Abstract

Bahasa Indonesia merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang wajib dikuasi oleh peserta didik. Bahasa memiliki empat keterampilan, salah satunya keterampilan membaca, membaca dapat menambah informasi sebagai pengetahuan. Namun, pada kenyataannya di lapangan keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia masih rendah terutama dalam memahami kalimat serta isi dari sebuah teks, selain itu juga model pembelajaran yang kurang bervariasi, sehingga hasil belajar peserta didik masih dibawah nilai KKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran multiliterasi terhadap keterampilan membaca pemahaman peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri Cirea. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan metode Pre-eksperimen, dengan desain One-Group-Pretest-Posttest. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V berjumlah 26 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes berupa soal pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 soal pretest dan 20 soal posttest. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji hipotesis (uji t) dan menggunakan perhitungan N-Gain yaitu uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model multiliterasi terhadap keterampilan membaca pemahaman peserta didik kelas V. Keterampilan membaca pemahaman peserta didik sebelum dan setelah diberi perlakuan terdapat peningkatan dengan kategori tinggi. Maka dari itu pada penelitian ini yakni model pembelajaran multiliterasi lebih efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran khususnya pada proses membaca sebuah teks

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh matakuliah konsep dasar IPS semester satu yang menerapkan presentasi diskusi tetapi kurang mendapat respon positif dari mahasiswa, terlebih untuk mahasiswa semester satu yang masih perlu banyak pemahaman konsep dasar. Dimulai dari belum bisa mengemukakan pendapatnya secara lugas, tidak percaya diri, dan merasa jenuh. Oleh karena itu peneliti merubah gaya mengajar menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa antara penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan presentasi diskusi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jurusan PGSD FKIP UNIKU pada matakuliah Pendidikan IPS SD dengan sample penelitian semester 2 Kelas B dan C. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen kuasi dengan pendekatan  kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa antara penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan metode presentasi diskusi. Hal ini terlihat dari Uji Mann-Whitney pemahaman konsep mahasiswa dengan menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif mengalami peningkatan lebih tinggi daripada dengan menggunakan presentasi diskusi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, penulis menyarankan kepada para dosen penggunaan pembelajaran kooperatif dapat menjadi sumber rujukan dalam memilih pendekatan pembelajaran dalam memberi perkuliahan kepada mahasiswa

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah  mengenai rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa sekolah dasar yang di tunjukan oleh aktifitas pembelajaran yang masih bersifat pasif. Guru lebih cenderung disibukan dengan bagaimana agar seluruh materi dapat diberikan kepada peserta siswa berdasarkan alokasi waktu yang telah disediakan, hal ini menyebabkan pengunggunaan model pembelajaran untuk menstimulasi kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa di jarang dilakukan. Berdasarkah hasil pra penelitian pada mata pelajaran IPS Sekolah Dasar menunjukan hasil tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas V  disalah satu Sekolah  Dasar di Kabupaten Kuningan masih menunjukan kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang masih rendah. Hal ini terlihat dari sebanyak 25 siswa di kelas V  baru sebanyak 15,26% siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang baik, sisanya sebanyak 84,74% masih menunjukan kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang masih rendah. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan mengembangkan metode sinektik Analogi Personal dalam pembelajaran IPS di Sekolah Dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifias metode pembelajaran sinektik Analogi Personal yang dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran IPS sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode reserch and development (R n D) merujuk pada Dick and Carey. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SD di Kabupaten Kuningan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan antusia siswa walaupun pembelajaran tidak berjalan maksimal karena masa pandemi, namun hal ini tetap menunjukan metode pembelajaran sinektik Analogi Personal yang dikembangkan memberikan pengaruh baik terhadap proses pembelajaran dan hasil yang baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode sinektik Analogi Personal yang dikembangkan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa.

Abstract

Our initial study in the course showed that there was a lack of students’ understanding about social science. The purpose of this study was to investigated the effectiveness of using Cooperative Learning Model (Cooperative Script, Articulation, and Guided Note Taking) towards Pre-Service Elementary Teacher understanding on Social Science Course. This research was conducted in quasi-experimental research, with counterbalance research design. The subjects of this study were first year of undergraduate students of pre-service elementary school teacher education at the University of Kuningan. The data collection technique used was an instrument test which was an essay question. The data analyzed by statistical test with the t-test (independent samples t-test) at a 95% confidence level obtained tcalc ttable and probability value sig. (2-tailed) 0.05. The results of this study proved that there are differences in students' understanding so that the hypothesis is accepted. In our context, Cooperative Script was more sophisticated in improving student understanding compared to Articulation and Guided Note Taking. The limitation of our context means that there is no best method to be applied.Keywords: understanding; cooperative script; articulation; guided note taking; pre-service elementary teacher

