Abstract

Latar belakang: Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Bangkit merupakan sebuah unit usaha yang didirikan oleh organisasi Kreatif dan Wisata Lokal yang ada di Desa Ngoro-oro. UKM Bangkit memiliki unit usaha kuliner berupa kripik dari sayuran, olahan singkong, olahan pisang, dan olahan potensi lokal lainnya, serta unit pariwisata. UKM Bangkit dibentuk untuk mewadahi kelompok produktif di Desa Ngoro-oro dengan harapan dapat saling mendukung untuk menguatkan ekonomi masyarakat di era kenormalan baru Covid-19. Tujuan: Membangkitkan kembali perekonomian di Desa Ngoro-oro yang terdampak selama pandemi Covid-19 baik dari pemasaran, manajerial, modal, optimalisasi pemasok bahan baku pembuatan produk, pembuatan jejaring pemasaran serta pelatihan Protokol K3 Covid-19 dan risikonya dalam menjalankan aktivitas ekonomi di era adaptasi Covid-19. Metode: Program UKM Bangkit ini dilaksanakan dengan kerjasama antara tim pengusul, mahasiswa dan mitra (Pemerintah Desa Ngoro-oro). Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan pelatihan motivasi berwirausaha, penyuluhan Adaptasi Covid-19 di sektor ekonomi, dan Focus Grup Discussion (FGD) untuk membuat sistem jejaring produsen, pemasok bahan baku dan pemasaran. Program terjadwal selama tiga bulan dari Oktober – Desember 2020. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini merupakan bagian dari kegiatan Hibah UKM Indonesia Bangkit 2020 yang didanai oleh RISTEK-BRIN. Hasil: Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di Desa Ngoro-oro menghasilkan terbentuknya UKM Bangkit yang dikelola oleh masyarakat di tingkat desa. Dengan adanya potensi bahan baku yang ada di Desa Ngoro-oro mampu dimanfaatkan menjadi makanan yang dapat dijual di sekitar wilayah Desa Ngoro-oro serta sebagai pendukung bidang kuliner Desa wisata Ngoro-oro. UKM Bangkit menyediakan jejaring beberapa toko/warung yang bisa digunakan untuk menitipkan barang dagangannya di sekitar Patuk Gunungkidul. Dampak: Masyarakat menjadi lebih bersemangat untuk berkegiatan di Era Adaptasi Covid-19, masyarakat bisa kembali produktif dengan adanya kegiatan di UKM Bangkit serta dapat menambah penghasilan masyarakat. Kata kunci: Objek wisata, UKM, Kuliner, Covid-19, Adaptasi ABSTRACT Background: “Bangkit” Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) is a business unit established by the Creative and Local Tourism organization in Ngoro-oro Village, Gunungkidul District. UKM Bangkit has a culinary business unit in the form of chips from vegetables, cassava, bananas and other local potentials and a tourism unit. UKM Bangkit was developed to accommodate productive groups in Ngoro-oro with an expectation to support each other aimed to strengthen the community economy in the new era of Covid-19. Purpose: To revive the economy in Ngoro-oro Village which was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic – in term of marketing, managerial, capital, optimization of suppliers of raw materials for product manufacture, creation of marketing networks, training on the Covid-19 health protocol and the risks involved in carrying out economic activities in the era of Covid-19 adaptation. Methods: The UKM Bangkit program is implemented in collaboration between the team, students and partners (Ngoro-oro Village Government). The method used to reach the aim is entrepreneurial motivation training, counselling on Covid-19 adaptation in the economic sector, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) to create a network system for producers, suppliers of raw materials and marketing. The program is scheduled for three months from October to December 2020. This community service is part of the 2020 grant namely Bangkit Indonesia Bangkit for UKM that funded by RISTEK-BRIN. Result: The activities carried out in Ngoro-oro Village resulted in the formation of UKM Bangkit which was managed by the community at the village level. With the potential for the existing raw materials in Ngoro-oro Village, it can be used as food that can be sold around the Ngoro-oro Village area and as a supporter of the culinary field of the Ngoro-oro tourism village. UKM Bangkit provides a network of several shops that can be used to deposit their merchandise around Patuk Gunungkidul. Impact: The community becomes more enthusiastic about doing activities in the Covid-19 adaptation era, the community can return to productivity with the activities at UKM Bangkit and can increase people's income. Abstract

