract

LOCAL WISDOM IN THE MODERN SHORT STORIES BY MINANGKABAU WRITERSAbstractMinangkabau culture is one of hundreds of cultures that exist in Indonesia. As a community, ethnic Minangkabau has moral teachings, values and social norms. The values, ethics, and behaviors serve as a source of wisdom in the life of the use of local knowledge. The literary work is a product of the wisdom that is able to provide enlightenment for those who appreciate it. Based on research at the expense of local wisdom in short short story writer works Minangkabau story tip, found some local wisdom as follows. First, local view based on knowledge of life (philosophy), which is true and courageous because the enemy is not requested, the averted eyes met. Second, local wisdom based on an attitude of social life, recommendations and iktibar that life should help each other, life must be saved by saving, provide assistance for the construction of public facilities, take a lesson from the events experienced by others, and environmental conservation with make it sacred. Third, local knowledge based ceremonies; traditional ceremonies as a forum to practice diplomacy and ceremony by mutual assistance principle. Fourth, local wisdom based on the principles, standards and rules and regulations that have materialized in social systems. Fifth, local wisdom based on habits, daily behaviors in social interactions, needs of society, take care for the child with traditional food, and Ramadan and Eid as strengthening the relationship.      Kata Kunci: muatan; kearifan lokal; cerpen mutakhir; cerpenis MinangkabauAbstrakBudaya Minangkabau merupakan salah satu dari ratusan budaya yang ada di Indonesia. Sebagai komunitas, etnis Minangkabau memiliki ajaran moral, nilai-nilai, dan norma-norma sosial. Nilai-nilai, etika, dan perilaku berfungsi sebagai sumber kearifan dalam kehidupan penggunaan pengetahuan lokal. Karya sastra merupakan produk kearifan yang mampu memberikan pencerahan bagi mereka yang mengapresiasinya. Berdasarkan penelitian dengan mengetengahkan kearifan lokal dalam cerita pendek karya penulis Minangkabau, ditemukan beberapa kearifan lokal sebagai berikut. Pertama, pandangan lokal berdasarkan pengetahuan hidup (filsafat), yang benar dan berani karena musuh tidak diminta, mata dihindari bertemu. Kedua, kearifan lokal berdasarkan sikap kehidupan sosial, rekomendasi, dan iktibar bahwa hidup harus saling menolong, hidup akan selamat dengan saling menyelamatkan, membantu pembangunan fasilitas umum, mengambil pelajaran dari peristiwa yang dialami oleh orang lain, dan pelestarian lingkungan dengan menyakralkan. Ketiga, pengetahuan lokal dengan upacara, upacara adat sebagai forum untuk berlatih diplomasi dengan prinsip saling menolong. Keempat, kearifan lokal berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip, standar dan aturan dan peraturan yang telah terwujud dalam sistem sosial. Kelima, kearifan lokal berdasarkan kebiasaan, perilaku sehari-hari dalam interaksi sosial, kebutuhan yaitu hidup masyarakat, menjaga anak dengan makanan tradisional, dan Ramadan dan Idul Fitri memperkuat hubungan.Kata Kunci: muatan; lokal kearifan; mutakhir cerpen; cerpenis minangkabau

Abstract

This study was conducted to explain (a) the difference in narrative essay writing skills of students who are taught using cooperative learning model CIRC with Jigsaw (b) differences in the ability to write narrative essays highly motivated students who are learning with cooperative learning model CIRC with Jigsaw; (c) differences in the ability to write narrative essays low motivated students who are learning to cooperative learning model CIRC with Jigsaw; and (d) the interaction between the use of models in the study of learning and motivation affect the ability of students to write a narrative essay. This study was a quasi-experimental (quasi-experiment) using a 2x2 factorial design. Population of 250 people, the study sample is taken by means of random sampling and obtained class VII / 2 as an experimental class I and class VII / 1 as the experimental class II, each consisting of 30 and 32 students. Data were collected by two instruments, namely motivation questionnaire and performance test writing narrative essays. Analyzing and discussion of the data is done by descriptive-analytical. Based on the results of data analysis, we can conclude the following four things. First, there are no significant differences in narrative essay writing skills of students who are taught using cooperative learning model CIRC with Jigsaw. Secondly, there is no significant difference in the ability to write narrative kararangan highly motivated students who are learning with cooperative learning model CIRC and Jigsaw. Third, there is no significant difference in the ability to write narrative kararangan low motivated students who are learning to cooperative learning model CIRC and Jigsaw. Fourth, there is no interaction between the model of learning with learning motivation in influencing the ability to write narrative essays seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 28 Padang. The use of models and Jigsaw cooperative CIRC can enhance students' ability to write a narrative essay, motivated either high or low.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This article was written to illusstrate the effect of using technic copy the master writing skill of drama text of VIII students of SMP Negeri 11 Padang. This research data is a score in the skills of writing drama text before and after using technic copy the master. This study has three results. First, the skill of writing the text of drama of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 11 Padang before using copy the master technique is in qualification Labih of Enough (LdC) with average value 65,63. Second, the skill of writing the text of the drama of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 11 Padang after using the copy of the master is in the qualification of Good Qualification (B) with an average score of 76.91. The third is based on t-test, alternative hypothesis H1 accepted at significant level 95% and degrees of freedom (dk) = (n-1) because ttabel<thitung (1,70<3,68). Based on the result of the research, it is concluded that the skill of writing the text of drama of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 11 Padang after using copy the master technique is better than before using copy the master technique. Abstract

