Abstract

Produksi etanol dilakukan dengan beberapa perlakuan antara lain pengenceran larutan stok menjadi 4 variasi konsentrasi, penambahan nutrisi, pengaturan pH, sterilisasi bahan, pendinginan, penambahan inokulum Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalisasi pemanfaatan fermentor dan Gas Chromatography untuk fermentasi etanol dan analisis hasilnya. Fermentasi dilakukan selama 96 jam dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan setiap 24 jam. Pengujian hasil fermentasi dilakukan dengan cara melakukan uji kadar alkohol metode conway, uji kadar alkohol metode GC setelah dilakukan pemekatan 5 kali dengan cara destilasi, uji gula dengan metode DNS untuk mengetahui sisa gula yang digunakan dalam fermentasi, uji TPC dan kekeruhan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan sel Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Hasil uji dibuat grafik dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS untuk mengetahui penambahan kadar alkohol tiap jam fermentasi, untuk mengetahui apakah data dianggap linier secara statistik dan untuk mengetahui berapa waktu optimal produksi etanol dengan kadar tertinggi. Hasil menunjukkan waktu optimal pemanfaatan fermentor adalah 72 jam dengan kemurnian etanol tertinggi 43,44%.

Abstract

Seringkali istilah “etika”[1] dan “moral” dipergunakan secara bergantian untuk maksud yang sama-mempunyai arti yang sama. Etika berasal dari bahasa latin “etos” yang berarti kebiasaan. Sinonimnya adalah “moral” juga berasal dari yang  sama “mores” yang berarti kebiasaan. Sedangkan bahasa arabnya ‘akhlak’,bentuk jamak dari mufratnya “khuluq”[2] artinya “budi pekerti”. Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted with the main objective to be achieved, namely to determine the store atmosphere and purchase decisions at the Jodoh Tamberu Alet Ship Restaurant, Batu Marmar District. Atmospheric refreshes to the store's physical characteristics that are used to develop an image and to draw customers, which means that a cafe atmosphere is a physical characteristic used to build an impression and to attract customers. The elements of the atmosphere can be operationalized in the restaurant as objects in this study, namely: Layout, sound, smell, texture, building design. The study will contain data quotations to provide an overview of the presentation of the report. The data may come from manuscripts of interviews with owner and management, field notes, photos, notes or memos directly from the location. Data collection procedures used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis used in this research is non-statistical analysis. This study analyzes data from interviews, observations, and documentation. The stages of analysis carried out by researchers in this study are as follows: Reduction, Display, Conclusion drawing. Based on literature review, the results of field research and data analysis, the researcher can conclude that the store atmosphere in the form of layout, sound, smell, texture and building design in a restaurant has an impact in increasing purchasing decisions on matchmaking vessels. This is because consumers tend to enjoy the restaurant atmosphere other than just enjoying food.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKemajuan suatu negara ditandai dengan berkembangnya perekonomian di negara tersebut. Perekonomian yang kuat pada umumnya ditunjang oleh entitas ekonomi yang dimilikinya. Salah satu entitas yang hampir ada di setiap negara adalah lembaga keuangan perbankan. Tingkat kesehatan dan kinerja yang baik dari perbankan suatu negara akan mendorong peretumbuhan ekonomi di negara tersebut. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Rasio CAMEL (Capital/CAR, Asset/PAD, Management, Earning/ROA dan BOPO, Liquidity/FDR) sesuai dengan peraturan perbankan yang ditetapkan oleh Bank Indonesia.Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Kesehatan, CAMELABSTRACTThe progress of a country characterized by economic development in the country. Abstract

Abstrak Pemberitaan hasil liputan wartawan mengenai konflik bernuansa Sara antara kelompok Islam Syiah dan kelompok Islam Sunni yang terjadi di Sampang Madura Jawa Timur pada 26 Agustus 2012 telah menyebabkan satu orang meninggal, dan enam orang lainnya luka-luka, serta sebanyak 47 rumah warga Syiah ludes dibakar kelompok penyerang. Sedikitnya 282 warga Syiah di Desa Karang Gayam, Kecamatan Omben, dan Desa Blu'uran, Kecamatan Karangpenang, Sampang harus dievakuasi akibat konflik berdarah tersebut. Studi ini, mengkaji tentang kecenderungan keberpihakan media dan wartawan lokal dalam produksi berbeda, seperti sudut pengambilan engle berita, serta faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi wartawan dalam menyajikan hasil liputan yang berbeda. Fokus studi pada media daring lokal dan nasional dengan memperhatikan beberapa hal Antara lain kedalaman informasi, upaya mengembalikan hak-hak kelompok Islam Syiah sebagai kelompok minuritas yang telah terusir dari kampung halamannya, serta analisa kecenderungan keberpihakan media lokal dalam menyajikan berita tentang konflik Syiah-Sunni tersebut yang hingga kini belum tuntas. The focus of the study is on local and national online media by taking into account several things, including the depth of information, efforts to restore the rights of Shiite Islamic groups as a group of minors who have been expelled from their homes, and analysis of local media bias in presenting news about the Shiite-Sunni conflict which until now has not been completed. According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banks, "the law states that, a body that manages funds from the public in the form of savings and then distributes them back to the community in and performs other services in the context of welfare. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people. Of course the solution is not only to prepare strong macroeconomic fundamentals, an increased investment climate, but also the need for programs that encourage many entrepreneurial entrepreneurs in the real and non-formal sectors. This research also reveals about welfare in an Islamic perspective which is characterized by the achievement of welfare in accordance with maqaashid al sharia, as well as revealing about the characteristics of Muslim interpreneurship, namely having a strong vision, being creative, oriented to customer satisfaction, daring to take risks and having a social spirit. The writing method used is a qualitative approach method. While the method used is to analyze the concept and look for relevant reference sources, such as using journals, books, theses, articles, magazines and so on. The analysis used is in the form of a descriptive analysis that provides an explanation of the analysis and synchronizes it with the existing literature. The original of this research is that the welfare of the Indonesian economy requires the role of entrepreneurs who are able to manage natural resources into products with high added value. In order to produce the entrepreneurs above, Muslims need to learn the values ​​of entrepreneurship that have been taught by the Qur'an and Al-Hadith, namely the values ​​contained in Surah Quraish.