Background: the realization management health and occupational very important to a company. In the CV Cipta Mandiri still occured job accident that can damage employee although facilities that available. As long as CV Cipta Mandiri has perform management system safety and health occupational until necessary does evaluation of realization system. Method: this research constitute of descriptive research with planning cross sectional. The collect of data with does analysis direct on field and interview going deep to researce person. Result : the facilities of work is good, but it need completed wirh maintanance for good function. The company have comitment for does management system safety and job safety program for prevent occupational accident, such as training and counseling. Generally, realization of apply safety and system can run well. Conclusion: the management system of safety and healthy job includes having good facilities. Comitment of the company and the program of preventing accident in a job has been run well, but there must be luck in other aspect that must be improved. Abstract

Background : Treatment of textile waste industry, including batik can be implemented with abiodegradation. Biodegradation by bacteria carried either aerobic or anaerob. The bacteria arewidely found in nature. On the other hand, the presence of bacteria in nature also function todecompose the waste. Own waste as a potential waste in the community. The use ofenvironmental biotechnology is possible to simultaneously address the environmental pollutioncaused by waste and garbage batik. The purpose of this study was to investigate to find out thedifference amount of in degrading microbial in leachet, the difference in content of organic C, N,and P in leachet as a nutrient for degrading microbial growth, the effectiveness of the useleachet biodegradation in the process of batik , and to determine the effectiveness of differentleachet in the biodegradation process of batik waste management.Methods : This was quantitative study with laboratory test to determine differences in theeffectiveness of the use of leachet.Results : The content contained microbs / bacteria so that the possibility of a biological processcan be implemented. There wave had of N, P, K nutrients in leachet for bacteria, waste pollutionparameters decreased but didn’t significantly improve the quality of batik waste.Conclusion : There was no significant reduction the quality of batik waste.Key words : waste, leachet, garbage, batik.

Background: Growth of motor vehicle in Yogyakarta mean 11,9 percent of year. A new motor vehicle Accretion every year reach 83.761 unit, more than 90 percent among other things vehicle wheel two or motorbike. In line with increase sum up the motor vehicle cause the increase sum up the consumption oil fuel, so that cause the gas throw away the motor vehicle like Carbon Monoxide ( CO), Hydrocarbon ( HC), Oxide Nitrogen ( Nox), Oxide Sulfur (Sox) And partikulat Pb mount also. Excelsior of concentration CO which breathed by human being hence fatal progressively risk accepted by the human being, even cause the death. Nature of not scentless gaseous CO and not chromatic also very the toxic, then CO is often conceived of silent killer. Strive the operation with the modification of burner machine conduct the innovation of muffler. With the addition of glass wool, active charcoal, water or other dissimilar substance having the character of adsorb or absorb. this Research target to Know the degradation of rate of gas emission throw away the carbon monoxide ( CO) with the active charcoal addition a motor vehicle. Method: this was experimentant research by one group pre and post design descriptively and analytic. Sample of research some of gas emission throw away the carbon monoxide (CO) high secretory the muffler of motorcycle honda supra, measuring instrument used in this research field observation with the active charcoal addition muffler motorcycle, and measuring instrument of inspection of carbon monoxide rate (CO) By analysis means of Auto Check 974/S. Analysis the data use the one way Anova. Result : test of Anova of degradation of rate of gas emission throw away the carbon monoxide ( CO) with the active charcoal addition 50, 100, 150 gram of motor vehicle. Assess the mean difference average the rate 150gr to rate 50gr showing number  - 1.17600* meaning active charcoal gift 150gr better the than gift 50gr. Seen from value sig for the line of fifth assess sig 0,035 < 0,05 meaning Ho refused and Ha accepted so that there degradation difference by sig. Conclusion : There was degradation of rate of gas emission throw away the carbon monoxide ( CO) with the active charcoal addition at motor vehicle. Abstract

