Abstract

This study aims to describe Ghazali’s sufism and its influences in Southeast Asia, mainly in Indonesia. Al-Ghazali is a renowned Muslim intellectual who has a special place at every Moslem’s heart, especially in Indonesia. He possesses encyclopedic expertise within various disciplines, ranging from fiqh and ulusulfiqh, al-kalam, logic, philosophy, and sufism. Despite his vast expertise, his practices are more well-known in sufism than in Islamic law, theology, and philosophy due to his long journey, exquisite experience, and groundbreaking thinking within the discipline of Sufism. Ghazali developed a new method of thinking within Islamic epistemology, widely known as Irfani epistemology. One of Ghazali’s biggest achievements is that Ghazali is considered successful in integrating between Sufism and the fiqh (sharia) Ghazali demonstrated his intellectual brilliance of integrating both branches of Islamic thinking (between sharia and the essence of Islam). Ghazali’s notable influence and position within the discipline of sufism made him granted the title of “Hujjat al-Islam”.Ghazali’sSufism spreads and influences the development of Sunni Islam not only in the Arabian peninsula but also in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Abstract

The inclusive society is the condition where all people fell valued. Their differences are respected, and their basic needs are met so they can live in dignity. There are many ways to achieve this dream to become true in society. One of the best ways is to acknowledge woman’ roles as the prime part of the society. As women build half of society and responsible for the nurturing, guidance and reformation of the generations of both men and women. When the women as the first teachers do not have a strong foundation in their own divine identity, we are distorted our beliefs about relationships and our own world, and when it could be accommodated this so called inclusive society. In fact, they are often at a disadvantage condition due to many factors which are rooted in the society. There are some steps that have been done to increase women's dignity by the Government, society, non-governmental organizations and the like. And it is considered successfully develop the life style of most people from the outlook of the education, economic, health, politics and others. However, there is missing link that should be existed on these improvements. The consciousness and the awareness of the women responsibility for her to developing their authentic identity is should be recognized not only by them, but also by the community in general. The family, the society and the Government in general should accommodate their existence, and never ending awareness to be always mature in building the inclusive society

Abstract

Islamic da'wah should be understood as an activity that involves a transformation process that does not just happen but requires awareness from the community to change the situation and condition of the people towards benefit through education and continuous communication. The study in this article uses a qualitative research model with library research techniques and focuses on the study of Islamic da'wah with a maqashid sharia approach. The question to be answered in this study is how da'wah can answer the needs of the people so that it can bring benefits. And as a conclusion, the importance of placing maqashid sharia in every Islamic da'wah. So that Islamic da'wah is not only understood textually but can also be understood contextually so that what is conveyed can be made sense by reason.Keywords: maqashid syariah, environment, fatwa, ushul fiqih AbstrakDakwah Islam semestinya dipahami sebagai suatu aktivitas yang melibatkan proses transformasi yang memang tidak terjadi begitu saja, tapi membutuhkan kesadaran dari masyarakat untuk merubah situasi dan kondisi umat menuju kemaslahatan melalui pendidikan dan komunikasi yang berkelanjutan. Kajian dalam artikel ini menggunakan model penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik library research dan terfokus pada kajian dakwah Islam dengan pendekatan maqashid syariah. Pertanyaan yang ingin dijawab dalam studi ini adalah bagaimana dakwah mampu menjawab kebutuhan umat sehingga bisa membawa kemaslahatan. Dan sebagai konklusi pentingnya menempatkan maqashid syariah dalam setiap dakwah keislaman. Sehingga dakwah Islam tidak hanya dipahami secara tekstual saja namun dapat juga dipahami secara kontekstual, sehingga apa yang disampaikan dapat dinalar oleh akal.Kata kunci: maqashid syariah, lingkungan hidup, fatwa, ushul fiqih

Abstract

AbstractIslam is the way of life. And the Islamic education system is called a holistic approach to learning as it was in the early days of Islamic civilization. Islamic education, therefore, is considered and placed in a very noble position as it emphasizes the importance of the acquisition and dissemination of knowledge over other human activities. The background of this article sets out to assess the Challenges of Islamic Education in the 21st Century by bringing up some brief literature and analysis. In this article there are several topics related to the nature of Islamic education in Islamic education, the reality of Islamic education, Reform of Islamic education in the 21st century in the sectoral sector, curriculum, strengthening human resources, the Islamization of science by embodying Islamic values in science as part of education, the development and strengthening of Soft skills and management as well as entrepreneurial spirit is an inevitable need. But all of that will be able to work well and even become a force for the revival of the Islamic ummah if moral learning and gratitude for everything become the foundation for all reforms carried out in Islamic Education in the 21st Century and beyond.Keywords: Islamic Education, 21st Century, Challenge Abstrak Islam adalah cara hidup. Dan sistem pendidikan Islam disebut dengan pendekatan pembelajaran holistik seperti pada masa-masa awal peradaban Islam. Pendidikan Islam, oleh karena itu, dianggap dan ditempatkan pada posisi yang sangat mulia karena menekankan pentingnya perolehan dan penyebaran pengetahuan atas aktivitas manusia lainnya. Artikel ini dilatarbelakangi untuk mengkaji Tantangan Pendidikan Islam di Abad 21 dengan mengemukakan beberapa literatur dan analisis singkat. Pada artikel ini terdapat beberapa topik yang berkaitan dengan hakikat pendidikan Islam dalam pendidikan Islam, Realitas pendidikan Islam, Reformasi pendidikan Islam abad 21 pada sektor sektoral, kurikulum, penguatan sumber daya manusia, Islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan dengan mewujudkan Islam. nilai-nilai dalam ilmu pengetahuan sebagai bagian dari pendidikan, pengembangan dan penguatan Soft skill dan manajemen serta jiwa kewirausahaan merupakan kebutuhan yang tak terelakkan. Namun semua itu akan mampu berjalan dengan baik bahkan menjadi kekuatan bagi kebangkitan umat Islam jika pembelajaran akhlak dan rasa syukur atas segala hal menjadi landasan bagi semua reformasi yang dilakukan dalam Pendidikan Islam di abad 21 dan seterusnya.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Islam, Abad 21, Tantangan