This study aims to find reference grammatical cohesion forms used to construct narrative discourse. This research method is a descriptive method with qualitative research. Based on the results of data analysis it was found that the reference grammatical forms of cohesion found in the March 2015 edition of Kompas Sunday's short story collection included personal, demonstrative, and comparative references. The persona reference found is person reference I consists of aku, saya, ku-, -ku, kita, and kami. The persona II reference consists of kamu, kau, -mu, and kalian. As well as reference persona III consists of ia, dia, -nya, beliau, and mereka. The demonstrative form of grammatical cohesion is found in kini, sekarang, saat ini, kala itu, dulu, siang itu, sore itu, hari itu, hari ini, di sana, di sini, ke sana, ke mana, sana, ini, and itu. As well, a comparative form of grammatical cohesion found is seperti.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memproyeksi jumlah penduduk miskin di NTB pada tahun 2019. Metode yang digunakan metode Exponential Smoothing (ES), yang terdiri atas Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), Double Expone ntial Smoothing (DES), dan Triple Exponential Smoothing (TES). Data yang digunakan adalah data penduduk miskin 10 tahun terakhir. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan model terbaik yaitu model Single Exponential Smoothing untuk memproyeksi penduduk miskin di NTB tahun 2019 adalah 695.399 jiwa. Dengan menggunakan model Single Exponential Smoooting &nbsp;tingkat Error berturut-turut yang diperoleh MAD sebesar -84809.39652, MSE sebesar 52438256789, RMSE sebesar 228994.0104, dan MAPE sebesar -0.98074582. Abstract: This study aims to project the number of poor people in NTB in 2019. The method used is the Exponential Smoothing (ES) method, wich consists of Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), Double Exponential smoothing (DES),Triple Exponential Smoothing (TES). The data used is the data of the poor population of the last 10 years. Abstract

Abstrak: Anak usia sekolah mempunyai kebiasaan kurang memperhatikan perilaku mencuci tangan terutama di lingkungan sekolah. Kebiasaan Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun (CTPS) masih menjadi perhatian dunia karena masih ditemukan masyarakat yang melupakan perilaku mencuci tangan. Fokus kegiatan CTPS adalah anak usia sekolah yang menjadi “Agen Perubahan” pada masa depan. Dalam kegiatan ini akan dilakukan edukasi cuci tangan pakai sabun kepada siswa MI As’adiyah dalam bentuk penyuluhan di kelas dan dilanjutkan dengan simulasi di lapangan dengan berpedoman pada 6 langkah cuci tangan. Sebelum melakukan kegiatan ini siswa MI As’adiyah belum mengetahui cara mencuci tangan pakai sabun sehingga kegiatan ini dinggap berhasil 100% berhasil karena semua siswa dapat mempraktekkan mencucuci tangan menggunakan sabun dengan baik dan benar. Abstract:  School-age children have a habit of not paying attention to handwashing behavior, especially in the school environment. Handwashing with soap habit is still the world’s attention because it is still found that people still forget to do handwashing behavior. The focus of CTPS activities is school children as “agents of change” in the future. In this activity, education will be carried out washing hands with soap to MI As'adiyah students in the form of counseling in class and followed by simulation in the field guided by the 6 steps of handwashing. Before doing this activity MI As'adiyah students did not know how to wash their hands use the soap so this activity could be 100% successful because all students could practice washing hands with soap properly and correctly.