Background : Various human activities will generate waste. Trash can pollute the environmentand as home to a wide range of diseases that can reduce the degree of human health, so thatthe waste be managed properly. Sukunan village was already implementing community-basedintegrated waste processing were independent and productive, clean and beautiful environmentthat involves all citizens in the implementation. The kitchen garbage management in thesukunan village is included in the composter to be composted with the results of liquid bybacterial degradation of organic material in the form of leachate. Leachate by the communitySukunan village used for liquid fertilizer plant and sold. The purpose of this study determined thegenus of aerobic bacteria in the leachate of kitchen garbage result in Sukunan village.Method : This research type was the descriptive research with laboratory test. The sample inthis study was leachate of Sukunan village kitchen garbage result. The study was conducted intwo places, in the Public Health Laboratory of Ahmad Dahlan University and in the YogyakartaHealth Laboratory Central. The results of data analysis was described in descriptive studies andpresented in tabular and narrative.Results : Identification of aerobic bacteria was carried in the Public Health Laboratory of theAhmad Dahlan University get the bacteria that approached the characteristics of the genusPseudomonas, Bacillus, and Escherichia / Salmonella / Aeromonas / Chromobacterium, whilethe results of identification carried out in the Health Laboratory Central in Yogyakarta got thebacterial genus such as Streptococcus (species : Enterococcus faecalis), Escherichia (species:Escherichia coli), Pseudomonas (species: Pseudomonas putrifaciens) and Proteus (species:Proteus vulgaris).Conclusion : There has aerob bacteria in the leachate of kitchen garbage results in theSukunan Village, Yogyakarta.Keywords : Aerobic Bacteria, Leachate

Abstract

Background : Peoples habits in disposing waste by burning leaves or plastic waste has negative effect on health and also cause pollution. This is due to the lack of public knowledge in the processing of waste and the impact of the waste itself. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes towards the behavior of the community in managing the daily garbage and waste management know that has been applied in the hamlet of Hamlet Village Sidokarto Godean Sleman district of Yogyakarta. Method : The study was an observational analytic cross sectional design. Sampling technique used was random sampling. The data was collected using questionnaires, with a total sample of 77 households. Analysis of data was using univariate and bivariate analysis with statistical test Fishers Exact Test. Results : The statistical result of the study, showed that as many as six heads of families or at (7.8%) had a level of knowledge that is not good in terms of waste management, and as many as 71 heads of households (respondent) or amount (92.2%) had a level of knowledge both in terms of waste manage-ment, while 7 households (respondent) or equivalent (9.1%) had a bad attitude in the process waste, and as many as 70 heads of households (respondent) or amount (90.9%) had a good attitude in process waste. Bivariate analysis to the level of knowledge on the behavior of the Hamlet Hamlet Village Si-dokarto Godean Sleman district of Yogyakarta in 2012 to process waste that is derived p <0.05 (p = 0.429) and RP = 1.246 (95% CI: 0.680 to 2.283). While the bivariate analysis for the behavioral attitude towards Hamlet Hamlet Village Sidokarto Godean Sleman district of Yogyakarta in 2012 to process waste that is derived p <0.05 (p = 0.088) and RP = 1.667 (95% CI: 1.141 to 2.434). Conclusion : There was no relationship between the level of knowledge of the behavior of people in the process waste in Hamlet Hamlet Village Sidokarto Godean Sleman district of Yogyakarta in 2012, and there is no relationship between attitude and behavior of people in the process waste in Hamlet Hamlet Village Sidokarto Godean Sleman district of Yogyakarta in 2012. Abstract

