Abstract

Customer loyalty is important for both product and service industries. A loyal customer keeps using the company’s product and services. For a shipping service company, retaining existing customers in order to remain faithful will certainly be very crucial. This study was to determine relationship between variables affecting customer loyalty at PT. Pos Indonesia-Banda Aceh, a shipping service industry. The research used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and with samples of 153 questionnaires obtained through a non-probability sampling technique. By using AMOS software, it can be concluded that the perceived quality does affect customer satisfaction, perceived value has influence on the customer satisfaction, the customer satisfaction is influential to trust and the trust itself has positive influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman, pengetahuan, dan kemampuan dalam pencegahan serta penularan Covid-19 bagi anak usia sekolah saat akan melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah atau penyuluhan dengan media poster tentang pentingnya penerapan protokol kesehatan yaitu mencuci tangan, memakai masker, menjaga jarak, dan menghindari kerumunan sesuai anjuran pemerintah. Sedangkan sasaran kegiatan ini adalah anak usia sekolah yang terdiri dari SMU, SMP, dan SD sejumlah 70 orang di panti asuhan YAKESMA, Aceh Besar. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu diharapkan terbangunnya kesadaran dan peningkatan pemahaman anak usia sekolah dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan saat akan melaksanakan belajar di sekolah dan lingkungannya

Abstract

This study aimed to carry out the process of controlling postharvest products, namely the fruits processed into juice produced by the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Nozy Juice in Banda Aceh. The problem faced is that an uncontrolled production process can cause product damage, which can cause losses. The research methodology used is the six sigma method, and the type of data used is secondary data, namely production process data, production quantities, and damage data. The results showed a sigma level of 3.38, which means there is still a need for improvement or control of the product because there are still product defects. There are three types of defects in the production process, namely 61% damaged stickers, 31% damaged seals, and 8% dirty. Sticker damage is the most dominant defect caused by human factors, work methods, and the environment. The corrective action suggestions are designing and establishing SOP, recording the entire production process, increasing supervision, establishing a reward/punishment system, training employees, and conducting evaluations. The results of this study are expected to provide technical and practical contributions for business actors to improve and maintain product quality, satisfaction, productivity, and profit.

Abstract

The rapid development of industry in Indonesia has resulted in many companies and business actors starting to contribute to international market competition. Planning for finished product requirements is one of the important points for companies in making strategies in the business world so that companies are able to compete in the market. ARC USK is one of the leading research centers in Aceh that has produced commercial patchouli products, one of which is the Neelam Parfum product. The problem faced by ARC USK at this time is that the need for the amount of export production of Neelam Parfum itself cannot be determined with certainty, this is because ARC USK has never exported Neelam Parfum products and so far only distributes it domestically so that the amount of commercial production is only made for meet the needs of the domestic market. This study aims to create an export production schedule for Neelam Parfum using the SARIMA method and determine an implementation strategy to maximize production activities for Neelam Parfum ARC USK. Data processing is carried out using data on the number of Neelam Parfum export production targets for 2020-2021 with the help of the Eviews10 software. The validation process for forecasting is carried out using MAPE calculations. The results showed that the MAPE value was 21.334%, based on these results the forecasting of 12 periods in 2022 using the selected SARIMA model can be used and there are 9 implementation strategies that have been approved by ARC USK for export production activities of Neelam Parfum.

Abstract

Aceh merupakan salah satu provinsi yang masih terus bergelut dengan masalah kesenjangan ekonomi. Masih banyak masyarakat Aceh yang bekerja sebagai buruh harian dengan pendapatan yang minim dan kondisi kekurangan pengetahuan untuk pengelolaan sumber daya. Hal ini terus meningkat kala kondisi Aceh atau suatu daerah tertentu dihadapi dengan kondisi-kondisi bencana alam yang membatasi perputaran ekonomi dan kelancaran aktifitas normal harian seperti kondisi oleh pandemi covid-19 dan bencana alam. Untuk mendukung upaya dalam membantu masyarakat kecil yang terdampak ekonomi maka diperlukan peran akademisi, mahasiswa, masyarakat lainnya untuk bersama-sama membantu menyelesaikan masalah yang ada disekitar salah staunya dengan mengadakan bakti sosial dan pelaksanaan pelatihan secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu masyarakat, membangun rasa empati antar sesama dan membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan untuk pengelolaan sumber daya. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah penyaluran bakti sosial yang disalurkan tepat sasaran dan pengadaan pelatihan atau kunjungan relawan yang dilakukan akan bersifat berkelanjutan.  Kata Kunci: Ekonomi, bakti sosial, covid-19, bencana alam.