Abstract

This paper discusses woman’s authority in social media, presenting how female scholars appear in social media and convey messages of Islamic teachings. This qualitative study finds that the concept of Maqāṣid sharīʿah was used by them in outlining their da’wah messages. The implication of using this approach leads them to explain religious messages textually and contextually. In practice, they take advantage of the opinions of previous Muslim scholars to support the messages they spread. The presence of women ulama who interact actively through online platforms provides opportunities for Muslim women to choose different information about Islamic teaching in a proportional and personal.

Abstract

Islam sebagai agama dan juga cara hidup tidak hanya mengatur tentang aspek ibadah dan ritual semata, bahkan lebih lanjut mengatur pola pikir, tindakan bahkan sampai dengan pola makan dan apapun yang dipakai dan konsumsi oleh manusia. Hal ini tentu saja bukan untuk pembatasan atau pembebanan yang tiada artinya tapi lebih dikembalikan kepada kebaikan manusia dan bahkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan manusia yang juga sampai kepada pembentukan karakter dan terkabulnya doa. Dan salah satu makanan yang diharamkan itu adalah babi. Babi disebutkan dalam berbagai dalil Al-Qurán dan As-Sunnah bahkan juga disebutkan dalam berbagai teks keagamaan lainnya sebagai sesuatu yang menjijikan dan diharamkan penggunaannya. Maka dalam studi ini babi sebagai hewan yang diharamkan menjadi fokus telaah sebagai makanan yang tidak halal, Pendapat Ulama Fiqih akan Keharaman Babi, Sejarah Pengharaman Babi, berbagai alasan kenapa babi tidak layak dikonsumsi dan hikmah dari pengharaman babi. Maka penggunaan atau mengkonsumsi babi sama saja dengan melanggar perintah Allah dan menghalangi diri dari terbentuknya karakter yang baik. Karena kita mencerminkan apa yang kita makan.

Abstract

Humans are created in pairs, they absolutely cannot be alone and live without the others. Marriage is a natural necessity for every human being that will bring harmony and happiness, a righteous woman (solehah woman) is a dream for every male, he has to know the criterias of unworthy and ideal womans before the marriage contract (‘aqd nikah) is held. It aims to create a permanent relationship between a husband and wife which can arrive the essence of marriage accordance with the purpose of marriage in Islam.

Abstract

Abstract In English: The spread of covid-19 in Indonesia coincides with the arrival of Ramadan. In fact, apart from fasting, there are also many other religious rituals, both express and implied in Islamic teachings, which have the value of friendship. The government also issued various regulations which in fact prohibit and limit these religious activities. In fact, the MUI also supported it by issuing a fatwa. By using an interpretive subjective approach and qualitative descriptive methods, this study analyzes data in the form of normative phenomena, social values, and the use of the maqasidsyari'ah method. Conclusions obtained, Fatwa MUI is one of the sources of law and guidance for Muslims in conducting religious activities in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic; Fatwa MUI related to the prohibition and restriction of religious activities in congregation in accordance with some concepts of maqasidsyari'ah.

Abstract

Uang elektronik merupakan alat pembayaran yang diterbitkan atas dasar nilai uang yang disetor terlebih dahulu oleh pemegang kepada penerbit, kemudian nilai uang tersebut disimpan secara elektronik dalam suatu media uang elektronik yang digunakan sebagai alat pembayaran oleh pemegang kepada pedagang. Uang elektronik tersebut dipersamakan dengan uang karena pada saat pemegang menggunakannya sebagai alat pembayaran kepada pedagang, bagi pedagang tersebut nilai uang elektronik berpindah dari media uang elektronik yang dimiliki oleh pemegang ke terminal penampungan nilai uang elektronik milik pedagang. Apapun satuan nilai dalam media uang elektronik tersebut, pada dasarnya berupa nilai uang yang pada waktunya akan ditukarkan kepada penerbit dalam bentuk uang tunai (cash). Dengan dipersamakannya uang elektronik dengan uang, maka pertukaran antara nilai uang tunai (cash) dengan nilai uang elektronik merupakan pertukaran atau jual beli mata uang sejenis yang dalam literatur Fikih Muamalat dikenal dengan Al-Sharf. Disamping al-shorf terdapat akad-akad lain yang terkait dengan transaksi uang elektronik, diantaranya adalah : al-ijarah, dan wakalah.

Abstract

The global pandemic related to Covid-19 that occurred in Indonesia has made humans experience a difficult situation that requires assistance in terms of support, material and financial. And zakat as a source of social funds in Islam has a strategic role to fulfill these needs. This study uses available literature and news developments from various media as the main reference for analysis. Observations by going directly to get involved in collecting zakat were also conducted. The decision of the Minister of Religion Fachrurozi is in accordance with the instructions of Vice President Ma'ruf Amin so that the community can collect zakat massively even though it is not yet due. So that it is expected to play a role as a social safety net for residents affected by Covid-19. The hope is that it can immediately help ease the burden of life, fulfilling the basic needs, and maintain the purchasing power of residents affected by Covid-19. It turns out that this effort creates conducive conditions and attracts public participation to fulfill zakat and increase awareness of others.