Background: The growth and developed hospital should be effectively and efficiency managed. This fact should be carried out in order to face strict competitions in the health world. The hospital can survive in facing the existing competitions by counting the previous hospital fee and using fee account model competitively. In PKU Muhammadiyah Unit I Yogyakarta, Set of Essential Services (SES) of caesarea operation fee, class III, and cost sharing between the hospital and the goverment are different. In this study, the researcher only counts caesarea operation fee for re-use in order to create low cost sharing. Up till now, the hospital party never counts those existing differences. This case will lead them to get a financial loss. By having this fact, the researcher was eager to know about cost sharing analysis of caesarea operation fee account, class III, in PKU Muhammadiyah Unit I Yogyakarta. Methode: This was qualitative descriptive research which analyses the exact fee by using real cost method to know the difference of patient?s fee toward the real fee in the hospital. Bisides that, interview method was applied to know the head of finance and Central Surgeon Installation (CSI) workers opinion. Resulth: The result of Set of Essential Services (SES) fee of „health insurance? toward caesarea operation was Rp 1.230.429, caesarea operation fee by using real cost method was Rp 3.764.388, in fact, the exact fee from RS PKU Muhammadiyah Unit I Yogyakarta was Rp 4.705.388. In conclusion, the final results were the difference of ‘Set of Essential Services (SES) fee of ‘health insurance’ between real cost was Rp 2.533.959 and the difference of ‘Set of Essential Services (SES) fee of „health insurance? between the exact hospital costs was Rp 3.475.056. Conclusion: The researcher has concluded that set of costs which is based on unit cost was higher that hospital cost recently. The highest cost was given for buying medicines and temporary materials. The hospital party has to decide the best strategy to reduce those differences. Key words: cost sharing, real cost method, Set of Essential Services (SES) of caesarea operation fee, class III.

Abstract

Background  : Vegetables can be eaten by fully or in portion on fresh condition (lalapan) or in be cooked. Fresh vegetables (lalapan) useful for the healthy of our bodies caused have good nutrition that relative high in vitamine and mineral shape, and one kind of that’s vegetables is cabbage or kol. Cabbage which have been cleaned may still find the germs agent for example is the intestinal nematode. In Indonesia, intestinal nematode remain caused the serious public health problem, are Ascaris lumbricoides, hook worm and Trichuris trichiura. Soil, vegetables and water are the important one of the transmission way of the eggs of intestinal nematode, if there found many eggs of intestinal nematodes on the contamination sources (like vegetables, soil and the others) automatically will followed with the increasing of endemic degree.Method  : This was descriptive qualitative research using laboratory enclosed. The cabbage that are used for examination materials, cabbage that usually use on food court especially pedestrian food court (warung makan lesehan) which sold on the midle of the city Wonosari Gunungkidul Yogyakarta. To make sediment of the eggs of intestinal nematode is used NaOH 0,2% solution as detergent solution. The practice of this exam use sedimentation technique and than be checked the diagnosting on microscope. The result of data that shown on therefore any contamination or yet the eggs of intestinal nematode, the kind of species of intestinal nematode and infective stage of those species. Data will be analyzed in descriptive qualitative statistic and been shown on table and chart.Result: The result of this research showed that there any contamination of the eggs of intestinal nematode from the cabbage (Brassica oleracea) that was been analyzed (38,89%), for the species of the eggs of intestinal nematode that shown positive samples are found Ascaris lumbricoides (50%), hook worm (12,5%) and Trichuris trichiura (37,5%). The infective stage that known is only one kind of infective stage that is an infective stage from Ascaris lumbricoides egg.  Conclution: There was any contamination of the eggs of intestinal nematode on the cabbage (Brassica oleracea) that used for fresh vegetable menu (lalapan) on pedestrian food court in the midle of the city Wonosari Gunungkidul Yogyakarta.