Abstract

Learning during the Covid19 pandemic is certainly not a condition commonly experienced by the Indonesian people, including in Kuningan Regency. This unusual condition, of course, triggers several problems faced by the learning implementers. The problems that often occur during this pandemic are not only for teachers and students, but also for parents at home. Learning with the online method and home visit certainly makes the intensity of togetherness between students and parents at home during school hours to be more than before. Parents' unpreparedness in accompanying children to learn is a problem that tends to emerge during the COVID-19 pandemic. The unpreparedness of the parents to accompany the child to study at home certainly makes the mental condition of the parents less healthy and will also affect the mental condition of the child. Children do not find comfort and motivation to learn. Pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid19 tentu bukan kondisi yang biasa dialami oleh masyarkat Indonesia termasuk di Kabupaten Kuningan. Kondisi yang tidak biasa dihadapi tersebut tentu memicu adanya beberapa masalah yang dihadapi oleh pelaksana pembelajaran. Masalah yang banyak terjadi saat pandemi ini bukan hanya dari guru dan siswa, tapi juga terjadi pada orang tua siswa di rumah. Pembelajaran dengan metode daring dan home visit tentu menjadikan intensitas kebersamaan siswa dan orang tua dirumah pada jam sekolah menjadi lebih banyak dibanding sebelumnya. Ketidaksiapan orang tua dalam mendampingi anak belajar merupakan masalah yang cendrung muncul di masa pandemi covid19 ini. Ketidaksiapan orang tua mendampingi anak belajar dirumah tentu membuat kondisi mental orang tua kurang sehat dan akan mempengaruhi juga kepada kondisi mental anak. Anak tidak menemukan kenyaman dan motivasi untuk belajar.

Abstract

The background in this study is that there is a problem in student learning outcomes in the cognitive realm of science content caused by the use of learning media that are less varied. This study aims to determine (1) differences in learning outcomes between students who use interactive multimedia learning media in the experimental class with students who use powerpoint media after getting treatment in the control class, (2) the difference in gain of student learning outcomes using media interactive multimedia learning in the experimental class with students using powerpoint learning media in the control class. The type of research used in this study was quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group design. The number of students in class 4A 24 students and 4B class 24 students. The data collection used in this study was a test instrument in the form of 20 multiple choice questions. The data analysis used is differential statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed (1) there were differences in student learning outcomes using interactive multimedia learning media with students using powerpoint learning media, (2) there were differences in improvement in student learning outcomes using interactive multimedia learning media with students using powerpoint learning media. The implication in this study is that interactive multimedia learning media are more effectively used in the subject of style influences. The researcher suggested that it would be better when the learning process was carried out as interesting as possible

Abstract

The problem in this research is that understanding of concepts in mathematics is still low. The objectives of this study were to describe the differences in understanding of mathematical concepts in the experimental class that received the AIR learning model and the control class who did not get the AIR learning model, to describe the differences in the increase in students' conceptual understanding between the experimental class that received the AIR learning model and the class controls that do not get the AIR learning model. This method uses the Quasi-Experimental method, while the research design uses the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The dependent variable in this study is the understanding of the concept and the independent variable is the application of the AIR learning model. The subjects of this study were 25 students of class V A and 25 students of class V B, which amounted to 25 students at SD in Ciporang. The instrument used in this study was an essay test. The results showed that there were differences in the results after students were given conceptual understanding treatment using the AIR learning model. This is indicated by tvalue > ttable. Besides, the difference in increasing understanding of the concept can be shown by the results of the t-gain test, the results of tvalue > ttable. So that there are differences in the increase (gain) in understanding the concept of learning using the AIR learning model with those that do not use the AIR learning model.

Abstract

The problem in this study is about the low creative thinking skills of elementary school students which can be seen from the passive learning activities in the classroom. Besides, teachers who are more likely to focus on completing the material cause a lack of appreciation for students to develop creative thinking skills. This research was conducted based on the results of research, journals, books, and other relevant reference sources. Data collection in this study refers to the literature study method by conducting book review studies, literature, and other notes related to the topics discussed. From the literature that has been discussed, it can be concluded that Synectic has an important role in increasing creative thinking. However, in the field implementation, the use of the Synectic model itself certainly has obstacles that can affect the success of the learning process so that it will affect the desired results.

Abstract

The low ability of students' creative thinking in social studies learning is shown by students who are less able to answer descriptive questions and also have not been able to provide ideas when answering a question. This study aims to describe the differences and improvement of students' creative thinking skills using the board game Risk Rulers of the Archipelago learning media using image media. This research includes quantitative research with a Quasi-Experimental approach, the research design is a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The subjects of this study were fifth-grade students of SD Negeri Pasayangan, Lebakwangi District, Kuningan Regency. Data collection was carried out using test instruments in the form of pretest and posttest description questions to measure students' creative thinking skills before and after the action. The data analysis of this research used instrument tests and statistical tests. The results showed that: (1) there were differences in students' creative thinking skills in the experimental class using the board game Risk Rulers of the Archipelago learning media and the control class using image learning media. (2) there is an increase (gain) of student's creative thinking skills in the experimental class using the board game Risk Rulers of the Archipelago learning media and the control class using image learning media. The conclusion of this research is the use of board game learning media Risk Rulers of the Archipelago is very influential on students' creative thinking skills compared to those using image learning media.