Abstract

Risk is a threat that can disrupt activities or stop the production process. PT.YPT is one of the business entities engaged in the processing of tuna, especially tuna. PT.YPT itself has produced a lot of tuna which cannot be avoided, so risk mitigation is needed. The purpose of this research is to provide risk mitigation from priority risk sources that occur in tuna production activities using the House of Risk (HOR) approach and Fuzzy Logic. Data was collected by means of field observations and literature studies as preliminary research, after which the authors also conducted interviews, brainstorming and distributing questionnaires to internal companies. It can be seen that the risks that can occur in production activities are 23 risk events and 22 risk causes of which 3 risk causes have the highest percentage, namely unskilled operators (A5), less than optimal employee performance (A17) and corrosion of tools (A21). . With the Mamdani fuzzy logic approach that forms 124 IF-THEN rules, it can be seen that the three risks can be solved easily. Mitigation design is carried out to overcome these three risks by making preventive actions as many as 14 mitigation alternatives based on literacy studies and the results of discussions with the company which will be designed in the form of a traceability chart.

Abstract

This research aims to assess and analyze the financial performance of public companies operating under the Sharia category during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Altman Z-Score method, which utilizes four parameters and secondary data, was employed to investigate the 2020 financial statements of 30 companies listed in the Sharia category in JII. The study findings indicate that three companies exhibited potential bankruptcy as their Z-Score value was less than 1.1, while three other companies were susceptible to bankruptcy with a Z-Score value between 1.1 and 2.6. In contrast, 24 companies were classified as financially healthy since their Z-Score value was greater than 2.6. To mitigate the risk of bankruptcy, management is advised to implement effective debt restructuring and management strategies while examining best practices from companies that thrived during the pandemic. This research underscores the effectiveness of the Altman Z-Score method in assessing financial performance, identifying financial issues, predicting bankruptcy, and evaluating a company's financial health level.======================================================================================================== ABSTRAK – Kinerja Perusahaan Publik Syariah Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19: Analisis Altman Z-Score. Penelitian in bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja perusahaan terbuka kategori syariah pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score dengan empat parameter dan data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan periode 2020, dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 perusahaan terbuka kategori syariah dalam JII. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 3 perusahaan berpotensi bangkrut karena nilai Z-Score kurang dari 1,1, dan 3 perusahaan berpotensi rawan bangkrut karena nilai Z-Score antara 1,1 dan 2,6, serta ada 24 perusahaan dalam kategori sehat karena Z-Score lebih dari 2,6. Untuk mengantisipasi potensi kebangkrutan, manajemen diharapkan dapat menerapkan strategi rekstrukturisasi manajemen dan utang serta melihat praktik baik perusahaan yang mampu bertahan dimasa pandemi. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa metode Altman Z-Score mampu mengevaluasi kinerja, mendeteksi masalah keuangan, memprediksi kebangkrutan, dan dapat mengukur tingkat kesehatan keuangan perusahaan.

Abstract

CV Tirta Bening Abadi adalah usaha yang memproduksi air minum dalam kemasan dengan nama merek NAie. Persaingan berbagai jenis merek menjadi tantangan besar yang harus dihadapi oleh sebuah perusahaan air minum, sehingga perusahaan harus mampu mempertahankan produktivitasnya untuk mencapai target pasar yang luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi produktivitas parsial pada CV Tirta Bening Abadi menggunakan metode POSPAC (Production, Organization, Sales, Product, Arbeiter dan Capital). Teknik analisis untuk mengetahui penyebab penurunan produktivitas menggunakan Fishbone Diagram. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas produksi, penjualan dan produk mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2021 dan 2022. Sedangkan produktivitas organisasi, tenaga kerja dan modal mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2021 dan 2022. Faktor penyebab penurunan produktivitas produksi yaitu mesin/peralatan rusak, produk cacat, bahan baku sering habis atau telat sampai, tidak ada karyawan quality control, penundaan produksi, dan penambahan biaya backwash maintenance. Penurunan produktivitas penjualan diakibatkan oleh reseller tidak bertambah, kemampuan pemasaran kurang, biaya penjualan meningkat dan kurang promosi. Penurunan produktivitas produk disebabkan oleh kualitas bahan baku kurang, harga bahan baku meningkat, karyawan kelelahan, banyaknya kardus produk jadi bocor dan rusak, jumlah produksi fluktuatif, dan peningkatan biaya karyawan lembur.
